Din egen personliga strand och brygga i bakgården!

Helt renoverat under senare år, är detta hem beläget på Seconsett Island där du kan komma att koppla av. Hela ön är familjevänlig, där du kan koppla av i vattnet på bakgården eller promenera till stranden på Waquoit Bay. Ridcyklar, Kajak, Paddle Board, Båt eller simma säkert direkt hemifrån! Ursprungligen sov 8 men ändrade sängkläder nyligen för 5. Vi kan ta emot dina sovande behov på begäran.

Ön är mycket tyst och semi-privat så ingen trafik men bara lugn och ro. Bara en kort bilresa till Mashpee Commons, New Seabury, South Cape Beach, Falmouth, Falmouth Heights och Woods Hole! Om du har en båt kan du lämna din personliga brygga och vara på Martha's Vineyard på några minuter!

Fastigheten har just släppts så jag har hela sommaröppen och kan rymma en hel säsong 0r Månadshyra om det är intressant. Men jag kommer att börja fylla veckovis uthyrning på några dagar och kommer bara att hålla öppet kortfattat.

Everything was awesome! David was a great host. We felt more than welcomed with our dog along. We loved the view, the hot tub, a great kayak trip to the beach.

Awesome!

The place was small and perfect for me, the hubby, and two teen (16 and 17) girls. The hot tub was the best. The pond that the house is situated on is so clear and was amazing for using the kayaks! The view every morning from the hot tub/picnic table area was just beautiful and was set up under the deck of the main house so when it was a little drizzly it didnt affect us. When the fog rolled in over the water it was so cool and a great time to enjy a cup of coffee with a view. Would definitely visit again. Out first time in Cape Cod and won't be our last!

Waterfront

Nice cozy secluded guest house right near the water. Dave is an excellent host -so friendly and accommodating! Made us feel welcome from the start and gave us info on where to go. Looking forward to coming back someday!

Terrific Twilight Retreat

Both kids qualified for the Annual x-Country race at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds this year. Great except one ran at 6:00 pm and the other at 9:30 PM. This was the perfect place to stay. 15 minutes to the fairgrounds, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to plenty of things to do and a Hot tub to soak sore muscles :)

We had a great time!

The location and property are really nice. We enjoyed the water views and kayaks. The hot tub is aso waterfront and amazing. This was one of very few properties that is okay with dogs and it has lots of amenities that will make them more comfortable. The Moonakis cafe, which is very close, has really good food. Overall we had a great time. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions you may have.

Cute comfy spot

We checked in and had a few days of wonderful weather. We took short walks to the ocean front that the house faces and looked out on the water. Very peaceful and relaxing with all the comforts of home.

Awesome spot for honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed here for a mini-moon after our wedding. Dave was so kind and communicative! He even left us a congratulatory gift basket! We had a great time enjoying the hot tub while our golden retriever enjoyed playing in the water every morning. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet yet close to a lot towns and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time during our stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great stay, great hosts

We had an enjoyable stay at this property! It exceeded our expectations, very clean and amenities were plentiful. It was everything promised and more. Host was amazing, truly made us feel at home. Great spot for r&r but also for exploring Cale Cod! Highly recommend.

Peaceful

This spot was peaceful for the most part. Some work being done next door for a couple of days that caused some Noice/loud music. Cute little guest house but could use updated couch and beds (very worn and not comfortable). Use of the hot tub a HUGE plus and the beach area is great. The host was very nice to work with and was accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again with updated couch and beds. :)

Relaxing, just what I needed

The guest house is to the rear and side of the main house. An adorable cottage with most amenities. We stayed for two weeks and they were quite relaxing. The owner was very kind and helpful. He checked in occasionally to see if I needed anything. The view was serene. Cocktails in the hot tub at the end of the day were just what was needed. It was very peaceful. About a twenty minute drive to restaurants, bars, shopping.

Our relaxing vacay

We spent 11 days at David’s beautiful little guest cottage. We had every amenity needed and the hot tub was a wonderful way to end long days of visiting family and seeing local sites. Seaconsett Island was gorgeous and access to a private beach, dock, and water sports equipment just made it extra special. It was also an easy drive to local restaurants and shops Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!

The landlord gives a great description, but I think his home is nicer than the pics and the rooms are bigger than I thought. Great location and we had a lot of fun. And our Lab loved swimming in the ocean close by.

A nice weekend away

Dave the property owner greeted us when we arrived. He’s a friendly and personable guy. The rental was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was nice and quite. The highlight was the water views, outstanding. We took full advantage of the use of the kayaks, the SUPs and the hot tub. A good time was had by all.

Great Weekend

Weekend getaway with my wife and our two small children. Nice, cozy place with private beach and hot tub. Close drive to public beach, shops, etc… host very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely revisit!

Cozy cottage

Perfect location and size for a small family. The weather didn't cooperate but we did get to enjoy the hot tub! The cottage was very clean and had everything you need and the host couldn't have been nicer.

Currently I live outside Boston in a town called Walpole. I have been coming to Seconsett Island since I was a very young boy. My Family had a place there for many years. In 2004 I was able to purchase my own Waterfront home so that my two girls could experience the Island growing up as I had. Never had the intention of renting but due to recent divorce I decided/needed to rent out for the summer to help pay for while I regroup and start my new life. I am a CPA by trade.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Safe Social Distancing with one of New England's favorite locations to boat and Kayak and enjoy summer activities! I fell in love with this island many years ago. The peacefulness of being here and then all the activities you can do right from the property is hard to explain in words. If you have young children and want to feel safe yet allow them to explore or play on the sandy beach, this is a great spot! There is fun for the whole family!
