Det finns i en lugn familjebyggnad och har totalrenoverats och renoverats med alla de senaste apparater och bekvÀmligheter du behöver. I en stadsdel nÀra centrum men ganska grön. En perfekt plats att koppla av och varva ner efter en lÄng dags sightseeing.
LÀgenheten har 75 m2 och bestÄr av:
Ett vardagsrum med en 40-tums smart-TV, DVD-spelare, soffa och ett matrumsbord som Àr tillrÀckligt stort för 6 personer.
3 sovrum - 1 sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar, 1 dubbelrum och ett sovrum med en rullande sÀng. Det stora sovrummet och det dubbla sovrummet kan inkludera en enkelsÀng eller tvÄ sÀngar som kan skjutas isÀr. Alla rum vetter mot utsidan.
Ett komplett badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök anslutet till en charmig balkong med ett bord och tvÄ stolar.

The apartment was cheery, clean and modern. Marta was amazing! She was aware we were coming in by train late at night after stores had closed, so she brought groceries for us so that we could make sandwiches for a late dinner! She was easy to contact and communicate with, and had great suggestions to help us maneuver in our new surroundings. Thanks Marta!

Quiet Get Away

This is the perfect spot to escape the hustle of Barcelona. We loved being able to explore all of Barcelona while having a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day. The host was super helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Great quiet apartment in convenient location

Marta was a great host, and the apartment is bright and clean. It fit our family of five perfectly. There is a grocery store a minute or two walk away, and the metro is only a few minute walk. We happened to be in town for the festival of San Joan and were able to see fireworks all over the city from the bridge around the corner.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment for the 4 nights we were there. It was nice to get out of the busy streets in the Barcelona core to come back to the apartment in a quiet North Garcia neighbourhood. A lot of restaurants and shops a short distance away. Marta was a great host, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and gave us some very good recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. I would recommend staying in this VRBO.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Ideale Verbindung in die Stadt via Metro. Alles superleicht zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war nicht direkt in der Touristenzone und mitten unter den Einheimischen, was den Urlaub noch viel interessanter gemacht hat.

Nice roomy place in Barcelona

Our host met us at the door to show us around and was exceptionally attentive to all our needs. The place has lots of room and well equipped. Although we did spend most of our time outside enjoying the lovely terrace.It is located not far from the Metro with easy access to everything.

A very good time in Quiet part of Barca

Really liked our stay here considering it was our first time in barca. Marta (host) met us on our first day, greated us and made sure all instructions were clear, how to use appliances and most of all, how to navigate through Barca. The appartment was clean and looked exactly like the pics. The location is about 15 mins from everything and easily accessible by metro. The Metro station (Vallarca) is about 400m (8 min walk) which gets you to everywhere you need to (including downtown, and all siteseing places). Parc Guell is about 20 min walk from appartment. Core part of downtown is really noisy so it was great staying at this place where is a bit away from the hustle and bustle but just few bus stops away from everything. Highly suggest staying here, convience store is few steps away. Overall a great time.

Le gĂźte est situĂ© dans un quartier tranquille et on a l’impression de vivre la vie des locaux.

Tout Ă©tait parfait. TrĂšs beau gĂźte. Les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ©. L’hĂŽtesse est sympathique et disponible et nous donne des conseils judicieux. La meilleure de nos hĂŽtesses en 4 semaines en Espagne. Mais VRBO n’était pas fonctionnel pour communiquer avec elle jusqu’à notre arrivĂ©e. Ça nous a causĂ© des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.

Wonderful apartment

Our family of 4 (with two teenagers) loved staying in this spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The ac works well, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Marta met us for check in, walked us through the apartment and provided us with recommendations which were very helpful. There is a grocery store at the end of the block, a lovely bakery nearby, and the metro is about a 6 min walk from the apartment. We loved coming back to a quiet neighborhood after exploring being in the crowds of Barcelona. Highly recommend this apartment!

Nice apartment

Marta was extremely helpful. This is a second floor walk up and we had large, heavy suitcases. Both my friend and I are older women and it would have been difficult for us to carry them up the stairs. Marta met us at the apartment when we checked in, immediately recognized our situation and arranged for someone to take our luggage up to the room and to take them back down when we left. The apartment was was comfortable and in a good location.

From the very beginning, Marta was extremely responsive in answering my questions and provided detailed information for our check-in. During our stay, she continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was great! The entire apartment is clean and comfortable. It is close to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and transportation. The only down side is the primary bedroom faces the street which can get noisy in the morning with traffic. But there are two other bedrooms in the back which can be used if noise is an issue with you. One other thing, there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor with a somewhat narrow staircase. So do take that into consideration if you're traveling with a big suitcase.

Vallcarca metro stop

Marta’s place was exactly as described! The location was a few mins walk to the Vallcarca metro station. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Marta greeted us and let us use her indoor garage space, which was Amazing as parking on the street isn’t obvious to find.

What a great experience!

Marta was the perfect host! Great communication, friendly and just a lovely person. The place was super clean and comfortable and the location while being away from the main area was still an easy metro ride away and quiet which is exactly what we needed. Cute, comfortable and modern apartment

Our host, Marta, is very nice! She was able to give us guidance on how to get around the neighborhood to the stores and the park as well as give suggestions on using the Metro and getting to the airport. The neighborhood seemed safe and attractive. The apartment felt secure and worked well for our family of four with comfortable beds and 3 bedrooms, each with their own AC unit. We used the clothes washer and hung our clothes to dry. The kitchen and dishwasher met our needs for making breakfast and having snacks when we were not out exploring. The apartment is located within walking distance of the Metro and Park Guell so we did not require a car in order to enjoy the things we came to see. It was easy to take the Metro train to the downtown historic core of Barcelona. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful city of Barcelona and its friendly happy citizens!

Cozy, quiet apartment perfect for a family!

This apartment was perfect for our three night stay in Barcelona. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had plenty of space for my family of 5 (including two teens and a tween). The location was great as well. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after a day in the busy city center. We also really enjoyed the back patio/porch. It was perfect for morning tea and coffee or an evening cocktail.
