We just renovated the entire house after Hurricane Ian so you’ll be one of the first guests to use our brand new kitchen (and huge island), bathroom and luxurious memory foam beds. * Please note our area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian so there is some construction/rebuilding throughout the neighborhood.

☀️Rise and shine in the warm Florida sun with a cup of complimentary coffee or tea in our comfy lanai or go for a morning walk or jog around our beautiful neighborhood to take in the calming water views.

🚲Ride our bikes or drive up to the bar-and restaurant- lined 47th Terrace in minutes (10 min bike ride). Enjoy the lively vibe of open air seating and local shops, or stroll around the Saturday Farmer's Market (8am -2pm).

🏝️ Want a relaxing day in the sun? Grab our provided beach chairs and towels, and head to the local public Yacht Club Beach (2 miles away) or sit on chairs in the sand at The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill - all while getting served your favorite cocktail.

😎 Don't want to leave the house? You don't have to. Our chill-out lanai and huge heated pool offers you the opportunity to just hang at the house, grill... and chill. We have plenty of board games and streaming TVs at the house to keep you entertained too!

Excellent location and communications, comfortable place

Jessica was right on top of communications and we enjoyed her comfortable home in a great neighborhood for walking around. Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit. Pool well maintained, excellent wi-fi, kitchen very well stocked. Quiet.

Perfect family spring break

We had the most wonderful time. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect size for our family of 4. The pool was so relaxing and just what our family needed to make lifetime memories. Jessica is the perfect host and the house has EVERYTHING you could need while visiting Florida. Bikes, games, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. This was a vacation our family will always cherish.

Agate’s Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The house is very clean and very well stocked, she had everything we needed and more. She even left us New Year’s props. Jessica is an excellent host and very thoughtful.We especially enjoyed the pool area and the heated pool, the water was so warm and nice. The neighborhood was also very nice. Thank you Jessica for a very nice stay at your house.

Perfect house!!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Cape Coral area, please stay here! The house was an oasis away from home with everything we needed for our 7yr old to stay busy, as well as cook meals and enjoy some family down time. The kitchen literally has everything you need to cook about anything you want. The pool was amazing with an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a beach day. Also, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we felt like it was a home away from home! Jessica communicated right away to answer any questions as well. We had the best experience staying here

Very clean

Great location lovely home very clean!My only suggestion to the host is to give future guest a grace period to get out the property Checkout is at 11am the host was knocked at the door at 11:00 want us out the property I thought was little bit much considering was day after Christmas, over all was great stay.

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a great location and very well stocked with everything one might need. Our kids loved the pool and we spent hours outside swimming and grilling in the backyard.

Excellent stay!

Family of four - 2 boys ages 5 & 7. It was perfect for us. Extremely well stocked as described. We spent a lot of time in the nicely heated pool. Felt very safe in the very residential neighborhood. Went for walks and relaxing bike rides. King bed was very comfortable. The double bed mattresses weren’t as comfy as the king, but just fine for the kids. Very clean. Plenty of towels for both bath and pool. Great variety of pool toys. Local beach close by. Leaving at 10am on a Sunday it only took us 25 min to get to Ft Myers Beach. Returning home at noon traffic was definitely backing up coming to the beach. 20ish min to Twins spring training game. It would be 11/10 if there was a second bathroom :). Would stay again!

This space is amazing -- the pool, the living space, the outside shower and sooooo many extras -- games, bikes, cooler, chairs and umbrella-- plus coffee and tea and speaker and ice -- Jessica is just a thoughtful host. Simply stated, my wife and I agree that this property was in the "top 2" properties that we have booked/stayed. The location was fantastic, and we never felt anything but safe. It was actually nice to see people walking around the neighborhood. The property itself was clean, and we noticed nothing out of place. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. The living area was nice to sit and relax. The pool was great as well to just relax and swim on a sunny day.One of the big things that make this property great is the host. Super responsive and helpful. I feel like Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She was helpful in making recommendations, and I felt as if she really cared that we had a great experience at her property. After flight delays, and not getting to the property until 2:00 a.m. when we were anticipating 5:00 p.m., it was nice to have a host that was as responsive and helpful as Jessica. I would absolutely book this property again if we ever returned to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

This home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Jessica did not forget a thing. You can see she truly loves her homes. We will be teaching out to her in the future.The location is nice. We went bike riding, dinner, soaked in the pool and enjoyed the peaceful backyard. When cooking there is nothing she has forgotten. Thank you Jessica.

Cute and cozy beach home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and comfortable with such cute decor to add to the beach feel. Excellent hospitality and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The homeowner was very kind and checked in to make sure all was good. Gave great recommendations and really cared that our trip was going well. The home was great location in which Sanibel and Ft Myers beaches were easily accessible as well as Naples or Cativa for a day trip.

Beautiful House

Beautiful house, very well stocked with everything you need. Down side to the house was the location in which is on us. There is a lot of construction so don’t plan on peace and quiet at this moment, the neighbor is not respectful of your privacy and if you go for a walk don’t plan on friendliness. The host was excellent at communicating, just feel that she needs to communicate at the moment to inform renters about all of the noise going on and tell the neighbors to stay out of the backyard.

Wonderful Home!

This house was perfect for our family. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could possibly need. My kids loved having a pool and being able to jump in and swim whenever. The beds were super comfortable as well. It was located close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

I'm an entrepreneur, dog lover, beach dweller and original Jersey Shore girl. I discovered Cape Coral a five years ago and knew instantly I wanted to buy a house here.

As I was driving around one day to check out this area, I made a wrong turn (or right turn as it turns out) and came across this little gem of a house with an amazing water view, in a gorgeous neighborhood. I mean, the view! I knew it was “my house” as soon as I walked in. It needed a little work, and a lot of TLC, but I knew I could make it the beach cottage I’ve always dreamed of owning. And I did.

When Hurricane Ian devasted our area in 2022, I lost everything inside the house, so I had to gut the walls and interiors of the house and start over. It took an entire year to complete, but it gave me a chance to make some major upgrades and improvements, including knocking down a wall between the kitchen and the family room to create an open floor plan with a big kitchen island and brand new kitchen. The bathroom was also completely renovated, the pool was resurfaced, and we made some other cool updates around the house. It was a ton of work, and a lot of sleepless nights, but all worth it. Cape Coral and our surrounding areas are coming back stronger. Quickly. I couldn't be happier to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to welcome you.

I love sharing this thriving gulf coast town with people and get happiness out of the vacation memories our guests create in this cozy cottage.

Our neighborhood is priceless! The people, the houses, the vibe and the location are all amazing! The water view of the Caloosahatchee River and sunsets here are wonderful and we're a quick bike ride away from restaurants, bars and the yacht club beach. Our street loop is a mile round and is great for a morning or evening stroll.

Our coffee and tea are complimentary and our kitchen is fully stocked! We don't charge extra to use our gas grill, bikes, or beach chairs. Our large heated pool is perfect for a day or night swim, and our lanai is the best spot to read a book, have your morning coffee, or an sip on an evening cocktail. The house has a whole-house water filter and the refrigerator water is double filtered. It's best not to drink out of the tap.

The house has an AquaPure house water filter and reverse Osmosis driking water system so the drinking water is 100% purified and the house water is filtered soft water, and chlorine/chemical-free.
