Can’t beat the location for ASV

Friendly host communication and 10 minutes from ASV. Creek that kids can explore and big yard for relaxing. Another property right next to it so perfect for families from same team to rent side by side. Quiet, cute town.

Excellent home for the large family / group! All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious with a ton of counter top space. Excellent proximity to the Cooperstown All Star Village fields 8 minutes away. (Not having to drive 30 minutes like some of our teammates was huge) Air conditioning was on point! Worked beautifully and we always were refreshed retuning home after a long day at the ballpark.

Comfortable stay, owner always available for any questions or problems. Be sure to bring soap, shampoo, hair dryer, extra toilet paper etc. We would stay there again.

Quiet peaceful stay

Great stay. Lots of room and supplies needed for a family of 6. 10 minutes from all star village. We stayed for a week during our baseball tourney. Property manager was prompt to reply and helpful. Would stay here again!

Great property!

We had a great time at Creekside Haven. Its super close to baseball field and big enough to have a team BBQ. The community pool across the street was a big plus. Great stay, thank you John for being always available!

Great Location

This house was perfect for a group of three adults and two kids. It was 10 minutes from the player’s village and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the owner. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Baseball family

We had a great stay. He reached out early to let me know the expectations for checkin day. It went smoothly and was a great stay for us as our kid played at all star village. It was a quick 10 minute drive which made the late nights really easy. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Creekside Stay

This property was in a perfect location for playing at All Star Village! It was a easy highway drive from the park. The owners were wonderful to work with & easy to reach with any questions. I’d definitely recommend this property to families playing at All Star Village.

Amazing Home for Cooperstown Tournament!

This house was beyond PERFECT! We had 3 families share the property and it was spacious, accommodating and relaxing. The kids loved playing in the creek and the parents loved the patio for BBQing and relaxing. The commute to ASV was short enough for us to make trips back and forth when the siblings needed a break from baseball. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Creekside delivers a perfect strike!

Perfect accommodations for our family stay for a week of baseball at All-Star village. Plenty of room for our family of 9 adults! The location is a 10 minute drive away from All-Star village. John was quick on the reply for little needs we had. What a great week!

Great property and excellent host

This property is a great property to stay if you are playing at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was kept clean and has plenty of room for everyone to sleep and maneuver around. John was an amazing host who was excellent at responding to inquiries as they arose. The property is located approximately eight minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village. The only recommendations for this property I have would be related to the ceiling fans not working, but the AC window units were adequate enough to keep the rooms cool. Thank you John for being an excellent host and great communicator.

House was a Hit!

The house was as described and perfect for a stay while attending games at All Star Village. The fields were an easy 10-minute drive and the house had everything one would need to enjoy their stay. Perfect for family stay

We stayed a whole week for Cooperstown. The house was well cleaned. Plenty of space for adults and children. The outside property was beautiful with a creek running next to it. Quick drive into the town of Oneonta.

Great Week while at CASV

We had such a great stay at this property. The house is super clean and spacious. The drive back and forth from CASV was quick and easy. Our host was very responsive for any questions we had. The creek next door was a great treat for my boys. We definitely hope to be back in a few years when our next son visits CASV. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect little house!

This darling house was perfect. The location is only 8 minutes from All Star Village. Absolutely beautiful area with a darling little ice cream shop you can stop at on the way. John was excellent to work with. We loved the cute house and the yard was awesome. The fireflies in the evenings was my absolute favorite part. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere nice and comfortable to stay. There is a lot of down time in between games and it was nice having somewhere to go versus sitting in a hotel room. Otego is absolutely beautiful!!

Creek House

Nice location, less than 10 mins to ASV. Pool and park across the street with a pavilion. Nice place to have the kids gather. Owner does not allow any unregistered guests on the property.

Baseball Trip

Our grandson participated at Cooperstown All Star Village the week we stayed at Creekside Haven. The house was perfect for our family which consisted of four adults and three girls ages 9,7, and 5. The location was less than 15 minutes to the ballparks and the drive was easy. The community has a free swimming pool within walking distance and the creek beside the house was a hit too! We would definitely rent this house again if given the need to be back in the area.
