Amazing Southern Condo i Hilton Head, SC. med 4 sovrum + en loft, 4. 5 bad, den, 6 platt-TV, tillgång till stranden, bubbelbad, grill och gratis WiFi. I närheten finns golf och tennis, och köpcentra ligger en kort bilresa bort.

Denna 5 STAR 4 sovrum Condo ligger i Port Royal Plantation, bredvid Westin Hotel på Hilton Head Island. Beläget bara ett kvarter från stranden, erbjuder denna charmiga villa semesterfirare en bekväm strand, pool, badtunna, grill, golf och tennis. Det har rymligt boende och en härlig, stillsam, naturlig miljö som lockar familjer, par, golf och tennisentusiaster.

Den 2400 kvadratmeter lägenhet har utsikt över en uppvärmd pool med bubbelpool, och ligger bara några steg (fyra minuters promenad) till den välskötta Folly Field Road tillgång till stranden. Det finns också en grill utomhus. Gratis WiFi ingår.

På första våningen finns ett mysigt vardagsrum med trägolv. Det finns gratis trådlöst internet, en stor inbyggd HiDef LCD-TV med digital kabel och DVD-spelare och en öppen spis. Det finns ett rymligt kök välfylld med alla köksredskap och rätter som du behöver för att du ska känna dig som hemma. Matbordet plats 10, med ytterligare två barstolar vid köksbänken. Den första våningen erbjuder också ett sovrum med följande: en queen size-säng, privat badrum, platt-TV, pulver rum och tvättmöjligheter.

Det finns ett loft med en dag säng soffa, 2 dubbla madrasser, och en TV / video som ligger på toppen av trappan. Det finns tre extra sovrum på övervåningen (kung, drottning och två drottningar) vardera med eget badrum och alla med egen plattskärms-TV. Detta särskiljande villa erbjuder också gästerna en utomhusdusch och en carport för fyra bilar.

Vi är så glada att kunna gå ut ur lägenheten, genom den intilliggande grinden (Folly Field RD) och stå på parkeringsplatsen på Islander's Beach Park. Ingen bil behövs och det är en 3-4 minuters promenad till stranden. På denna strand har paviljongen badrum och utomhusduschar.
Westin Hotel ligger också inom gångavstånd och har en transfer precis utanför vårt lägenhetshotell. Denna lägenhet är perfekt för människor som deltar på ett bröllop, konferens eller annan händelse där.
Port Royal Village ligger vid Port Royal Plantation, som har 2 golfbanor och ett driving range. Klubbhuset ligger mindre än 1/2 mil från lägenheten.

Denna vackra egendom ligger bara tre minuters promenad till stranden genom en ny strand park med lekplats och toaletter. För tennisentusiast, är Port Royal Racket Club alldeles intill. De restauranger och affärer i Westin Resort ligger inom gångavstånd. Port Royal Plantation har två 18-håls golfbanor.

Beautiful home and the owners were very easy to work with.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The access to the pool was perfect and it was just a short walk to the beach. The porch was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and late night talks.

We loved it and will come back!

Great Vacation Villa with a very home like feel because it is fully decorated and furnished nicely. Good location and short access to the beach with public park & restrooms close by. Great space and spot

Beautiful! Close to beach and so much more! Love!

Very clean and comfortable. Had all the things to make our stay that much more comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Very nice neighborhood. Loved the pool and jacuzzi in the complex. Would definitely come again to enjoy Lyons #9.

Absolutely perfect setup for our crew of 9. Fantastic location.

The property was immaculate. Loved that we could watch the younger ones swim from the pool and the older ones could ride their bikes to the beach. We loved the short walk to the hotel pool bar. We used the bike trail to take a family ride to the St. Pat’s Day parade. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our mom and all of our adult children stayed for Thanksgiving. There were 7 of us with plenty of room for sleeping and enough bathrooms to make our stay more than comfortable! Art work in house is beautiful and the beach is just a short walk away!!

Fabulous ... Relaxing ... Comfortable and Well Equiped!

Believe all the positive reviews about #9 Lyons. The property owner and vacation Villa is amazing. My family and I have been visiting HHI for the past 9 years and this place is our favorite by far. It's close to the beach and very comfortable. Everything you need is in the Villa. Make sure you don't miss all the beautiful art work this place has to offer!

Very clean and convenient

We had a most enjoyable stay and liked the well equipped kitchen and baths. There was no need to buy any of the basics, like detergent, laundry soap or paper towels since they are provided. There was even enough coffee to get started the first morning. All in all one of the better condos in the island.

Missouri visitors

We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Head. The property was as described. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. There were 7 adults and 5 children - plenty of room for everyone. The owner called me the afternoon of our arrival to make sure everything was OK! I would recommend this villa and would love to return some day. We visited the beach everyday - about a 10 minute walk.

Overall we were very satisfied!

Hope was very nice and responded to questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The space itself was perfect for our large group (6 adults and 5 children). We were only disappointed that the pool was closed for the first few days due to a broken chlorinator, no fault of the owners..

Perfect Time With Family!

This is a GREAT location and property for some time away from the world! The condo was quiet and had large rooms to accommodate our family members. The property is in a quiet area, with no street noise. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, which we used every day! The walk to the beautiful beach was 5 minutes. We rented bikes at the Westin resort across the way and had a fantastic time riding in the beach. We also booked spa appointments at the Westin . You can easily get around the island to see the sights or just have the peace and quiet of the beach and condo….best of both worlds.

Beautiful stay, great location

My family had a wonderful time at this property. 9 adults and 2 small children, all slept comfortably. The property was very well equipped with anything and everything we would need for our stay. We arrived, and the property was well cleaned and tidy. The place was beautifully decorated, which provided a cozy environment that truly felt like home. The owner communicated well and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities around Hilton head island that were very useful. It was nice to have the pool right in front of the property, and also nice that it was gated. The beach access was just a short walk across the street, so easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this property and will look at it again for future stays.

Nice place to stay.

Our stay was great and we loved the property. I will say that there are a few things that are not told about it though. The actual home located up a set of stairs so if you have someone who is handicapped or anything g like that, this is not the place for you. The only room in it that is on the main is a room with a double bed. Everything else is up stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the Home is beautiful. I would also caution you to take a look at the sheets before just jumping in. Mine in one of the rooms were not clean and neither was the bed cover or the pillow shams. The mattress pad on that bed was also dirty. The onwner of the home is very nice and helpful. There is no ocean view from this property. There is a nice play area you can see from the balcony and also a pool and hot tub for summer stays. And also a bbq grill as well. We had a great time. We had 12 people with us and everyone slept comfortably. Enjoy your stay!!

Imagine my surprise!

Imagine my surprise when I got to the top of the stairs on the porch of the rented condo, looked at the pool and it was under repairs. Record high warm temperatures made for an enjoyable stay on HHI, but a pool would have helped make it a five star week. Also the bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a pillow top mattress cover to help soften it up. It was extremely hard. The unit was sufficiently furnished and had everything that we needed.

Simply Amazing

The villa was simply amazing. It is very spacious with everything and anything we needed in a VRBO. From the minute we walked in we felt at home....it was so comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and the beach was only minutes from the villa. Definitely a five-star VRBO.

We live in Louisville, KY and have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years. When we found the villa in Port Royal we knew this was our 'home away'. With 8 children this villa has all the rooms, amenities and location that we need. Our favorite memories are the great weeks we have all shared together. I know you will too find what we think is so very special on the 'happy island' of Hilton Head.

The Lyons Villa has a great space for large groups, private bathrooms for every bedroom and easily accessible to the beach, tennis, golf and shopping. Away from the crowded area of Sea Pines it offers it own uniqueness for many visitors and quests. Once you stay you never want to leave!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love the location of the villa, next to the tennis courts, golf and an easy stroll to the beach. Because of the location on the island there is never any traffic, the beach is well maintained, the tennis courts are always available and golf next door! A vacationers paradise!
It is next to the Westin so we get many renters who chose a more "home like" atmosphere.
Just sitting on the rockers on the front poach makes it so unique and comfortable!
As well as the ample space inside!
