BelÀget bara fem och en halv mil (~ 7-8 minuters bilresa) frÄn Cooperstown All Star Village, fjorton mil (~ 20 minuters biltur) frÄn Cooperstown Dreams Park, tjugo miles frÄn Cooperstown och fem miles frÄn City of Oneonta, detta lugna landsbygdshem Àr idealiskt för alla familjer som letar efter en fantastisk vistelse under sommaren baseball sÀsongen, eller vid andra tider under Äret för att njuta av upstate New York, Catskills och / eller Adirondack Mountains. Hemmet ligger pÄ cirka fem öppna tunnland mark. Hemmet i sig Àr cirka 2400 kvadratmeter, 4 sovrum, 2 badrum, kök, matsal och ett stort familjerum. Det finns en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare (med tvÀttmedel) i ett av badrummen. Direkt-TV pÄ tvÄ 65-tums TV-apparater och trÄdlöst internet tillhandahÄlls. Köket Àr utrustat med tallrikar, skÄlar, glas, kokkÀrl, köksredskap, mixer och liknande. Det finns ett stort garage med tvÄ bilar, med gott om parkering. Utanför vardagsrummet pÄ övervÄningen finns ett dÀck med propangrill (medföljande propan). Det finns tre sovrum pÄ övervÄningen (2 av sovrummen innehÄller drottningssÀngar och ett sovrum med en dubbelsÀng / full vÄningssÀng). Den nyrenoverade bottenvÄningen har ett badrum och ett ombyggt vardagsrum / bÀddsrum med tvÄ bÀddsoffor. Mellan Memorial Day och Labor Day finns hemmet tillgÀngligt frÄn fredag till fredag. Under andra tider under Äret kan fastigheten hyras dagligen baserat pÄ tillgÀnglighet. FastighetsÀgare bor i nÀrheten och kommer att vara tillgÀngliga för att ge rekommendationer för omrÄdet (restauranger, aktiviteter etc.).

The home was close to Cooperstown All Star Village, making it convenient to go back and forth for games. Spacious, clean and welcoming, it comfortably hosted our family of 7. It offered a quiet, peaceful respite when we were not at games. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Family Weekend Get Away

We truly enjoyed our quick trip to Laurens and a peaceful stay at this home. A great get away with our own space but close enough to all locations. Very clean and accommodating home. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

We needed a place near Oneonta and Cooperstown to visit friends. Great location and access to nearby towns via backroads. Beautiful natural setting! Owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would totally stay again when we come up to see family.

Nice house and location

Very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. The property was nice, well maintained and lot of room for a couple families to stay! The property manager was quick to respond and helpful whenever we needed.

Family weekend

We stayed at this property for Oneonta family weekend. It was close to campus (needed to drive) and very spacious. Six of us plus two dogs had plenty of room. Communication with property manager was great!!!!

Great Place to Stay

The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up in Oneonta, NY so I have been part of the community for all of my life. After leaving the area for college, my husband and I chose to return to Oneonta to raise our 3 boys because it's a great place to raise a family.

This home is one that's been in our family for years and we bought it because we wanted to share the wonderful property with guests.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The entire property has so much to offer; there is vast open space surrounding the house, it's very private and peaceful because the property is lined by trees and the area is quiet due to it's location. The views are beautiful, from sunrise, to sunset and star gazing at night. There's so much space inside the house to spread out and relax, the home is very comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home.
