Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Close to multiple golf courses. Small but comfortable private pool. Open floor plan with decent sized kitchen with everything you need.

Weekend Getaway

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with some friends. Their kitchen was wonderful-fully stocked. Their pool is the perfect size and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. Plenty of room for us and having a private pool was amazing!

Great house, great location, great host!

Teryl's house was very comfortable and well equipped. Teryl made us feel very welcome, he was quick to respond to our questions and an overall great host. The location in the Cove is wonderful. Close to hiking trails, close to old town LaQuinta and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our month long stay.

Paradise near Tennis Paradise

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay here for 4 nights during the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. The location and neighborhood was super convenient while the home itself was very large, clean, and well equipped. The pool was super warm and chairs around it great for relaxing in. Our only regret was that we didn't spend enough time at the home because we were watching so much tennis! It would be an ideal property for our family of 5 so we hope to stay again when we return with our kids! La Quinta is a gorgeous area!

Amazing stay!

Ive stayed in quite a few rentals and this one takes the cake. Its absolutely stunning, looks just like the pictures! Fully stocked with anything and everything you need. You feel right at home and had the best sleep, the beds are so comfortable. The front yard view is amazingggg! The backyard is set up super cozy! The location is great for just relaxing or if youre wanting to sight see, so many fun things nearby!

Roomy house

The house was very comfortable, and matched the description on the VRBO website. The owner was easy to communicate with. The only problem was using the TV. We knew that regular TV was not provided, but streaming was an option. We could not get the remote to work for us. I suggested to the owner that instructions for the remote would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay, and we recommend this property to others.

Girls Getaway

My sisters & daughters all stayed for the 3 day weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was great, huge living room, 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for 5 of us. Everything was well stocked in kitchen and towels, etc. Pool was heated although a bit small. Lots of chairs around pool. Quiet neighborhood close to La Quinta Old Town. The only issue we had was when we arrived we couldn’t get in the house for about an hour. The main door had the top sliding lock secured & door wouldn’t open. Teryl responded & we were able to get in using the keypad on garage door! We would stay there again and had a fun weekend.

Our stay was very comfortable!Great neighborhood, quiet, big house. Didn't feel like a vacation, it felt like home. The pool was perfect for my family, whole house was clean and open. We were very happy and will be back again!

Girls weekend

My best friend, sister and I stayed there for a long weekend. It was a perfect house for us. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Definitely coming back there with our families.

Home away from home

Well-equipped kitchen with grilling tools, lovely outdoor areas and "spool" area with plenty of umbrellas and pool toys. Loved our relaxing stay close to old town.

We loved the place. Nice roomy kitchen and living room. We spent alot of time in the pool just relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent. Answered any question right away. We already booked the same dates for next year!!

Roomy space and relaxing

Lots of room, little pool was nice one issue was the shower in the main bathroom handle was broken, a little tricky turning on the water. Owner was super responsive.

The house and property are absolutely stunning! Quiet neighborhood, we had the best most relaxing time. Wonderful little outdoor spaces lovely for morning coffee or outdoor dining. Plenty of space. Just 10/10 excellent time!

Great house in La Quinta Cove

Very nice house in a great location. Close to Old Town La Quinta and lots of walking trails. Lots of sunny or shady seating in back yard or in front by the pool. Beautiful view of the mountains to the west. Very well equipped kitchen! House is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms and large living room.

Could be a contender

This is a nice home with plenty of space, nice spool, and a great backyard.The host was very responsive and even offered an early check in. However, cleanliness was an issue. The backyard was covered in dust, the sheets were stained and dirty towels were on the toilet. Also the home was not stocked as there was no soap in either bathroom and very few kitchen items. Often this is due to cleaners and not owners who may not live nearby and are relying on honest cleaners.This home has too much potential to be mishandled by the cleaners.Im sure they will work on it.

Everything was good except the lack of laundry. The pump on the washer was out, and we never had laundry access during our 11 day stay with 5 adults in 100 degree heat.

Lovely large holiday home with a nice swimming pool

We enjoyed the lovely cool holiday home. In the evening we swam in the pool. The house is clean and the garden is playfully laid out. Everything we needed was there. We can highly recommend this holiday home.
