Estes Park-licens # 6116. Välkommen till en mycket privat uppdaterad fjällstuga i flodkanten (belägen på privat. 8 tunnland). Hör floden brus och se vattnet stänk på stenblocken. Njut av fiske efter vild öring på 182 fot av den privata Big Thompson River som rinner genom fastigheten. Detta är en äldre stuga med mycket karaktär med en del byggd på 1930-talet. Vi uppgraderar stugan ständigt. Varje som har stannat kvar i stugan älskar sin charm.

Koppla av under stora skuggade tallar på en välskötta gräsmatta medan du tittar på bergen och trädtäckta bergen. Älg och andra djur kommer ofta att roaming på gården på kvällen eller tidigt på morgonen. Ta med kameran och videokameran för att ta bilder av älgen.

Enkel åtkomst till Trail Ridge Road i Rocky Mountain National Park.

Shopping och restauranger finns tillgängliga eftersom centrum av Estes Park ligger mindre än 1 km. Flera butiker och restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd. Den södra ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park ligger inom en mil.

Family vacation

Very nice property in a great location.

This property has all the comforts of home plus a river in the backyard, easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park in one direction on US 36 and easy access to downtown Estes Park in the other. This quiet property is more than a block off of US 36. We found good eating, a grocery store and some shopping nearby.

River and Wildlife

Great location. Enjoyed the river and sound of water; very relaxing. Elk, turkeys, deer, stellar jays, bunnies, all were present everyday. It was a lot of fun for us all, especially my 4 year old granddaughter. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The Perfect Getaway!

My family and I enjoyed a long weekend in Estes Park & RMNP, and this cabin was perfect for us! It is surprisingly spacious, clean, and the setting is wonderful. We witnessed a bull elk right across the river our first night, which was very neat! We had an amazing time, and we'll definitely be back!

We love our stays at this cabin. The wildlife here is just great. Also caught some trout in the river! The house could use some maintenance but the location is so good.

Location, Location, Location!!

Beautiful place for spending time on the river and having all the comforts of home!! Trees with autumn colors, the elk were wandering & doing their thing, and listening to the river. Couldn't ask for much more!! Thanks for sharing your place.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Stayed Monday through Friday and had an amazing time. Elk in the yard most mornings, beautiful riverfront, and close to everything (grocery, restaurants, park, etc.) but still private. Very clean, plenty of space, and check in and out were easy with no issues. Would definitely stay again!

Great River View

The river behind the cabin was the main reason we stayed here. My kids loved playing in the water! Within 30 minutes of getting there a herd of elk crossed the river to come into the yard! A memory we’ll never forget! Also the morning we left, a bull elk was laying in the yard 20 yards from the garage! So neat! We loved this place!!

Nice Cabin on The Big Thompson

We had a very nice relaxing stay. The home was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by the owner who was extremely nice and let us know he was just a call away for any needs. We would definitely return again. The close proximity to town and both entrances to RMNP were great. We did have one day where there were about 25 mama elks with their babes in the yard. It was so neat watching them lay under the trees for a short while before moving on.

Wonderful

The cabin was very clean and comfortable and stocked with towels cookware etc.. The location on the river was wonderful while also being close to town.

If is a private setting on .8 Acre with 180 ft of Big Thompson River 50 feet from the updated funky cabin. We have rented the property 10 seasons and nearly everyone believes it was one of their best vacation rentals.

Sound of the river while at the cabin, lots of wildlife passing through the property daily. Large open play area for kids. The added fire pit makes it like camping with the bath room 30 feet away.
