Perfect for a couples getaway, this charming 1-bedroom Seascape villa is situated in the heart of Kiawah's West Beach Village and is just a brief stroll to both the beach and the Cougar Point Golf Course club house. Ideally located, this second floor unit is an end unit, which provides for a more private retreat.
The interior has been beautifully renovated, with no detail spared. The main living space is showcased by the vaulted ceiling with cypress paneling and exposed beams as well as the expansive windows & sliding doors allowing immense natural light to shine throughout the space. There is a comfortable screened-in porch that allows guests to relax and take in the sights & sounds of the maritime forest.
The kitchen features custom cabinetry, a stone tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. A custom-built pantry provides ample kitchen storage, while the convenient breakfast bar offers additional prep space and seating for three.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed and the living room also contains a sleeper sofa for an extra guest. The bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower, new fixtures, a granite-topped vanity, tile floors, and beadboard paneling. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the walk-in closet.
