The location is very nice and near many local places to go and things to do. The home itself needs updating and some repairs as well as a deep cleaning that includes ceiling fans; the second bathroom shower head need descaling and the bath tub drains very slow so you are standing in backed up water while showering. Its extremely hard to turn the water off in the master shower, there is a 4X2" gape in dry wall at the bottom of the Master bathroom shower door, bedside lamps did not light, most likely need new bulbs. The instructions in the Guest book for adding Shock to the hot tub contradicted what was on the product label.

We are repeat renters at this property. We love the convenience of the property’s location and the “at home” comfortableness we feel while here. The pool temperature is always perfect and the hosts are and always have been very courteous and timely with any assistance we may have needed. When it’s time to leave, we never want to! …and yes! we will be back again next year.

This is a great spot with everything we’d want to do just a short drive away, and a great mall with lots of food options just a walk across the street.

Perfect trip

We spent a week exploring Phoenix and was always glad to come back to this fine house. The pool was amazing and the location of the house felt safe. Would highly recommend for a stay.

Great place and location!!

Spent 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of the house. Great location. Next to some great restaurants and golf courses. Would for sure rebook this place on my next golf trip to Arizona.

Everything was super close and pool was comfy. I wish there were a couple of blow up rafts (and a pump to blow them up) but we managed just fine without. Shower in 2nd bathroom could use a little TLC but it was just the kids who used that so i wasn't too concerned! lol I'd recommend this place for sure.
