Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Loads of Space
This spacious end unit on the top floor is located on the Gulf of Mexico on Madeira Beach. It is complete with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and extra-large living room is a great location for family vacations, girls getaways, or couples traveling with their friends. Hotel rooms can feel so crowded, at Seaview Unit 505 you will have plenty of space to enjoy your time together.
The kitchen has an eat-in bar that seats four. It comes complete with a double stainless steel sink with disposal. The kitchen also has new refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware.
The living/dining room area is very spacious with new leather sofa, loveseat, chair and two La-Z-Boy recliners. The dining room table seats eight. The adjoining bar area seats an additional four. The room is complimented by double disappearing glass doors that open to your private oceanfront patio with dining and padded chaise lounge chairs for rest, relaxation and taking in the breathtaking ocean views. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, and a pack-n-play in the unit for guest use.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bath with over-sized walk-in shower and granite counter tops. The first guest bedroom provides one king bed, plenty of drawer space, and a large closet. The second guest bedroom provides 2 queen beds with headboards with reading lights and USB charging ports built in, plenty of drawer space, and a very large closet. One bathroom has a tub/shower unit and the other has a walk-in shower. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen tv, and all have cable tv. The unit comes complete with in-suite laundry room with new washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens.

We had been renting at Seaview for 17 years and when an opportunity came to buy, we jumped at it. Our family, kids and grandkids, have always enjoyed the condo, the location, beaches and the accessibility to local activities and restaurants. We always look forward to coming back year after year. We want all renters to have the same experience and will try to make that possible.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
There is nothing better than sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying a spectacular sunset over Madeira Beach and the amazing Gulf of Mexico. It's not uncommon to see dolphins passing in the water everyday. Everyone in our family loves to walk for miles on the beach collecting seashells and other treasures. The little ones can run and play in the sand and water. The memories made here last a lifetime, and we hope others can experience that as well!
