Detta nyligen ombyggda hem ligger i La Quinta Cove. Den vackra Santa Rosa-bergen kan ses från främre gården och Coral Berg efter den nyligen åter dök sten tech uppvärmd pool / spa. Front gården har mycket bekväma utemöbler medan du kopplar bredvid en egen vatten funktionen. Vandring och cykelleder finns inom gångavstånd. Detta hem ligger bara några minuter från Gamla stan La Quinta, som har underbara restauranger, salonger och butiker.

Vardagsrummet har en öppen koncept med högt i tak och stenmur accenter. För din underhållning har vi en LG 60 tums HD platt-TV med kabel, trådlöst internet och obegränsade samtal till USA och Kanada. Detta kök är fullt utrustat och har granit bänkskivor.

Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en 32 i Samsung platt HD platt-TV. Befälhavaren badet är vackert kaklade med en walk-in glas dusch. Dubbla handfat med granit räknare. Skjutdörr av master bad ger snabb tillgång till Pebble tech uppvärmd pool och spa. Första sovrummet har en drottning säng medan det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, bra för barn. Andra badrummet är avstängd hallen, som är enkel tillgång till båda sovrummen. Detta badrum är också vackert kaklade med ett glas duschkabin och granit bänk.

Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns utanför hallen nära till alla rum.

Om du gillar att spela golf, Coachella Valley erbjuder flera prestigefyllda golfbanor. Silver Rock ,, La Quinta Resort och PGA West är inom några minuter från vårt hem.

Huset ligger inom åtta minuter med bil till Empire Polo Fields där Coachella, Stagecoach och öken resa konserter.

Perfect house for family getaway

We stayed with my family, teenagers and toddlers. Pool was beautiful, house has every single utensil you would need. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely would come again!

5 Stars – Fantastic Stay in La Quinta!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation rental in La Quinta. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The private pool and spa were perfect for relaxing, and the mountain views were stunning.The host was helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great La Quinta Getaway

This is about the 8th VRBO home I’ve stayed in within La Quinta Cove and it was the best so far. My family likes to get away from city living and relax in a pool and in the sun with no cares for a few days a couple times a year. This property was perfect for that. The pool was larger than many in the area; the house was impeccably clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and accommodating and the location is ideal if you love La Quinta Cove like we do and enjoy walking in the quiet neighborhood or on local trails. It’s also a quick drive to historic La Quinta to enjoy the restaurants and Sunday’s Farmers Market. You can’t go wrong with this property. We will definitely be repeat renters.

Enjoying Indian Wells tennis with friends

Such a wonderful time with friends. We have stayed in hotels closer to the venue in the past but this was so much more comfortable. We had space to spread out and relax in the evenings and Marla was super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

Vacation Stay

Marla was a wonderful host and communication with her was excellent. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and I only give reviews to the best homes. This home is very clean, well stocked, and in a very quiet area. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and newly redone. We were very happy with the house both inside and outside. Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay in La Quinta! We were there for family Thanksgiving and needed to prep a couple of side dishes to bring to dinner and found the kitchen very well stocked for meal prep. The pool is beautiful and we did enjoy a dip in the spa! All instructions were thorough and easy to understand which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Gem in La Quinta

Marla is an amazing host! Her home is beautiful, always clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s fully stocked and spacious, perfect for the entire family. Perfect for private family getaway

The house was clean. Easy check in process, responsive host. We enjoyed the pool and house very well. Perfect for families who seek for a private getaway. The only thing was the too hot weather dur to heat wave which has nothing with host. Other than that, it was completely perfect. ✌️

Clean House

This house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty close to the event as well. The neighbors kept to themselves, and it was in a good quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice to have. It made the 105-degree temperature seem like 80 degrees. The house could have held more people, but I went on this trip with the wife only. We had a 3-bedroom house to ourselves basically which was nice! There were a few annoying crickets that got into the house. But they didn't last long! :) All in all, it was very enjoyable stay, and we had a great time. I would stay at this house again if I were in the area. It was very secluded and easy to check in and out of. thanks!

Amazing weekend getaway

Relaxing Pool Getaway

Awesome place for a relaxing pool weekend getaway! My 2 friends and I loved floating and swimming in Marla’s beautiful large pool the entire weekend. We went in June and the water temperature was perfect without it being heated. The pool waterfall makes a peaceful sound. Trader Joe’s and other stores less than 10 minutes away, which is great since her kitchen was begging to be cooked in. Marla also stocks the house with the necessities - olive oil, spices, coffee, tea and best of all - there’s filtered water and ice from the fridge! The house, rooms and bathrooms were decorated cute and comfy. We loved watching movies on the large TV at night. Just be aware that there are a good amount of bugs at night time (during the day is fine) since it’s the desert. Marla was helpful and responsive. I hope to return soon! :)

We are from Northern California. We have three grown childred which are married with kids. We wanted a place where our family could go and relax. We enjoy the sun, water and walking and this place provides everything we were asking for.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have traveled in this area many times and just love it. Once we decided to purchase a home we knew it had to be near the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our current home, it takes at least an hour drive to get to a major mall, Costco or Trader Joes. We like the fact that everything is so close. Major shopping, golf, restaurants, casinos, entertainment just minutes away. Also the fact that the home was resently remodel was and added plus. It was move in ready in a very nice, friendly neighborhood.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Setting in the front courtyard and enjoying the western view of the Santa Rosa mountains. Listening to the waterfall is very relaxing and a perfect get away. Walking and bike trails are a few blocks away. Old Town La Quinta is within walking distance.
