Overall, the condo was OK, but you can tell this is an investment property and the amenities are just the absolute necessities. Yes, they have 3 flatscreen TVs mounted, but the internet is very slow, there is only Visio free tv, so actually watching TV isnât easy. The TVs are slow and laggy and wonât load some apps. For example, to watch a ballgame that was a n ABC, I had to hook up my iPad to my streaming service. The furniture was what I would expect to come with a âfully furnished mobile homeâ as in the cheapest possible furnishings. The shower curtains were all molded and only the bare essentials in the kitchen. Only 1 elevator was functioning, so waiting in line for the elevator was typical and you just had to pile in clown car style. The room said 2 vehicles, but after signing in 1, we got an error stating there were no other slots available. The guard said to put a not in the window and he wound try to remember note to avoid having it towed. This was just not what I expected for the price. We stay I Pensacola a lot and have only had this type of experience 1 other time. I thought it would be good for others to know when an owner appears to just trying to maximize their profits over providing a superior experience. While the ratings will still be high, they only cover the essentials, so I wanted to point out the rest of the story.
