Min husbåt när inte hyras ut är mitt hem. Båten har varit i min familj i mer än 25 år och ligger på en av de bästa platserna i staden Jordaan. Allt är gångavstånd och den största + är utsidan däck för att njuta av året runt.
Min husbåt har alla moderna nackdelar. Under de senaste 5 åren har jag haft många nöjda kunder, jag checkar in och städar mig själv liksom all korrespondens.

Fantastic

This is the way to live while in Amsterdam, to sit at the back of the boat while other boats are passing is very nice. The boat is cosy inside and you also get to use the owners vinyl record player, which is a bit of responsabillity. But feels like a warm welcome. We really recommend to spend some time on this boat

Beautiful property in a fantastic location within walking distance to the city centre. Sadly, we had to cut our stay short so only stayed for 2 days but would definitely come back for a longer holiday.

Had an Amazing stay here! Franke was a great host & provided many special touches. In a convenient location, near the Anne Frank house. Lots of yummy food all around- there was a small grocery nearby-named JUMBO - where we purchased cheeses & pastries to munch on! We had such a wonderful time on our visit!

Fantastic houseboat

Staying on Fake’s Houseboat was an incredible experience. The boat itself is extremely comfortable and has every conceivable convenience you could imagine. The location is perfect. Being able to sit on the back patio whilst watching the canal boats and ducks drifting by is a really unique experience. It’s a very relaxing way to spend a visit to Amsterdam. Fake is a great and accommodating host and I highly recommend his houseboat as a base for your Amsterdam vacation.

Perfect place for visiting Amsterdam

Fake was great to work with. This location is an absolute hidden treasure so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the boats come by. In proximity to everything for walking no car needed.

Great Place with a Wonderful Host

You can not go wrong with this property if you are looking for a wonderful little hideaway!! The Houseboat is comfortable and well located for adventures around Amsterdam. The Host goes out of his way to help!! It was the perfect start for our European adventure!!

Perfect days on Amsterdam’s best canal

Perfect location, perfect place, only surpassed by a perfect host. My wife and I enjoyed this wonderful houseboat for 3 nights and had a great time. We loved sitting on the back deck while the tour boats went by and enjoyed feeding the ducks each night. We loved meeting Fake, the host and he could not have been more responsive to our needs. We hope to visit again!!

Magical Canal Houseboat Experience

The host for this fantastically located, beautifully adorned houseboat on the canal (approximately 500m from the Anne Frank House) is fabulously hospitable. We arrived with everything perfect including welcome drinks, snacks and fresh fruit to enjoy while we sat on the waterfront deck enjoying the energy and environment of Amsterdam. So grateful for this experience and will recommend to all we know.

Amazing canal spot

We loved our stay in Fake's house boat. Cosy, and clean and exactly like the pictures. He met us himself to show us how everything worked. The location was amazing - right in/next to the nine neighbourhoods. Tons of great cafes, stores and Anne Frank museum right there. Would highly recommend and we would stay there in future!

Just delightful

We’ve traveled to Amsterdam a dozen times, but this is the first for scoring a place on the water! Outstanding. Even in December, we sat on the stern of the boat every night. Location is perfect.

Amazing visit

We loved the houseboat we rented. The experience was unique and the location was perfect for us. We were close to Anne Frank House, shopping, and restaurants. Our host was amazing. We loved chatting with him! Hanging out on the houseboat balcony and watching the tour boats go by was our favorite thing to do! Fake

Ein fantastischer Urlaub

Ein top Urlaub vom ersten Kontakt mit Fake bis zum auschecken. Ein herzliches Willkommen durch Fakes Schwester mit einer kurzen Erklärung über das Hausboot und einem fantastischen Obstkorb, Getränke für den ersten Tag und gekühltes Bier. Der Urlaub auf dem Hausboot war wie in einem zweiten zu Hause zu sein. Alles, was auf dem Hausboot zu finden ist, stand uns zur freien Verfügung. Inclusive einer umfangreichen Plattensammmlung. Das Hausboot ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Houseboat

We loved this. The houseboat is very well equipped and comfortable and the hosts left vases of daffodils, a huge fruit bowl (the ducks like grapes and pears, it seems) and said we should help ourselves to anything else. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam
