Detta imponerande 4 000 kvadratmeter stora hem ligger nära Village Mall. Detta är det perfekta hemmet om du har en stor grupp eller separata familjer som kommer samman eftersom vi har ett stort öppet område att vara tillsammans plus var och en har sina separerade utrymmen.
Det finns en stor öppen layout på bottenvåningen, som inkluderar ett stort rum, kök och matplats. Den vedeldade spisen är det perfekta stället att krulla upp på kalla Sunriver-nätter, och den nya 60-tums plattskärms-tv i det stora rummet är det perfekta stället att titta på en film. Ett stort däck sveper runt baksidan av huset, med åtkomst från matplatsen och tvättstugan.
Det finns 5 sovrum, plus ett loft. Det stora sovrummet är på huvudnivån. Det är ENORMT, med en king size-säng och har en sittgrupp. Det finns tillgång till två däck utanför befälhavaren, ett i framsidan och ett på baksidan av huset. Befälhavaren har också ett bifogat badrum och en enorm klädkammare samt en 42 tums platt-tv och dvd-spelare.
Det andra sovrummet är på huvudnivån och har en queen size-säng och en 42-tums platt-TV.
Sovrum nummer tre är också på huvudnivån, och har en queen size-säng och 42 tums platt-TV.
Det fjärde sovrummet är på lägre nivå och har en king size-säng och en tvilling över full våningssäng. Det är en bra layout för en liten familj att använda! Detta rum har också en 42-tums platt-TV.
Sovrum nummer fem ligger på lägre nivå och har en king size-säng. Detta rum har också en tv- och dvd-spelare och ligger precis utanför familjerummet.
Det finns ett loft med utsikt över det stora rummet med 4 enkelsängar. Och en våningssäng inbäddat intill ett av sovrummen. Perfekta platser för barnen!
Med helt nya sängkläder och dynor i alla rum kommer du att sova som en baby på semester.
Vi tillhandahåller höghastighetsinternet och kabel, samt 12 pass till Sharc-anläggningen, vilket inte får missa!
Huset är välutrustat med köksmateriel, så varje måltid du vill göra är möjlig! Och med två kylskåp finns det utrymme att ta med allt du behöver. Det finns också en gas-BBQ på bakdäck, med picknickbord och stolar.

Snow ski and family!

We gathered from all corners of the nation… 17 adults ages 15-86. Prime location walkable to the local grocery and shopping. The owner was EXTREMELY responsive and when our coffee pot broke he replaced it right away no questions asked! Super fun time… great game room for the teens and plenty of space to spread out but be together. Sauna was a bonus!Would highly recommend to families. Even the older folks did fine. Once they were in the house going from the bedroom to the main living area/kitchen was all on the same floor.

Excellent Property for Large Family

The house was well equipped and comfortable. The SHARC passes gave us use of the beautiful facility for lap swimming early in the day and family fun later. We were able to rent the Ft.Rock Park for my husband’s 80th birthday party providing a great venue!

Very nice overall. Kitchen well stocked, everything we needed. Too many stairs, hard to get bags and things up to rooms. Parking not great for 2 SUV's and 2 pickups. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the place. Thank you

So. Much. Fun!

We loved our week in Sunriver and found this house to be perfect for our large family of 17. The kids loved all the extra spaces and the game room. There were plenty of beds, towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, dishes, etc. We were lacking for nothing and when the coffee maker didn't work, the management brought us a new one ASAP. The SHARC passes and bikes were an extra bonus saving us lots of money. We loved it!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The house is so close to the village and sharc. We did find there were. Few broken items… ie blinds very difficult to open/close, dvd played in main living room was broken, and there were no others in the home, hot tub cover, kitchen chair, just odds and ends. But overall the floor plan and house was nice.

Exceeded expectations!

When you’re booking a place for 13 extended family members ranging in age from 3 to 73, it’s easy to have some misgivings. Will the layout work? Will the bathrooms be adequate? Will there be enough things to do in bad weather? I’m happy to say that this home in Sunriver answered YES to all this and more. The teens loved the availability of bikes to go to nearby shopping and SHARC. Grandparents appreciated that their room was way down the hall, away from the noise. Little ones loved that there was a stool to help them reach the sink in *every* bathroom. I was relieved that the dishwasher worked readily and that there was an extra fridge for drinks. We loved the downstairs game room, the hot tub, the big table and nearby bar seating which meant that all 13 of us could enjoy meals together. This place was absolutely fabulous. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so pleased with large accommodations!

No cable in front room!Heat is hard to control with cool back bedrooms but heat in the game room (had to cover heat vents in bedrooms to keep from being too hot).Fireplace filled room with smoke (yes we believe damper was open)

Worked fine for our group

The location was great, close to the Village and SHARC. Plenty of space for our group of 14, with king and queen beds, and multiple bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub. Cons: for the cost, the house was not in great shape. Cheap bedding, flat pillows. Empty pump hand soap. Only had small, cheap, hotel soaps. A maintenance person showed up to fix one of the bunkbeds on day 2, with no warning. We were not advised that they were broken or that anyone was coming. Video game table did not work correctly. Flickering lights in several areas. Bathtub drained slowly. Overall it worked for us but would expect more for the price.

Family Reunion site

House was very well equipped with kitchen dishes, appliances and linens. The game room was awesome. The bikes were plentiful, however, most were not functional . We would recommend this home for any family gathering.

Family reunion

Great place for family of all ages. Neighbors partied loud till 2 AM on 2 nights. Police came to have our car trailer moved off sight, was not aware of no short term restrictions on trailers.

A perfect getaway for all ages!

This amazing home was perfect for our diverse large group! Bedrooms spread out for privacy and plenty of bathrooms it accomadated our group perfectly. The game room was so much fun! We had one small issue and the owner responded immediately. Hoping to stay again soon!

Central Oregon Family Vacation

Bike riding, golf, floating on the Deshuttes 4 days, evening bike rides and petting the horses, etc...etc made for a great vacation. The 4 young cousins had a ball together.

Great host, great location, obnoxious resident neighbor.

This house is in a great location. The layout is a little funky, and there is a nosy resident neighbor, but we had a large family group with a wide age range of kids and everyone had a great time. The game room is perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults relax upstairs.

perfect spot

really well maintained house, beds are super comfy, nicely laid out bathrooms, solid patio and hot tub setup. Easy walk or bike ride down to the Village. Game room was not up to par. Hopefully the owners will get some new darts and put batteries in the pop-a-shot. Still a great trip and I'd book the house again.

Great house. Fulfilled our needs very well. 2 nusances: 1) dishwasher worked poorly...might be due to very low water pressure in the kitchen 2) we had a hard time working the thermostats especially the air conditioner in the main room.

Great spot for multiple families

Our group really enjoyed ourselves here. The hot tub, game room and bikes were great! We wished there had been a bike connection for the bike trailer but we made it work taking turns on the tag along. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is the perfect home for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for our family of 13. Many places to gather together and a table big enough to enjoy a meal together. Also room for everyone to find a cozy spot for some privacy. Close to the SHARC and The Village. We home to return to this home again later.

Large place with lots of room!

We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and tv room plus the play room was fun too! The hot tub was just cleaned prior to our stay and then very promptly cleaned upon request near the end of our stay as it was due. Thanks for our stay and the new home owner is super friendly!
