Estes Park-licens # 6116. Välkommen till en mycket privat uppdaterad fjällstuga i flodkanten (belägen på privat. 8 tunnland). Hör floden brus och se vattnet stänk på stenblocken. Njut av fiske efter vild öring på 182 fot av den privata Big Thompson River som rinner genom fastigheten. Detta är en äldre stuga med mycket karaktär med en del byggd på 1930-talet. Vi uppgraderar stugan ständigt. Varje som har stannat kvar i stugan älskar sin charm.

Koppla av under stora skuggade tallar på en välskötta gräsmatta medan du tittar på bergen och trädtäckta bergen. Älg och andra djur kommer ofta att roaming på gården på kvällen eller tidigt på morgonen. Ta med kameran och videokameran för att ta bilder av älgen.

Enkel åtkomst till Trail Ridge Road i Rocky Mountain National Park.

Shopping och restauranger finns tillgängliga eftersom centrum av Estes Park ligger mindre än 1 km. Flera butiker och restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd. Den södra ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park ligger inom en mil.

River's Edge cabin is delightful.

The Perfect Getaway!

My family and I enjoyed a long weekend in Estes Park & RMNP, and this cabin was perfect for us! It is surprisingly spacious, clean, and the setting is wonderful. We witnessed a bull elk right across the river our first night, which was very neat! We had an amazing time, and we'll definitely be back!

River and Wildlife

Great location. Enjoyed the river and sound of water; very relaxing. Elk, turkeys, deer, stellar jays, bunnies, all were present everyday. It was a lot of fun for us all, especially my 4 year old granddaughter. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Perfection

This is the ultimate spot for a family trip to Estes! Great location, wonderful kitchen, plenty of space. You cannot beat the views or the daily elk sightings as they stroll the property. Wonderful/accommodating host. This is our 2nd trip and we’ll be back for me fun next year!

House was great, plenty of room and clean!!! Only 11 minutes to the entrance of RMNP. Short drive to downtown. Quiet area and the river view is awesome! Would definitely come back. Great communication.

Best Vacation & Cabin!

We LOVED our stay in this cabin. It was prefect. Very clean & It had everything we needed. The location is just perfect. We saw elk and deer from the backyard. Breathtaking

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We had deer run through the yard and an elk that was grazing in the yard. The last night we had a black bear right across the river. It was very exciting!

Location was amazing!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality we received from Mr. Walker. His place was so charming and located in the perfect place! Right off the river, but far enough from the highway - we felt secluded the whole time! The cabin is very close to downtown plus the entry to RMNP. It’s also very close to a much less busy grocery store! Beds were very comfortable, views were amazing, everything was well stocked, and Mr. Walker was quick to respond to all of our questions. We saw several elk, a marmot, and a bear during our visit. The bear was across the river and street :) We highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you Mr. Walker!

Perfect

The location of this cabin is perfect. River is right outside the window. Frozen over and covered in some! It was beautiful. We saw turkeys and rabbit in the yard. Convenient to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Also had the neighbors come and shovel and plow the driveway and sidewalks after it snowed. Property owner called to check on us after we got a lot of snow, which was great. Thank you for having us Wendell.

Absolutely amazing stay! The property is beautiful with peaceful grounds and so much wildlife to enjoy. The location and design of this cabin allow you to focus on the beauty of the area. The elk were the icing on the cake and the Bull like to remind us we were visiting them but we wouldnt change it for the world. We fished and watched Sunday football with the elk. Only upgrade suggested would be a Keurig

Fantastic location by the river, less than 5 minute drive to Estes Park or RMNP entrance. Saw mule deer and a marmot in the yard, plus lots of elk in the park and around town. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

If is a private setting on .8 Acre with 180 ft of Big Thompson River 50 feet from the updated funky cabin. We have rented the property 10 seasons and nearly everyone believes it was one of their best vacation rentals.

Sound of the river while at the cabin, lots of wildlife passing through the property daily. Large open play area for kids. The added fire pit makes it like camping with the bath room 30 feet away.
