Perfect Accommodations

Given the extraordinary reviews for Xavier and his apartment, we had high expectations and it was even better than advertised. The apartment is well-appointed and immaculately clean--the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in during my travels. Great Location

We very much enjoyed the location of this property, away from the busy neighborhoods but with numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by. Xavier is a wealth of knowledge and responds to requests quickly and Maria was equally helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect spot to enjoy it all

We really loved this apartment for our first trip to Barcelona! It was so comfortable with a great bed, excellent bathroom, and perfect layout for the dining table and kitchen, with more space to relax at the end of the day, either on the terrace or one of the couches. There's great food and plenty to see and do in Gracia! But it is also close to wonderful parks, and just 20 minutes with the metro to the Gothic quarter. So much care went into the arrangement, and it is a beautiful space to get to live in. Thank you so much Xavier (and Barcelona) for making it one of our favorite vacations!

Good Location

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood between two subway stops. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The big attractions of Barcelona are just a subway ride away. We enjoyed our time there and the host was gracious. He had Maria met us when we arrived and have us some restaurant suggestions. Very accomodating!

Quiet & Convenient

Great communication from Xavier and a friendly welcome from the hostess. Convenient location with easy bus and metro options for getting around the city. The flat has everything needed for a winter city break, and was warm and comfortable.

Excellent apartment close to Park Güell

Thanks to this apartment our vacation was the most memorable and confort vacation I had in a long time. Location was close to pharmacies, supermarkets, and other amenities. Communication with owner and Vrbo app was excellent.

Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Xavier’s place. The apartment was wonderfully furnished and both Xavier and his friend Maria were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the location—close to several Gaudi sites, in a neighborhood with many restaurants, etc., but also quieter than other area in Barcelona.

Happy stay in Barcelona

Great place to stay in Barcelona

We loved the apartment and it was in a great location within walking distances to top attractions. Xavier was a wonderful host and he immediately communicated back when we had questions. He gave us helpful information on restaurants and things to do. He even arranged the taxi to take us to the airport on the day we were leaving. I definitely recommend this rental if you are visiting Barcelona.

Wonderful stay in Gracia neighborhood!

It's difficult to find anything to add to all the other reviews: the apartment is well decorated, very practical and well equipped and despite of being small, the lay out was arranged in the most functional way, keeping the privacy of any people sleeping on the sofa bed. The neighborhood is quiet and well placed to go to Barcelona city center by metro (15 min.). Good supermarkets and the nice kitchen allowed us to cook a few good meals and Xavier is a sweet and lovely host! Will keep in my records for recommendations and a future trip!

A Sweet Retreat

What a warm and cozy apartment. We felt safe and relaxed. The bed was so comfortable. Even though someone went over how to use the appliances with us, we wish we had written instructions that were lamented that we could look at. We were very tired after our flight and really needed the instructions to be written down so we could have looked at them later when we wanted to use the oven. Thank you for having such a clean apartment for us to use. It was a lovely sweet retreat.
