We stayed 4 nights and 5 days at this house in Estes Park. Overall, the stay was good â we really enjoyed the beautiful views, the spacious layout, and everything was clean when we arrived. The house was clean for the most part (though the carpet had some stains), and the beds were very comfortable. That said, we did run into a few issues. The washing machine was very dirty, with built-up hair and an unpleasant odor, which made it unusable. On our first night, all of the fire alarms in the house went off around 9:30 p.m. and continued for about an hour. Thankfully, the emergency contact arrived quickly and helped us remove them from the high ceilings, but it was a stressful experience (weâre still surprised our 4-year-old and 1-year-old slept through it).The kitchen could also use some improvements â there werenât enough forks, spoons, and knives for a family, the cookware was limited and not great quality, and there were no large pots available for cooking. Additionally, the kitchen faucet doesnât stay in place, which made it a bit frustrating to use.Overall, we enjoyed our time and the home had many positives, but a few updates and fixes would make the stay much more comfortable.
