Välkommen till "Summer-Salt" en uppdaterad Jenness Beach stuga redo för dig att göra familje minnen. Koppla av på verandan med en kaffe eller en cocktail och njut av utsikten över stranden direkt tvärs över gatan. Låt ljudet av vågorna på natten lugna dig för att sova. Hemmet ligger på en lugn gata öster om 1A (Ocean Blvd.), säker för barn att leka och korsa fram och tillbaka till stranden. Helt renoverat år 2017, behåller detta hem charmen från det förflutna, samtidigt som det inkluderar dagens bekvämligheter som rostfria vitvaror, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, plattskärms-TV, etc. Stugan har 5 sovrum, 2 soliga slutna verandor, uppdaterat kök, vardagsrum, spel / tvättstuga, två inomhus badrum och ett privat sluten utomhusduschhus. Huset sitter på en trevlig gräsbevuxen mycket med plats att leka.

Till skillnad från många hyresfastigheter erbjuder vi allt du behöver för din semester, utom mat och vänta personal! Lakan, badlakan, strandhanddukar ingår. Ladan rymmer solstolar och leksaker för din användning. Även surfbräda och våtdräkter! Många ytterligare bekvämligheter inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, trådlöst internet, kabel-TV, gasgrill, bordsfotbänk, luftkonditionerade sovrum, gasspis, ugn, etc. Det är verkligen den perfekta platsen för ett familjefång!

Simning, surfing, segling, fiske, valskådning och kryssningar från stranden och närliggande Rye Harbour. Protokoll till Water Country och Odiorne State Park / Science Center. Njut av lokala skaldjur restauranger inom gångavstånd och aktiviteter och butiker i närheten Portsmouth.

Good location but very old house and tight layout

Location is great but the house itself is extremely old and needs extensive updating. Kitchen is very small, bedrooms are small and noise carries very easily throughout house. I wouldnt stay here again.

Beach Bliss!

We absolutely love 63 Old Beach Road! It is perfectly located directly across from our favorite beach, clean and comfortably appointed and includes all we need for a fun filled family vacation at the beach! James and family are wonderful hosts and we miss it already!

Wonderful stay

What a nice home in such a beautiful area! The homeowners were so gracious and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house is so clean and equipped with everything you need. The beautiful beach is just a short walk from the front steps. We hope to rent here again .

Perfect beach family vacation

My family of 5 and my sister’s family of 4 all stayed and our families stayed here together for a week and can’t say enough great things about this house! It was extremely clean when we arrived and everything looked like it did in the pictures, even better in person. James was very responsive, before, during and after our stay however we didn’t even need to reach out during the week since everything was so well arranged prior. The beach is not more than a 2 min walk across the street and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The beach towels and linens were already provided which was a bonus! We had a great week and would recommend this property to anyone looking to have the quintessential beach vacation!

Great Property!

We stayed for a week and the end of July and everything was as advertised. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed for our week at the beach. Due COVID we stayed in and cooked most meals and the house was well equipped with everything we needed including a gas grill out back. Air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable and the garage out back was perfect for storing bikes and beach stuff. Great house and amazing location!! So close to the beach that running to the house to use the bathroom or grab something was easy. James the owner was very responsive and checked in before and during out stay to make sure we were all set.

love the beach

Great location in a peaceful neighborhood where you can see the ocean from the house. Fully equipped house plus sand toys, beach chairs, sea kayak. Also well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and tasteful beach decor. Many rooms made it easy for family life. So sad to leave!

Perfect beach vacation

New owner, which is why initial communication was bumpy, but from there on it was great. We’ve stayed here before and you can’t beat the location! We had an amazing week I expect new owner will be as wonderful and responsive as previous owners.
