Välkommen till Sundown C21!

Vår 3BR / 2BA lägenhet ligger i tyst Perdido Key och bort från massorna.

Vi är tvärs över gatan från stranden och har en privat strand strandpromenad med The Crab Trap Restaurant intill.

Våra lägenheter är vattnet till Ole River där du kan brygga din båt, njuta av fiske och crabbing.

I sovrummet är en bekväm king size-säng. Mästaren badet har ett steg i duschen.

Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng.

Det tredje sovrummet har bunkar med en dubbel på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Det har också en dubbelsäng.

Alla rum har kabel-TV och vi har gratis WIFI.

Nice quiet setting

We had a great stay. Loved the use of the boat dock and easy walk to the beach. The manager was very helpful and contributed to us having a smooth stay. Can't wait to come back

Perfect family get away

This condo was perfect for what my family needed! Walking distance to the beach even with two small children. We loved sitting on the patio watching dolphins swimming through the bay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

I love this place

This property was amazing, out our front door was the pool, then our own private beach, and out our back balcony was the bay and a dock. My 9 year old sonnfished half the night while I sat on the balcony. NO BUGS. I didn't get bit by a mosquito AT ALL. Will definitely go back next year.

Great condo & location

Great smaller condo complex with access to ole river which was great. It was very clean and accurately represented on the listing. The only negatives I could think of is that they have the AC unit set to 76 and since it’s older property it takes several hours to cool back down. The other is the owners of the unit below is an older couple with dogs and they were at the front door within a couple hours of us being there saying we were too loud so that is something to be aware of before booking. Great condo and location, just probably should be older adults that are staying..

Convenient with lots of amenities

Comfortable laid back homey feeling with convenient access to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, had tennis racquets and balls, basketball court. The dock was great for the boys to fish off of. Highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

Loved the property! It is in an area that isn't as crowded. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sunsets. Very convenient walk to the beach across the street. We will definitely return!

Great Location Just Off the Beach

We found this property online but the pictures did not do it justice. When we arrived, the property manager met me and knew who I was before I said anything. The checkin was super easy. When we went into the condo, it is nicely maintained, updated, super clean, and very comfortable. We made use of the on property swimming pool, basketball court, and charcoal grill out back of our unit. The location was awesome since we were able to face the back bay, which was great in the mornings for coffee and sunsets in the evening. Despite this property being off the main road, it was still very quiet. We enjoyed dining at the Crab Trap across the street. The beach was clean and was not crowded. The main issue, if at all, is that it can be a bit difficult to cross the main road to get to the beach when there is some traffic. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very relaxing!!!

Perfect place to go with older kids. Pier is just steps away. Our boys enjoyed fishing. Beach is a short walk with a nice boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

We were all very pleased with this property. The condos and the grounds were extremely clean, Quiet and impressive. We love sitting on the balcony watching the boats on the river. Enjoy the beach, pool and playing by the Riverside. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Location to Bay and Beach

Our family had a very nice stay at Sundown. Unit C21 has a balcony overlooking the bay and boat docks. The condos have crab traps available for use and we successfully caught crabs every day. We also fished off the dock and caught some small catfish and other small fish. The private beach is directly across the 2 lane street. The street can be busy at times, but we had no problems crossing. The beach was clean and uncrowded. We were able to also rent beach umbrellas for the day from the hotel directly to the West. Our condo had plenty of cooking pans, utensils, and dishes. The kitchen only had salt, pepper, and garlic, so if you want any fancy spices like crab boil or blackened seasoing, bring your own. The bedrooms were large with closets and dressers and had comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also good sized, but the bathroom sinks really didn't have countertops which was frustrating. The condo sleeps 8, but the dining table only had 4 chairs. We were able to eat at the couch with the help of the coffee tables. The location was convenient to NAS Pensacola Museums, Zeke's Landing for fishing, Florabama, and several grocery stores. The rental met all of our expectations at a reasonable price.
