Den eleganta historiska radhus ligger på charmiga Chatham Square, ett kvarter från Forsyth Park. Området innehåller några av stadens bästa radhus. Detta prestigefyllda område ligger en kort promenad till de bästa museerna, historiska platser, restauranger och butiker.

Nyligen renoverat med en designers öga mot stil ligger på salongnivån i en original 1854 stan hemma direkt på Chatham Square. Vardagsrummet har 49 "plattskärms smart tv med Xfinity Cable och Wi-Fi, bäddsoffa och två stolar. Matsalen rymmer fyra. Köket har rostfria vitvaror och granit bänkskivor. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i enheten. Sovrummet har en queen size-säng och eget badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Fastigheten har egen balkong och gemensam innergård. Vi är inte husdjursvänliga. HISTORIC GORDON ROW: Gordon Row byggdes i två faser mellan 1852 och 1854. I den första fasen byggdes de 3 eller 4 husen i varje ände av kvarteret och i den andra fasen byggdes mellersta delen. Det finns totalt 15 hus i rad. Husen byggdes i Federalist (USA) eller Regency Style (Storbritannien). Varje hus är fyra våningar högt och innehåller cirka 3300 kvadratmeter. Den federistiska stilen betonar fyrkantiga, klassiska drag, vanliga dekorationer och spegelbildsrum.

Couples Vacation in Savannah

My fiancé and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The location in historic downtown was beautiful and fairly quiet, and was only a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants that Savannah has to offer. The property itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and our host responded to all of our questions within 30 minutes of asking. Would highly recommend this for any couple seeking a romantic trip.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in downtown historic Savannah over Easter weekend. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing outside in the back porch and soaking up the beautiful spring weather. The street was peaceful with quiet neighbors, and we had no trouble finding plenty of street parking nearby. A perfect spot for a relaxing holiday weekend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place in Savannah

One of the very best places we've stayed. Beautiful, quiet, very clean, well-equipped. Location was great -- we walked everywhere. The property was even better than it appeared online. Plenty of street parking.

Stay here!

We made a last minute decision to stay here, and we are so glad we did! The apartment was comfortable and the location was perfect - very walkable to many places, such as Forsyth Park. Quiet little balcony off the bedroom where we could unwind after a long day of site seeing. Bathroom is a little cramped for space, but other than that it is great. Highly recommend!

Historic Savannah

Great quiet location to visit and explore downtown historic Savannah. Almost everything is walking distance, parking can be a little tricky but doable. The townhome was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to those visiting.

Perfect is an understatement!

This property was exactly as described and absolutely perfect. Loved location across from Chatham Square. I was worried a bit about parking as there is no assigned space, but we had zero difficulty finding a spot in front of property every time. Don’t let that be a deterrent. Forsyth Park is literally around the corner - loved my morning walks there. Without a doubt we will stay here again.

Perfect stay

The house was beautiful we didn’t want to leave! Came up from Florida for a wedding. Didn’t get to explore the city as much as we would have liked but the beautiful accommodations made it all worth it. & it’s a great location, walked almost everywhere. It was the perfect paradise I was hoping for

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Beautiful location next to Chatham Square, near Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. Lots of great local shops, bars, restaurants and live music. Loved that our unit was quiet and off the beaten path. It was stocked with all basic necessities upon arrival. Very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect quiet getaway

Perfect location for a historic Savannah trip. My husband and I came for our anniversary and were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with one of Savannah’s gorgeous squares right across the street. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful View

This property is perfect for those seeking the quieter side of the historic district. The living room overlooks a charming square. The southside location avoids the hustle and noise of Bay, Broughton and River streets. All attractions and historic district destinations are walkable. Street parking was very manageable - we never had a problem finding a close spot.

Excellent location

The spot was perfect for our mother/daughters weekend getaway. The flat was spotless and spacious. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and an outside space to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. The property manager was wonderful responding to several messages we had with questions. Highly recommend!

If you’re thinking of coming to Savannah you must give this a look. Beautiful 1850’s townhouse in the historic district very tastefully decorated and well appointed everything you need is in the kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with an outdoor courtyard. I highly recommend 👍
