The WaterWood Chalet ligger i ett varmt och välkomnande samhälle som ligger mellan det magnifika Rocky Mountain National Park och staden Grand i 2018 som TripAdvisors "Best American Lake Town". Varje möjlig utomhusaktiviteter inom bergsaktiviteter är inom några minuter från vårt fantastiska läge och erbjuder tyst ensamhet eller äventyr. Vilda djur vimlar, ofta utanför din dörr. Vårt uppdaterade, bekväma och idealiskt hem erbjuder besökare ett Rocky Mountain National Park Basecamp som ingen annan!

Vi har 2 bekväma sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett stort loft med 3 tvillingar och en futon soffa.

- Columbine Community har en allmän stilla timmarspolicy i kraft från 8:00 till 8:00
- Columbine Lake är en privat, förbundskontrollerad gemenskap. Hyresgäster är inte
tillåtet att använda klubbhuset, lusthus, hästar, OHV eller Columbine Lake. Tänk på det som gäller för gäster som hyresgäster bor i samhället också. HOA-medlemskaps ID är tungt polerat, och brott mot denna policy av dig eller dina gäster kan vara orsak till uppsägning av hyresavtalet.

Perfect Location! Wonderful Home! Derek was so friendly and easy to work with!

Our kids loved the loft area! They called it their “Treehouse”. MeMaw stayed in one bedroom and my wife and I stayed in the other. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The location of this home is perfect for quickly getting into town or RMNP. We had a couple of mule deer come around the house daily. The home is very cozy with a front and back deck for hanging out after a day in the park or in town. The gas grill worked great and the kitchen had all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you could possibly need. The living area was a nice size with extra chairs available if needed. Above all, Derek was very easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us Derek! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay again!

Colorado stay

Overall great location, very nice place. I do wish they provided more toilet paper as it’s expensive in town and not something you want to worry about packing when going to a place like this.

Charming cabin in beautiful area!

The pictures do no justice to the true charm of this house. Updates and decorations are perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great quality. (And I am VERY picky about beds!) I love that the loft had 3 separate twin beds and a couch instead of the standard two queens found in extra rooms. Our teen boys loved having their own spot to sleep. It was perfect! Derek is wonderful with communication and was always quick to respond. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Nice place

House is small but has enough for beds for people to sleep in. The only issue we had was that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a whole week so we had to go out and buy more. There was only 1 dishwasher detergent and no dishwashing soap so we also had to go buy our own but other than that stay was nice.

Mountain retreat A -frame home

The A-frame home is very charming and it was in very quiet neighborhood. It literally is five minutes from Rocky Mountain national Park. I would recommend getting reservations for RMNP ahead of time as we could not get into the park until after 5 PM or before 6 AM on any given day. You had to have reservations days in advance for a more reasonable time. There are several walking trails nearby. The weather was absolutely beautiful and then cabin was well stocked with whatever we needed. Derek was very helpful prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this peaceful home.

Family friendly in great location

Clean, smartly renovated with plenty of room for two small families. Short walk from Columbine Lake, less than 10 minutes into downtown Grand Lake and 5 minutes from RMNP entrance. Comfy beds, nice patio/outdoor space, and good parking situation.

FALL SPLENDOR AT GRAND LAKE

Would we recommend this rental? Absolutely! Derek was very responsive to questions during the booking process and everything worked smoothly upon arrival. The cabin was cozy with a well stocked kitchen. The back deck offered a lovely private view of aspens in their fall glory, with mountains and sky as a backdrop. Moose and red fox viewing from the front porch in the morning. During the day we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park, with trailheads within 15 minutes drive, with moose, eagle, fisher, and weasel sightings. We were able to incorporate some fly fishing along the way. Great sleeping and very quiet neighborhood at night.

Great place to stay!

I very much enjoyed this A-frame cabin. The owner promptly responded to some questions I had and was very helpful. The location was ideal. It is outside of Grand Lake but not too far. It's close to the entrance to RMNP. I gave cleanliness a 4 rating because the floor underneath the bar and sofa could have been cleaner. But other than that the cabin was very clean. The towels were huge and luxurious; the beds were comfortable with warm comforters. Overall, I gave this property a 5 and I would love to return some day.

Clean and so relaxing!

Such a beautiful area with a very short distance to the little town is Grand Lake. Loved this house so much! Surrounded by beautiful pine trees and a Mountain View. Derek was very responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip effortless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great small place near Grand Lake

Stayed here with our 4 kids. Really nice place, short drive to Grand Lake and to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Property owner was easy to talk to and work with. Place was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful home, amazing neighborhood!

We stay at many rental properties as we vacation often with our 3 children often. Derek was very responsive and was super easy to communicate with. This home is by far one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at, it is in a perfect neighborhood that is close to all things in Grand Lake! We will be using this as our annual grand lake cabin moving forward.

Great cabin in the mountains

We loved our stay at this adorable & comfortable cabin. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. So close to the adorable town of Grand Lake. We even had a few up close encounters with the local moose (as in the front yard)!! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Awesome experience!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was very clean and it had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy our time in the mountains. We especially appreciated the book full of materials of things to do in the area, as we found a few things to do off of this list. We would definitely recommend this cabin to our friends and family to rent, and we will likely book this again!

Cozy and relaxing

Beautiful cabin, we enjoyed the house and it's surroundings, got to see a Moose the first morning, just outside in the front yard. Thank you, looking forward to stay there again.
