Denna 4 sovrum, 2 badrum Sparrow Pond stuga är ny på hyresmarknaden. Vi kommer att lägga till nya bilder senare i veckan. Det finns 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar, ett sovrum med en våningssäng och två enkelsängar och ett 4: e sovrum med en enkelsäng.

Alla Sparrow Pond Cottages ligger i West Beach Village, och i närheten av många av Kiawahs mest uppskattade sevärdheter och aktiviteter. De är fristående stugor.

Great area and location

We had a great time at your cottage! The check in process was so easy and you provided clear instructions/ directions for anything we would need while staying there. The cottage was as described and a nice easy walk to the beach along the bike trail. The beach was awesome- very family friendly and not crowded. Had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us- and our maltipoo!

Nice Cottage Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island. Cottage community was within a nice walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed being close to front gate to bike to Village area. Enjoyed eating at several yummy restaurants and played some pickleball! Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage. Communication was super easy wuth property manager before stay and we had no issues!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I were extremely happy with this rental. It’s in a wonderful location, close to the beach, nice and quiet. Exceedingly clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. My husband loved the proximity to Cougar Point Golf Course, he walked over every day to practice his putting and chipping. A small issue with a slow bathroom drain was resolved immediately. Susie was wonderful to work with and is on top of everything. Always appreciate dog friendly rentals. Great three weeks all around!

Perfect Place to Relax & Unwind

This was our first time staying in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family! So easy to relax and unwind. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return for another visit.

Great spot for family get together.

Only the second time we've stayed in the Sparrow Pond neighborhood. While close to the entry gate, it is a quiet neighborhood with short walk or bike to pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay with family and will come back to Kiawah again.

Relaxing vacation

Kiawahhhh Wonder

Our stay was spectacular. The cottage was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The entire area was so peaceful and relaxing and the people we met there were all so friendly. The entire vacation was wonderful. The area is very dog friendly. We would absolutely return!!!

Great place for a family vacation!

We were very pleased with this property! The cottage was as clean as any that we have stayed in, which is always a concern when properties allow dogs. The TV room served as a very comfortable 4th bedroom for us. The outdoor set up made it easy to comply with the "bikes out of sight" rule. We will definitely try to book this cottage again when we return to Kiawah.

Great place, great location

We spent a week here with our four kids (ages 23-16) and dog. Easy walk to the beach and located on a quiet dead end street. House itself was clean and nicely set up. The four bedrooms were definitely a plus for us, gas grill was easy to use and the all seasons porch was a great place to sit for morning coffee. would definitely stay again if we are in Kiawah. Owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions.

Clean, cozy, very close to beach and pool, family friendly

We were very very happy with this house. We lived in Charleston for nearly 20 years and always felt the Kiawah beaches are the best in the area. the sand is level and not dredge sand that Is rough on your feet. The house was less than 5 minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes to the pool. The house was perfect for our three children ages 3, 5, and 6. The 4th bedroom was a big help when another family joined us for a couple of days of our vacation. The house is very clean and well appointed for cooking at home. Susie was attentive to a request early in our trip and was available immediately for a last minute reservation extension.

Great stay!!! Just as listed! Cute & spacious.

This Cute & spacious Sparrow Pond cottage was just as listed. Great location & very clean and comfortable. All beds were comfy. Surprising amount of closet space & kitchen cabinet space. There are really 3 separate “living” areas, which was wonderful! Screened in porch served as a great office/work space. Kitchen was well equipped (including a large toaster oven & large microwave and both drip coffee maker and separate keurig). The laundry room was really great! Nice machines. Short & scenic walk to both pool & beach. Susie & her crew were awesome to work with!!! Extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. I appreciated that she checked in with us upon getting there to make sure everything was ok. She definitely goes the extra step.

Great location

The house was in a great location but needs A lot of updating. My husband had to fix a few things while there. The advertised lift didn’t work even after being worked on. The frig had to be worked on twice so we lost a lot of food. Having to keep the bikes under the house was very aggravating with the cars in the driveway. However, the property manager was very nice, prompt and is reimbursing is for our lost groceries. The air conditioning worked great too! We normally stay in vanderhorst so it was a lot different but we still had a great time!

Nice Cottage, Plenty of Space

My wife, dog and I stayed in this cottage for 2 weeks as a “work-cation.” It ticked all the boxes for us: good bed, hot shower, fast/stable internet (Xfinity), and ~7 minute walk to the beach. Some of the appliances seemed newer: fridge w/ ice and water on the door, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. We cooked most meals in and found it had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. If stairs are an issue for you, there’s a lift. The cottage had way more room than we needed, but it was nice to be able to spread out. You can’t see the beach or any of Kiawah’s ponds, but the forest/shrub thicket (complete with deer) is nice and gives a secluded feel. Overall, the furnishings were beach comfortable: not brand new or the latest fashion, but comfortable and well maintained. For larger groups, furnishings are arranged so there a couple of different areas where subsets of folks could sit and chat. There’s also an outdoor deck & table on one side. The host (Susie) provided a lot of information prior to arrival and touched base with us via email after we arrived. We had no other need to contact her. We would recommend this cottage to others and would stay again. Kiawah is great, but there is construction noise on the beach (new condos), teams trimming the overgrowth, and they love their leaf blowers!
