Den första nivån har 4 sovrum, 2 badrum, sittgrupp som skulle vara en bra hangout plats för barnen i din grupp. Det finns också ett 2 bil garage med en Tesla laddstation.
Den andra nivån är öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum med gas spis, skärmad i veranda område perfekt för avkoppling och titta på solnedgången över sjön. Köket har vackra kvarts bänkskivor och toppen av raden apparater för alla dina matlagningsbehov. Strax utanför köket hittar du tvättstugan och ett skafferi.
Den tredje nivån rymmer det stora sovrummet och badrummet med soaker badkar och duschkabin. Glidande glasdörr leder ut mot en privat balkong. Ytterligare två sovrum och badrum kompletterar denna nivå.

Family Vacation

Words can not express how Fabulous this home was for our multi-family vacation! There was ample space for everyone, and the screened-in porch was ideal for the 3 little ones to have for their toys and allowed for them to stay safe along with getting fresh air! We loved being in walking distance to the beach, and the golfers enjoyed the courses near by. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to hold several people under 1 roof!!

Family Getaway

The home and location are beautiful. The home has ample room for a large family and the closeness to the beach is ideal. One of the highlights for our kids was ability to have fires on the private beach. That became a nightly activity. We only had a few challenges. - The master bath shower has low water pressure, which was a bummer with how lovely the room is. - While the home has a rule of replacing the propane tank for BBQ grill, we unfortunately had no gas in it when we arrived so had to delay dinner first night to go get a new tank. - Parking is definitely an issue. There is limited space for vehicles, so car pooling is a necessity. We ended up using a local grocery store parking lot. Overall our family enjoyed the time together.

Best Week!

We had a fantastic week staying at Family Tides. One of the best houses we've ever rented. Beautifully decorated with simple elegance and space for many to spread out. Enjoyed the many beaches in the area as well as the winery down the road. Would highly recommend this house for large families. The yard was nice for games and the sunsets at the end of the street were amazing!

Family gathering

This was an ideal vacation spot for my whole family from 12-81 years old. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and enough bathrooms for each family. The property was very clean and had ample supplies available for midweek cleanup. Location was perfect. Close to the tram and stairs to the beach area down the street and a short drive to several wonderful beaches in town. The seating area in the family room was tremendous, a place for everyone! Thank you for helping us make great memories!

A wonderful time in South Haven

We had a wonderful family vacation in South Haven. This house provided enough space for all to sleep and gather. We also learned that this house has a generator which came in handy during a lengthy power outage.

Great South Haven Spot

The cleanliness and layout of the home, as well as proximity to all of south haven would be tough to beat. Ample beach toys for kids and chairs. One Tran was still operable for beach access. The beach has been diminished by erosion but is still walkable. Usually visited downtown south haven and smaller beaches north of town. Home is close to Hawkshead for good golf and Lake Arvesta for kids ninja warrior courses on water. Newer well kept home and would stay again.

Great property, location, and management!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was very big and laid out to handle our entire family (8 adults and 3 children). Check in was simple. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. And the location and house were truly excellent!

Best of Tides!

This is an amazing property! We are a multi-generational family ages ranging from 20 to 80 years old. This was the perfect house for our family of 12. We enjoyed breakfast and a couple of dinners at the house, while exploring Holland, Saugatuck, Grand Haven and South Haven. The location is perfectly located between Saugatuck and South Haven. The property was even better than described and beautifully appointed!

We love South Haven and the downtown area but loved the quiet and calm environment of Lakeview Ave as well as the proximity to the lake. I think that the layout of our house is special in that it can accommodate a large family like ours or multiple families without feeling cramped.
