Två hela sovrum med eget badrum plus ett hölje / kontor med en bäddsoffa i queen size-säng skapar ett perfekt tillflyktshem för underhållande familj, vänner och kollegor. Köket har Viking-apparater, ett vinkyl och kokkärl i Cuisinart. Det stora sovrummet med havsutsikt och en privat balkong med en öppen spis och egen bäddsoffa byggd för två uppmuntrar tupplur under stjärnorna. Njut av morgonkaffe på balkongen när solen stiger upp från havet eller smutta på cocktails medan du tittar på solen går ner i havet. Det tredje rummet har tillgång till eget badrum med bäddsoffa och egen TV.

Memorable Family Vacation-

With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! Your villa is a true GEM!

Relaxed in luxury

The villa was spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the private patio. The view was beautiful, and the patio could be enjoyed at all times of day. Being able to bring our family pet was a key factor in booking this villa. We hope to someday return to this same villa for another stay. We had a perfect vacation!

Great Property

Very clean property right on the golf course. So nice to have coffee in the morning on the deck and be able to see the golfers and the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully furnished villa, 6 minute walk to lobby. Golf course, sunset and ocean views off private terrace. Service, pools and restaurants excellent. Host was informative and replied quickly. I will book this villa again!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Spent a wonderful weekend at Terranea with my family. The 2 bedroom townhouse was beautiful and had a great view of the golf course and ocean. The resort was everything we hoped it would be!

The place was beautiful. Clean, spacious and full of natural light. The host responds in minutes and made the experience seamless. The bathrooms had vanity kits, scrubs, bath salts, dental kits plus shampoos and conditioners. Complete hotel vibes. The house had all the essentials needed so I never had to run out to a convenient store. Can’t wait to plan my next stay here and not overpack this time.

Plenty of space!

Villa was spacious and the furnishings were up to date. Balcony fireplace didn't work for us but a non-issue. Housekeeping very accomodating. Villa was located at the beginning of the street which was much more convenient to get to the resort. Would definitely rent again.
