Länkarna på halvön är en exklusiv 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa. B202 har professionellt dekorerats med högt tak och kronformning. Köket har skräddarsydda bakplattor, rostfria vitvaror, alla i granitbänkskivor. Kakel i hela vardagsrummet och mattan i sovrummen. Den privata mästaren har eget stort badkar, separat dusch och dubbla fåfängligheter. Denna lägenhet har utsikt över # 1 fairway på Marsh Course med utsikt över sjön och tennisbanor från balkongen. Det finns ingen bäddsoffa, men för extra sovande finns en enkel rulla och soffan kan sova en.
Halvön är en gated community bara 7 miles från Highway 59 med noggrant underhållna 800 tunnland golf och tennis gemenskap på Bon Secour Bay. Halvön erbjuder 27 hål championship golf, 8 tända tennisbanor och en mil av stranden på Bon Secour Bay med en 350-pir. Gemenskapen har cykelvägar och naturstigar i hela halvön vilda djurskydd. Beautiful View and Quiet Location

Sitting on screened porch looking out over golf course was peaceful. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and large master suite.

Wonderful place & planning on returning

Terrific property & the Peninsula golf course is phenomenal. It’s a peaceful place to stay. Guard on post 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. It’s not really close to restaurants so I suggest cooking.

Good but may need improvement

The condo is very nice, well equipped but dated. The rugs are scratchy so no walking barefoot. Still in process of checking cleanliness of extra bedroom. Will know more later.

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and two boys, 11 and 8, stayed for Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean, well decorated with everything we could need while there. Very comfortable and we were thoroughly pleased. The address on the check-in instructions took us to the gate for residents only (which we couldn't enter) and it was a tad difficult to find the correct gate at night, which was a little ways away. Not a big deal, though, and we'd highly recommend this place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but the back sliding doors stick something awful. It was mentioned in a previous review but must have never been fixed. My sons and my self got stuck outside multiple times and my husband wld have to really work at it for a good amount of time to free us. The most disappointing thing is that it’s cost $100 dollars a day on top of what you already pay to use the pool. The pool is nice but it’s not a $100 a day pool you cld take you family to a waterpark for the day for the same price.

Awesome Place and Stay!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this condo and location! The condo was decorated so lovely and well equipped for us to cook and enjoy as if it were our own home! We look forward to renting this condo again next year. This trip was extra meaningful to us because I am facing intensive cancer treatments in two weeks. This stay at beautiful Gulf Shores and specifically this condo, really distracted me from thinking about my journey ahead. The host answered all of our questions quickly and even had lights on the artificial plants in the condo since we stayed there over Christmas. Thank you hosts for an amazing experience! NASTY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took both my sons here for their birthdays. The property location is beautiful. This unit was very nasty. The rugs in the bathrooms smelled like urine, the white couch was stained and discolored with brown spots, and neither the showers nor tubs in either bathroom had been cleaned. We called to notify management, they sent out someone to clean the next day while we were gone. They took up the rugs and ran a plain wet mop across the dining room floor only. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the unit myself. The kitchen trash can was even nasty with food in the bottom under the bag smelling like fish. I did not have a working television in the master bedroom until the day before we left, and we could barely see on the living room tv because of the black that covered the top left and bottom right of the screen because the picture tube was going out. We were locked out of the property the first 5 nights because we came back after 10 pm and did not have a code to get in until 2 nights before we left. The guards at the gate asked us daily are we leaving soon, and on the day before when my answer was tomorrow, he said "GOOD RIDDANCE!" Each time my sons walked to cabana beach they were approached and asked if they were lost or on the wrong property. The walls are paper thin also. You can hear the snoring from the people in the next unit.

Great location

This was a different VRBO experience than I am used to. I like when the owner is who I deal with. This was more like renting any other beach condo with a management company. I wonder if we could have avoided fees if we had just gone through the management company instead of VRBO. The condo location was great. The furnishings were a little worn. You will need to bring everything! 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is all you get. They do warn you of this as your dates get close. I would rent here again but with different expectations.
