Welcome to Phoenix on the Bay, your perfect retreat in Orange Beach, Alabama! This comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers ample space and amenities for up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Relax in the master bedroom with a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed for additional guests. The living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, providing extra sleeping space.

Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen and gather around the dining area for meals and quality time together.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Very well maintained property. We absolutely loved it. The lazy river was my favorite ! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. We plan on booking at Phoenix on the Bay again ! This was our 2nd stay at this location and there will be a many more !

Beautiful View

We had a great experience. The view of the lazy river, water slide and sunsets from the balcony were wonderful! We will definitely book this unit again.

We could'nt ask for a cleaner, more comfortable property to stay at for two months. We extended our stay twice and the host was easy to deal with and very understanding. Communication was timely and professional. Would recommend to couples and families. Many Thanks to the friendly helpful staff. See you next year

The stay was wonderful until about Friday when some new people came in. We were kept up all night with music and stomping coming from above us. I feel like the drinking by the pool areas should be watched a little closer.
