Med 3 kung master sviter, en enorm inbyggd bunkhouse med 6 bäddar, ett extra kung sovrum och en drottning bäddsoffa - vårt hus sover 16! Och bekvämligheterna är oändliga ... bubbelpool, luftkonditionering, öppen spis, kockens kök, bordtennisbord, blandningsbord, gamla skolan arkad, cyklar, wifi och mer!

Vårt helt nya hem byggdes 2019 och designades specifikt som en familjevänlig semesteruthyrning, perfekt för stora grupper. När du kommer in i hemmet går du in i det stora rummet med en massiv öppen spis, välvt tak med träbjälkar och enorm utsikt. Samla med din grupp för spel, cocktails eller titta på din favoritfilm på 65 tums TV med Sonos soundbar.

Det angränsande gourmetköket är en kock glädje och inkluderar alla verktyg som behövs för att förbereda måltider för stora sammankomster, inklusive ett stort bord med en inbyggd bänk och ätbar. Ta festen utomhus till vår lounge och matplats med en stor badtunna och gas-BBQ, alla ligger i ett vackert grönområde.

Huvudnivån har tre lyxiga sviter med king size-sovrum, alla har samma bekvämligheter som du kan förvänta dig på ett avancerat hotell och mer ... lyxiga sängkläder och handdukar, snygga badrum och gott om garderobsutrymme. Dessutom finns det ett stort lerrum med helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och en stor bänk och förvaring för skor och redskap.

Gå upp på trappan till lekområdet ... med ett andra vardagsrum, fullstor blandningsbräda, arkad, anpassat inbyggt bunkhouse och queen size bäddsoffa. Dessutom finns det ytterligare ett sovrum med kung och ett stort badrum med fantastiskt handfat (titta på bilderna).

Gå till garaget för ett mästerskapsstor bordtennisbord och 10 cyklar i olika storlekar och en tagalong.

Ta med flugestav och vandringssko för att utforska området! Flyta floden på sommaren! Skidor, snowboard eller snöskor på vintern! Från och med januari 2020 kommer vårt hem att inkludera 12 passeringar till Sunrivers 20-miljoner dollar året runt vattenpark (SHARC) & släde kulle (vinter)! Sunriver ligger cirka 30 minuter till Mt Bachelor och 15 minuter till Bend. Området är spektakulärt!

This review is mainly for the owners to step it up with the cleaning, and so the next family that stays here gets better service. The overall stay, location, amenities, house is great.The house was filthy even though we saw cleaners leaving when we showed up. They only clean what’s seen on the surface but nothing else. We could not go to sleep until we cleaned under and around our beds. Lots of trash and dust left behind. Dishwasher and fridge were not cleaned, bathrooms only surface cleaned. Lots of dust On kitchen shelves and window sills. Hoping this review will help future vacationers have a more pleasant experience.

The Best house

We rented the house for our annual family vacation. 3 couples, four kiddos 4 years and under. Unfortunately, the air was bad due to smoke from Oregon fires but the house was large enough to allow the kids to get out their energy indoors. The kitchen worked well, the dining table is massive - we all fit. The location is perfect. The area is pastoral and lovely. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and patient with my questions. All but one bed, which maybe was the most used by guests, were terrific. My only suggestion would be to have mid weight blankets available - the comforters were too hot and the thin blankets too cold. These are minor details, it is a GREAT house - definitely rent it!!

It's a beautiful property in a quiet area of Sunriver. There is plenty to do for people of all ages, and the property is close to most of the areas of interest. I would stay there again.

Wonderful family week

This home accommodated our extended family perfectly. The location was quiet and close to the river. We were able to walk our paddle boards across the street and enter the river. The kids really liked the bunk room and the ability to all stay together. The house had lots of games and an arcade game the kids enjoyed. We contacted the owner/ property manager the night we checked in with a concern and it was resolved by the next morning. They were wet quick to respond to emails. We would definitely consider this home for our next visit to Sunriver. Thank you for sharing your home.

A Friends' Weekend to Remember

6 couples booked this property for a no-kids kick-off to Spring Break, 2024. We had a great time watching March Madness, playing games, and enjoying each other's company in this beautiful setting. We will definitely be booking more weekends like this in the future.

Beautiful home in great location

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for a group of families- plenty of space for 3 couples and 10 kids (the kids loved the bunk room!). The location is ideal, with easy access to the river and bike/walking trails. The kitchen is well-stocked and the house is nicely furnished and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again!

Sunriver Perfection

Lovely home in a fantastic location. Layout is perfect for multiple families to stay together. With 3 master suites on the main level, the adults had their own space and teen children had their own loft area outside of bunk room. Beautifully decorated home. The additional refrigerator in the garage is essential and something not all homes offer. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end the day. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home and for the quick responses with questions. Definitely plan to return.

One Deschutes Lane

This property worked out really well for our family reunion. It was great having four large bedrooms with king sized beds. The house has a large private backyard and patio area with plenty of comfortable seating and a nice table with an umbrella. We really enjoyed the nice hot tub too. The bike trail is a very short distance from the house and we enjoyed using the bikes as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils for a large group. We cooked for five nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a large assortment of spices in the pantry. The bathrooms were well outfitted with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo etc. One of the SHARC passes was missing and Jennifer took care of it right away. Our daughters and sons-in-law were all very happy with this house and they're not easy to please

Great house for multiple families!

The house was great for multiple families - we all had plenty of space and the upstairs was great for the older kids! The hot tub was large and clean and the kids used it daily! The location made floating the river very easy and we enjoyed riding our bikes to live music at the resort. We usually stay closer to The Village/SHARC, so getting there seemed like a haul, especially since we have younger kids. But, otherwise we had a wonderful time!

Jennifer Sitter är värd

We are a family of four that has been coming to Sunriver since we moved to Oregon in 2008. On our first trip, our then 3 year old said, "Mom - why is this place called Sunriver? I don't see the sun or a river!" This cracked us up. Of course, we found the river and fell in love with it and the entire surrounding area. We currently reside in the Willamette Valley and love to visit Sunriver in both the Summer and Winter for high desert adventures.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been looking for the "right" Sunriver house for years that would be large enough to accommodate 3-4 families (with kids) and have multiple master suites and ideally be close to the river. We never found that house, but we did find a lot and built our dream vacation home.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This house was specifically built for vacationing groups. The kids have an area separate from the three master suites and there are multiple lounging areas. The nature outside is so beautiful and the large windows really bring the outside in. We hope you LOVE the space as much as we do!
