Den eleganta historiska radhus ligger pÄ charmiga Chatham Square, ett kvarter frÄn Forsyth Park. OmrÄdet innehÄller nÄgra av stadens bÀsta radhus. Detta prestigefyllda omrÄde ligger en kort promenad till de bÀsta museerna, historiska platser, restauranger och butiker.

Nyligen renoverat med en designers öga mot stil ligger pÄ salongnivÄn i en original 1854 stan hemma direkt pÄ Chatham Square. Vardagsrummet har 49 "plattskÀrms smart tv med Xfinity Cable och Wi-Fi, bÀddsoffa och tvÄ stolar. Matsalen rymmer fyra. Köket har rostfria vitvaror och granit bÀnkskivor. TvÀttmaskin / torktumlare finns i enheten. Sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och eget badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Fastigheten har egen balkong och gemensam innergÄrd. Vi Àr inte husdjursvÀnliga. HISTORIC GORDON ROW: Gordon Row byggdes i tvÄ faser mellan 1852 och 1854. I den första fasen byggdes de 3 eller 4 husen i varje Ànde av kvarteret och i den andra fasen byggdes mellersta delen. Det finns totalt 15 hus i rad. Husen byggdes i Federalist (USA) eller Regency Style (Storbritannien). Varje hus Àr fyra vÄningar högt och innehÄller cirka 3300 kvadratmeter. Den federistiska stilen betonar fyrkantiga, klassiska drag, vanliga dekorationer och spegelbildsrum.

Great location, clean and spacious for two people. Nice kitchen. Love the little balcony seating. The bed needs an upgrade- mattress is worn and not very comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints. We had no need to contact the host, so can’t comment on that.

Great place to stay!!

Check in went smooth, beautiful kitchen space and living area! Only issue was the Internet connection was in and out and could not connect to the living room tv. Overall great experience and we will stay here next time we are in Savanna

Couples Vacation in Savannah

My fiancé and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The location in historic downtown was beautiful and fairly quiet, and was only a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants that Savannah has to offer. The property itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and our host responded to all of our questions within 30 minutes of asking. Would highly recommend this for any couple seeking a romantic trip.

Clean and beautiful location

We loved this place. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with large TV in the living room and bedroom. Lots of light and charm. It was in such a lovely neighborhood across from Chatham Square. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park, restaurants and areas of interest. We walked everywhere. Very easy parking. Although we paid for private parking, we really didn't need to. There was always ample parking on the street. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in downtown historic Savannah over Easter weekend. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing outside in the back porch and soaking up the beautiful spring weather. The street was peaceful with quiet neighbors, and we had no trouble finding plenty of street parking nearby. A perfect spot for a relaxing holiday weekend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect is an understatement!

This property was exactly as described and absolutely perfect. Loved location across from Chatham Square. I was worried a bit about parking as there is no assigned space, but we had zero difficulty finding a spot in front of property every time. Don’t let that be a deterrent. Forsyth Park is literally around the corner - loved my morning walks there. Without a doubt we will stay here again.

Stay here!

We made a last minute decision to stay here, and we are so glad we did! The apartment was comfortable and the location was perfect - very walkable to many places, such as Forsyth Park. Quiet little balcony off the bedroom where we could unwind after a long day of site seeing. Bathroom is a little cramped for space, but other than that it is great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Beautiful location next to Chatham Square, near Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. Lots of great local shops, bars, restaurants and live music. Loved that our unit was quiet and off the beaten path. It was stocked with all basic necessities upon arrival. Very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Savannah historical district

Very cool to stay in an 1850’s ppty on our first visit to Savannah. Ppty was clean and neat. Everything we needed for a four night stay. Appreciate the book with details, recommendations, and instructions. Two small suggestions for improvement. 1: more shelf or counter space in bathroom and 2: television instructions need to be updated as cable is no longer provided.

This property was amazing. The history, location, and architecture was top notch. Coming from AZ, the air conditioning was critical and worked perfectly. I arrived and didn’t drive my car for 5 days. Walked everywhere. The ice machine and Brita cold filtered water were all life saving and a great touch. Thank you! John Bowen

If you’re thinking of coming to Savannah you must give this a look. Beautiful 1850’s townhouse in the historic district very tastefully decorated and well appointed everything you need is in the kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with an outdoor courtyard. I highly recommend 👍
