Great location!

The condo is close to several bars and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We just wished the condo included beach chair service.

Check in was super. We arrive late arriving und 11:00 pm. Condo was 5th floor super views. Easy walk to everything.

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Beautiful Place and View

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Emerald Isle Building

We have been staying at the Emerald Isle building for on and off for several years. We have stayed in many of the different units at the complex. As a whole, the complex seems to be run down. From the furniture, being old and worn to the codes at the doors never working. Due to the gate and the door codes being a pain in the butt we will be looking for an alternative stay next time. If they are, some upgrades made on the building, let us know. We might consider a return stay.

Maintenance needed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Water filtration in fridge leaked out onto kitchen floor. Ice maker did not work. Towel rack was loose and master headboard pulled loose from the wall.

Emerald Isle

The check-in process went smoothly and fast! Our condo and view was beautiful although it was not clean. There was sand and paper scattered on the deck area and we found nasal spray under the table and there was dirty wash rags in the tub . I didn’t complain I just cleaned it myself🥺The air conditioner wasn’t working properly but I called and they send someone over to check it out, it took the maintenance guy a little short of an hour and he had it working again . We enjoyed our stay but I didn’t appreciate having to clean upon our arrival since we have to pay a cleaning fee. The property manager should be notified of this because we had other friends staying on the property as well and they had the same issue.

OK Had some issues - A/C was not cooling when we arrived. Had to call for repairman. He got it fixed. One sliding glass door had problems staying on the track and would come off completely. A serious hazard if someone is sitting out on balcony and door falls on them as it is extremely heavy.

Excellent view of the beach and ocean. Would have loved some hand soap in the bathrooms. Overall a great condo to rent. Will try to rent again on future trips.

The beds are comfy and we really appreciated how much storage there was in the bathrooms. This condo will stay on our list to rent again in the future. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes... wonderful! I'm still talking about the gift bag they gave us! We have rented places for many, many, many years and that is the first gift bag we've received from a rental co. It definitely started everything out in a nice way and was a thoughtful extra touch.
