Step inside and feel at home. The first floor features a bright open-concept living area, a well equipped kitchen with seating for six at the island, and a dining table for eight—perfect for family meals or game nights.

Upstairs, unwind in a King bedroom with ensuite bath. an additional Queen bedroom, a full bathroom and laundry closet.

The top floor offers plenty of space with a twin bunk room, a twin-over-full bunk room, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a large observation deck—ideal for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.

* Golf carts & LSV`s are not permitted in the Seacrest Beach Community.

* Beach access is located across 30A at Sunset entrance. wrist bands are required. Bikes and cars are not permitted. Complimentary tram runs March through October.

Welcome to Anchors Away in Seacrest Beach! We’re delighted to host you and want your stay to be relaxing, comfortable, and 5-star worthy. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a few moments to review these house rules and help us care for this beautiful home and community.

Respect for the Property & Neighbors:

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on porches. If smoking in designated outdoor areas, please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe Seacrest Beach quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No towels or clothing may be hung from balconies or railings.
• Parking passes must be displayed at all times—vehicles without a visible pass may be towed by community enforcement.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange major furniture pieces.

Care Inside the Home:

• Please avoid eating or drinking on couches and in beds.
* Please do not wear wet clothing on furniture
• Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes, feminine products, or paper towels.
• AC settings: Do not lower below 68°F to prevent freezing.
◦ When leaving for the day, set the thermostat to 74°F or higher.
◦ Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
• Makeup washcloths are provided—please use these to avoid staining towels or linens.
• If something breaks or malfunctions, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.
* Please take care to ensure gas knobs are completely off after cooking.

Outdoor & Beach Use:

• Please remove sand from shoes, toys, and gear before entering the home.
• Rinse all beach equipment at the outdoor shower and store items neatly outside.
• No tents, umbrellas, or canopies are permitted at the Seacrest Beach resort beach per community regulations.
• Beach towels are provided—please do not take bath towels to the beach or pool.

Community Amenities & Wristbands:
• The Seacrest Beach community requires that all guests ages 8 and older wear wristbands when using amenitiessuch as the community pool, beach access, and tram service.
• Wristbands are provided at check-in and must be worn for the duration of your stay. Please ensure all members of your party have theirs before leaving for the day.
• Replacement wristbands are subject to a fee per community policy.
