Great house for a three generational vacation. Overall the house was in great condition, we did a few minor maintenance issues during our stay; a few bugs in the home upon arrival, the front door was very hard to open, the oven stopped working during our stay, but was promptly fixed. We felt like the house should have been stocked with additional trash bags - we received one and were asked to put the trash out on two different days during our stay. You shouldn't have to provide trash bags while staying in a vacation home. Overall our stay was great and the management company was very responsive.

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear the home worked well for your multi-generational vacation and that our team was able to promptly address the oven issue during your stay. Regarding the bugs, palmetto bugs can occasionally be seen in our area, particularly during the rainy season, even with regular pest control treatments. As for household supplies, we provide a starter kit of essential items, including trash bags, paper products, and toiletries, as every stay varies in length and guest count. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate your kind words about our responsive management team.

Loved staying at this house! The tram made it so easy to get around and within walking distance to many restaurants. The house was super clean and even when we had a light out in the bathroom, they fixed it right away. Super great communication and response time!

The house was beautiful and just perfect for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren under the age of 2. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. The only issue we had was that the wood floors were very dirty . My 13 month old grandson’s knees and feet were black from crawling around. We loved the neighborhood, it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful , Clean House in a great Neighborhood

We Love this neighborhood , we stay here every year . The house was clean and decorated so beautiful . We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the check in process. You had to check in at the pool , which is kind of hard to find and it was a long walk in the heat to find the spot at the pool where you check in .
