Mars 2019 sängen i 2: a sovrummet ersattes tillsammans med lådfjädrarna på enkelsängarna. Inga fler skrikande sängar! Matbordet ersattes också. Vi hade en Lanai tillagd på bakre veranda och all ny Tile installerad .... juli 2008. Nya vardagsrumsmöbler, maj 2016. En king size-säng lades till sovrummet också under 2016. House ligger inom 20-45 minuter från alla attraktioner, men du kanske inte vill lämna denna utväg.

Pool i full storlek [öppen från soluppgång till 22:00, de har bara lagt till ljus!],, uppvärmt spa, Upplyst basket- och tennisbanor, Träningsrum. Anläggningen ligger precis vid sjön [Lake Marion], det finns fiske och beachvolleyboll. Familjen kommer att ha en explosion.
Detta är inte bara en bra plats för barnen, mamma och pappa behöver en paus för sig själva lika bra. Kanske är det den perfekta helgen undan?
Det finns en privat uppfart som passar en bil. Om du tar med ytterligare bilar, parkera dem vid klubbhuset. Det finns ytterligare parkeringsplatser [precis vid poolen] och bara en kort promenad till huset.

Come prepared

The neighborhood is quiet and the pool was nice. The condo is okay, however there are significant signs of wear and tear leaving a rundown feeling to it. The checkout instructions ask you to wash used towels. This means you are trusting the previous travelers to have washed them well. The laundry soap provided for this was watered down to the point of being more water than detergent. Any items provided are of the lowest quality. My husband joked he didn't know sandpaper came on a roll (toilet tissue)- be sure to bring your own paper towel, tissue, hand soap, dish soap etc. The location is quite a distance from anywhere. Be prepared to drive 20 minutes to the nearest Publix and a solid hour to Disney. We skipped a planned additional day to Orlando due to the drive.

Owner was very responsive place was easy to get in clean everything worked 30 minutes from LEGOLAND but most importantly beds were super comfortable and air was great nice and cold would def recommend ps pool area was beautiful

Very nice and quiet house in convenient area

We had a very nice stay at this Vrbo location, was prob one of the cleanest locations we have stayed at so far… the first thing my wife does is pull back sheets and inspect all the beds and most fail this test, this place passed with flying colors... we contacted the host for a very minor issue and he responded and answer our question in less than 20 mins… It was very nice, secluded and quiet, and very convenient for day trips to the beach and lego land…. We didn’t get to make it in the swimming pool because of sched but did go by it and looked very nice, clean and well kept up… and to top it off it was pet friendly which was perfect for our little inside dog!! A+++ and would deff stay again if we are ever in the area again…

Amazing!!

Randy was awesome. Quick responses & easy to work with. Our stay although short was amazing. We arrived late after a long drive & just wanted to eat & sleep. The entire place was extremely quite. The pictures did not do the house Justice, this place is gorgeous & full of warmth. We wasn’t able to use the entire facility but the hot tub is a must try if you ever stay here. This place will be my go to every time. We enjoyed this house and the neighborhood. I would’ve given this place a 10 if I could’ve. Thank you again Randy.

Legoland

This trip was for my grandkids I took them to Legoland waterpark. Legoland was about 20 minutes from where we stayed. After we left the park we went to the pool area on the property. The kids really enjoyed that and I enjoyed the hot tub. The property has a screened in lanai and the lake was behind it where you can sit outside for some relaxation.

Simple and nice

This was a perfect stay for us for the price point. It was a bit bare bones with things like coffee and little amenities I’m generally used to seeing in a stay like this, but everything was clean, in order, and the owner was quick to respond. I’m not sure it’s noted but parking was good for up to two vehicles, high is a good thing to know. Overall, a great stay and exactly what we needed for our short stay.

Solid place, for the price and location it was not bad. Guest toilet was not working right when we first got there, and tv in guest room was fuzzy, minor issues. owner of property east to communicate with though and very friendly!

My expectations of the house were more than expected, a nice and quiet neighborhood I would highly recommend staying there Only thing the google map will drive you to an alternate /closed entry, so you have to drive one street ahead to enter the property

Randy is great ,he was easy to communicate with and such a nice person..the resort is clean and quiet…nice pool and the rental is very nice, enjoyed the back porch facing the pond so we could watch the alligator , turkeys and Sandhill cranes…plenty of space for our family and the rental had everything we needed

Good place for you & your pets!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we relocated to the area. We needed a place for ourselves and 3 pets. My husband also needed to work from home. This house was perfect for all of our needs. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was brand new. It was immaculately clean and very quiet. There is a nice view of a pond from the back patio. The only things that we found a bit challenging (and no fault of the owner) were the check-in process (you have to stop at the gate and give your information & it was very difficult to hear the person on the other end - it improves once you get the parking pass inside the unit). If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to park it in the overflow parking, which for this unit, was a long walk. This was not an issue most of the time for us, but something to consider. Trash also must be brought up to the garbage disposal which is near the overflow parking. We got in the habit of driving our daily trash up to the disposal every night and that was fine. The resort has a nice pool, basketball & tennis courts and other items that can be borrowed from the clubhouse. We had a great stay at Lake Marion Golf Resort and really appreciated being able to have our pets with us!
