Beläget bara fem och en halv mil (~ 7-8 minuters bilresa) från Cooperstown All Star Village, fjorton mil (~ 20 minuters biltur) från Cooperstown Dreams Park, tjugo miles från Cooperstown och fem miles från City of Oneonta, detta lugna landsbygdshem är idealiskt för alla familjer som letar efter en fantastisk vistelse under sommaren baseball säsongen, eller vid andra tider under året för att njuta av upstate New York, Catskills och / eller Adirondack Mountains. Hemmet ligger på cirka fem öppna tunnland mark. Hemmet i sig är cirka 2400 kvadratmeter, 4 sovrum, 2 badrum, kök, matsal och ett stort familjerum. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare (med tvättmedel) i ett av badrummen. Direkt-TV på två 65-tums TV-apparater och trådlöst internet tillhandahålls. Köket är utrustat med tallrikar, skålar, glas, kokkärl, köksredskap, mixer och liknande. Det finns ett stort garage med två bilar, med gott om parkering. Utanför vardagsrummet på övervåningen finns ett däck med propangrill (medföljande propan). Det finns tre sovrum på övervåningen (2 av sovrummen innehåller drottningssängar och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng / full våningssäng). Den nyrenoverade bottenvåningen har ett badrum och ett ombyggt vardagsrum / bäddsrum med två bäddsoffor. Mellan Memorial Day och Labor Day finns hemmet tillgängligt från fredag till fredag. Under andra tider under året kan fastigheten hyras dagligen baserat på tillgänglighet. Fastighetsägare bor i närheten och kommer att vara tillgängliga för att ge rekommendationer för området (restauranger, aktiviteter etc.).

Perfect in every way! We stayed for baseball at ASV and the location was great! 10 min drive. House was clean and spacious and perfect for our trip. We will be back!

The home was close to Cooperstown All Star Village, making it convenient to go back and forth for games. Spacious, clean and welcoming, it comfortably hosted our family of 7. It offered a quiet, peaceful respite when we were not at games. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!

Perfect!

Beautiful property! Super clean with every amenity needed for a fun family weekend. The weather did not cooperate but we still had great time since there's so much room inside! Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

House was perfect for two families to share who both have players at all star village. Each was able to have their own bathroom and private sleeping floor and then share the living spaces. It was clean and decorated lovely.

Nice house and location

Very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. The property was nice, well maintained and lot of room for a couple families to stay! The property manager was quick to respond and helpful whenever we needed.

Great stay

We needed a place near Oneonta and Cooperstown to visit friends. Great location and access to nearby towns via backroads. Beautiful natural setting! Owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would totally stay again when we come up to see family.

Great home

We stayed at this home when our son was participating in the Cooperstown dreams Park experience. The home was spacious and clean, dog friendly. About 20 minutes from CDP. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Was perfect for the whole family to stay and relax during a baseball tournament. Plenty of space inside and out. Home was very clean and owner was very responsive to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

Family Weekend Get Away

We truly enjoyed our quick trip to Laurens and a peaceful stay at this home. A great get away with our own space but close enough to all locations. Very clean and accommodating home. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Anniversary/family time

The house and property were beautiful. Very clean, everything marked, which was a great help. It wasn't dog friendly for our dogs. The hardwood floors were to slippery. They kept falling. The steps into the house were steep for our dogs. It was convenient to everything including family. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Beautiful house and property. Immense backyard, our dog loved it. Very nice interior of the home, excellent TVs, well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with owner. I would highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

Clean, private, and spacious plus huge backyard

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to Oneonta (5 miles), out in the country in the mountains with a fabulous view, had a huge secluded backyard which was perfect for kids and dogs, lots of room inside the house…loved the big dining room table and full basement, lots of amenities, would stay again. Highly recommmend.

The entire property has so much to offer; there is vast open space surrounding the house, it's very private and peaceful because the property is lined by trees and the area is quiet due to it's location. The views are beautiful, from sunrise, to sunset and star gazing at night. There's so much space inside the house to spread out and relax, the home is very comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home.
