I do understand you 100% on the codes and honestly did feel the same way at first but then quickly got used to the procedure. Thanks so much for the great review and so happy you had an enjoyable trip! Very sorry to hear about the faint smoke smell as that would make me upset too. Completely unacceptable that any renter would smoke inside as it is not allowed.

Thanks so much for review Marvin and really appreciate your feedback even though your experience was unfortunately less than ideal. As a one unit owner i take any comments to heart and do feel that we were extremely responsive to immediately address your situation which is fully resolved. Scanning all the reviews i have received the by far majority have had an incredible time and have raved about the unit, the furnishings, the view and location. Since your departure the entire unit has been repainted and all new furniture purchased in the dining room which is incredible.
