Top Notch Condo - bara några minuter från stranden

Vår Ocean reträtt ligger i gated community, The Moorings, inom Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Det är enheten 19. 2 sovrum, har 3 full bad enhet har vackert renoverade och personligen underhålls av vår personal ligger på ön.

Enheten är 1260 kvadratfot och ger gott om utrymme för familjer eller flera par. I vardagsrummet har en 50 "plasma-TV med en Bose surround Stereo / DVD-systemet. Rummet är perfekt för att titta på stora spelet, din favoritfilm, eller njuta av cocktail timme med musik. I vardagsrummet finns också en queen size bäddsoffa. Master Suite har en king size-säng, badrum, och en 36 "platt-TV och en Blu-Ray DVD-spelare. Det andra sovrummet har 2 full size-sängar, ett badrum, och en 42 "platt-TV och en Blu-Ray DVD-spelare. Den vardagsrum och sovrum alla ger tillgång till två trädäck för att ta in den naturliga skönheten i området. En tredje badrum (med dusch) ligger utanför hallen. Köket är fullt utrustat och innehåller en helt ny rostfri spis stål och mikrovågsugn. Enheten har också en egen ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Bredvid enheten är förtöjningar privat pool. Stranden ligger bara en kort chip skott från den främre dörren. Närheten till stranden gör många back-n-tillbaka resor och innebär att du inte behöver köra och lasta bilen (eller leta efter parkering). Beläget vid stranden entrén är Dunes House, som ger rena toaletter, samt en säsongsdrivna Bar och Grill (vi rekommenderar fisk tacos, räkor och kall öl).

Också bara en kort promenad från ytterdörren är Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, golfbanan Robert Trent Jones, General Store (livsmedel, avhämtning, strand leveranser och mer), Alexanders restaurang, och cykel, kajak / kanotuthyrning. Enheten är granne med Marriott Beach Resort and Spa, som erbjuder 2 restauranger, barer, barns läger, spa-behandlingar och även Starbucks Coffee.

Palmetto Dunes är känd för sina tre golfbanor i världsklass, inklusive George Fazio, Arthur Hills och Robert Trent Jones, och stoltserar med miles av vackert anlagda cykel / vandringsleder (och även en tunnel under Rte. 278 till Shelter Cove Marina, en samling av restauranger, affärer, nöjen och båt / fiske charter hyror) vattnet. Great trip!

Clean, spacious, great location, and great host communication. We had a really good time, unit was very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hilton Head.

Great get away!

This place has an ideal location near the ocean, pickleball, golf, bike riding and a couple places to eat. The condo has a nice layout with beds, bathrooms and porch spaces on each side with shared common area. We planned to take our dog but at last minute decided against bringing her and the owner was very understanding and returned pet money. Check in/out was simple. Love the Palmetto Dunes area!

Great location!

Our family of four (plus dog) stayed here during the holidays. The location can’t be beat, especially since it’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. The place itself is a bit dated, but we found it to be very comfortable and cozy. The owner was super responsive when we needed a second parking pass at check-in time.

Fall Trip

We had a nice stay in the Moorings 19. We had a couple of issues upon checking in but after reaching out they were corrected right away. The location of the property is great and the manager was easy to work with.

Great beach stay!

We visited with our teenage sons and dog, the proximity to the beach could not be beat. We enjoyed staying in Palmetto Dunes and the amenities the resort provides. The condo allowed for good separation between our kids and us, very spacious layout. The unit served our needs well!

We had a fantastic week at Hilton Head in this Condo. It had everything needed for us and was very clean…great communication with the owner and the location was perfect….2 minute walk to the beach! We’ll be back!

Great Location

Working with Mike was easy, including check-in and overall communication. Furniture is comfortable and the TV in the living room is a very nice upgrade. Everything is functional and very clean. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog who loves the beach and is a Hilton Head veteran at this point.

Great stay on Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful stay ! The pictures do not do the place justice. The proximity of the property to the beach can't be beat. (Only 300 steps from door to sand) We were so grateful that Michael allows pets as we were able to take our senior dog "Annie" with us. We highly recommend this property. Plan on returning.

We’ll be back!

First time staying in Hilton Head and boy did we luck out with this place. Can’t beat the close proximity to the beach and the spaciousness/amenities at this condo. We loved walking to the Dune House for seaside meals, the general store and Alexander’s. We had so much fun biking around this beautiful island and beach walking with our mini snauzer, Roxky Thanks for sharing your condo!

Dog friendly beach retreat

We had a great stay. Appliances have been updated. Had everything we needed ad expect out of a beach rental. The pool is right outside. Kids loved it. Plenty of other dogs around and you can’t beat being a two minute walk to the sand. Owner is super responsive. Thanks Michael!

Outstanding location and amenities

Had a great time including long walks on the beach with our dog. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with at least 3 flatscreen TVs which we enjoyed when not busy with the many other activities available to us. Close to shopping, restaurants, golf and tennis. The owner is helpful and responsive. Bottom line: I am making reservations for two more weeks for 2012

A peaceful Beach retreat

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well laid out right across from the pool! It was peaceful with four deer hanging outside right by our condo. Just a few steps to the beach which is the best in the area. The porpoises didn’t disappoint. Michael is a marvelous host and he really pays attention to all the details so you can have a marvelous stay. Thanks Michael!

Spectacular location

This was a perfect holiday, Hilton Head is a wonderful location and our condo was literally 4 minutes walk from the beach. I have never experienced sea water this warm, it is absolutely gorgeous. We also had the bonus of a pool literally yards from the condo which again was so warm. I must stress how well appointed the condo was, very nice furnishings and hugely comfortable beds. I have to mention how nice other guests in the condos were, such a friendly group from all over the US.I cannot recommend Hilton Head and particularly our condo highly enough.

Perfect condo!

Our stay at this condo was perfect! Clean and spacious. Very well furnished - large screen tv's, kitchen had every utensil needed for cooking and nice appliances. Location is excellent - close to beach, centrally located to grocery stores(Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Kroger) and restaurants. Owner was wonderful - responded promptly on our reservations and with info for our arrival at condo. I would highly recommend this condo! Thank you!

Fantastic Christmas Week

This property is fantastic. The layout is family friendly and allows for privacy… with 6 people. The 3rd full bathroom is such a great deal. Big TVs, new carpet, new appliances, the location is amazing (maybe 200 yards to the beach) and the weather was perfect, 60s and 70s last week of December. The condo is pet friendly, but we never had known because the place is spotless. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. Great place to stay.

Great location

Great location. Condo is well set up, everything worked. Kitchen was well equipped. Great TV in living room. Mike, the owner was responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a tired unit in that the woodwork needed sanding and painting, and bathrooms could use some renovating We had a great time, so happy to be able to bring a dog. Thanks Mike

Great family and guest condo practically on the beach

My family and i have rented this condo every year for three years. The layout is superb if you have a guest or many children with you. The side two rooms allow for privacy while the main area and its bedroom feel like an apartment. The owner keeps up on repairs and the cleaners make sure everything is clean before we show up. The location of the condo is super since we just walk out the door and walk right to the beach. It is behind the gates of Palmetto Dunes so it limits how many others are there on the beach with us. We plan on continuing to use this condo for our future vacations to HHI. We don't bring anything but our clothing and toiletries. All else is provided.
