Den har massor av förvaring, bastu och ligger inom gångavstånd från allt centrum och den ansluts lätt till kuststigen, busshållplatser etc. Det är en snabb promenad ner till Westchester Lagoon och kuststigen. Det finns också en livsmedelsbutik som ligger bekvämt i samma block. Detta 3-enhetskomplex har en helt inhägnad gård, stor underhållande uteplats med utsikt över inloppet. Sover 9/3 sovrum. 2 sovplatser i vardagsrummet på rullande sängar eller höga / luftiga sängar (eller 1 hopfällbar i sovrum). Behöver du rekreationsutrustning? Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental levererar direkt till huset. Rabatterade redskap för hyresgäster på dessa platser. Lägg till cyklar, barnvagnar, Burleys, skotrar, kajaker, sups. Great place in Anchorage

There was 6 of us that stayed here for a 2-night stay before our Alaska cruise. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. Check in and check out was easy and the host was easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient to town

This was a nice place to stay with friends. The showers were nice, the beds were clean. We found left over peanuts and a piece of candy on the floor under the wall heaters. The cleaning crew could do better.

Girls convention

The unit is beautiful, spacious & cozy. The flowers were the perfect touch. Beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Kitchen supplies/cookware was stocked well. Checkin was quick & fast. Only suggestion is a bigger TV for the living room.

Excellent location

Nice home done up for Christmas too! Close to the downtown area. Clean and fairly spacious. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving there with our son who is stationed here.

The property was perfect for a couple day’s stay before our cruise. Great location and nice outdoor deck. The house was large enough for our group of six with all the amenities.

Spacious Family-Friendly Home

We arrived at the property about 30 minutes past 4:00pm check-in. Grass was being mowed and other property maintenance occurring. I think I spoke to the owner, but there was no welcome, introduction, or explanation. The house did appear to have the items in the listing description. Fortunately we had planned day trips and did not spend much time in the house. The master bathroom was not clean. The floors hadhair and dust accumulation around and on the baseboards. Upon further inspection, it was apparent that cleaning was not the priority. There was remnants of food on the carpet under the dining room table and overall could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent space with amenities, yet there are opportunities for improvements. Most desirable amenity was the air conditioner units that made the place comfortable for sleeping.

Right next to a great cafe and super market! Nice place with everything you need. Was a perfect launching point for lots of nearby activities and close to the airport.

Loved it

We stayed here for 2 days prior to our cruise. Great location with walking distance to everything. House is more beautiful than the pictures depict. Host was easy to work with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Great location

This house provided lots of space and was easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens. It is about a 15 min walk from the downtown area, where you can find good restaurants. Bikes were available but we decided to go with an e-bike rental to cover more distance. Would stay here again

Fun stay!

Really liked the neighborhood feel with a big deck outside and space inside to cook and gather! It’s a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to get to downtown, but for a couple days it wasn’t a big deal for us. For light sleepers, there’s some traffic and train noise and bring an eyecover, because some bedrooms skylights without blackout covers. Wonderful Sagaya market only 1 block away with coffee and groceries!

Spacious and comfortable.

Loved it! However, if you sleep in one of the two bedrooms with clearstory windows, be sure to bring an eye mask since they cannot be shaded.

All in all a great place to stay. Very close to downtown. The place needs a little maintenance done to outdoor patio and some extra cleaning. The fan in living room was very dirty we didn’t try to turn it on. Sliding patio door was hard to slide. Few lights were out. And also the laundry is shared with other units. We had an issues with fans and owners were very responsive do get more for us which came in very handy. Nothing major but would stay again

Perfect downtown gathering spot!

Perfect location for Anchorage fun! Thoughtfully updated family home with all the amenities - even a sauna! Spacious layout - 5 adults were not on top of each other. Nicely sized gathering spaces with loads of windows for a bright, happy family get together. If you need extra space, two other downstairs units provide separation and/or connection. Beds are comfortable with new sheets and comforters. Convenient washer/dryer and spacious outdoor deck. Easy access to downtown - 20 min amble (see Star the Reindeer) or less than 5 min drive. Walk one block to the grocery store. Drive 12 mins to the airport. Location, convenience and comfort can’t be beat. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a place to sleep and eat

1. This place Needs a deep cleaning!!! The piles of dust on the lights and around the rims in the bedroom 😳. The kitchen floor has grime built up so thick under the stove, it was disgusting. The worst part… they don’t even want you to wear your shoes in the house. It is not handicap friendly or elderly friendly. Beds are another thing. Soft, or lumpy, you really should have curtains on the clerestory windows. There is an odor as you come in the front door. Double check your code. Ours was messed up. This place needs TLC

My grandparents built this home in 1971. We are 4th generation Alaskans. My Great Grandparents help build the Alcan Highway. My Grandfather, Art Reinikka was the Chief/Deputy Engineer overseeing the USACE Corp on Elemendorf AFB in the 1940's. My husband I enjoy Alaska and raising our family here.

This home is built with Finnish deign. Our family is 4th generation Alaskans. My Great Grandparents help build the Alcan Highway. My Grandfather, Art Reinikka was the Chief/Deputy Engineer overseeing building Elemendorf with the USACE Corp on Elemendorf AFB in the 1940's. He was also the President of the Pioneers of Alaska and very active in the development of city of Anchorage. We enjoy Alaska and raising our family here.
