Detta är en super bekväm 2 sovrum 2 badrum stadsbostad i Pitchfork stadsdel av Mt. Crested Butte. Det är några steg från den fria transferen till basområdet på berget vilket gör berget mycket enkelt. Även minuter från många cykel / vandringsleder hittar du denna söta stadsdel en perfekt att ringa hem för någon tid.
Hemmet har en traditionell layout med ditt huvudsakliga boende på bottenvåningen och de 2 sovrummen på övervåningen. Vardagsrummet är bekvämt inrett med en plattskärms-smart tv där du kan logga in på dina egna favorit-tv-appar. (Netflix, Roku, etc.) Det finns också en dvd-spelare för att njuta av att titta på det ganska omfattande filmbiblioteket som ägaren tillhandahåller. Köket är fullt utrustat med ett litet frukostbord för 2 personer. Även på denna våning finns ett badrum.
På översta våningen i hemmet hittar du 2 sovrum med queen size-sängar i varje och ett gemensamt badrum med badkar mellan dem.
Garaget ligger på bottenvåningen av fastigheten och har gott om plats att parkera såväl som lagra ditt redskap. Det finns också 1 extra täckt parkeringsplats mittemot garaget entré som är för denna enhet ensam.
HOA-��verenskommelser tillåter inte gatuparkering så det finns bara 2 parkeringsplatser (1 i garage och 1 i ....). Trailers och RVs kan inte parkeras i Pitchfork-underavdelningen.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. Conveniently located in town and close to everything-trails, restaurants, and Kebler Pass which is a gorgeous drive to see fall colors. Will stay again.

Perfect space for a group of 4!

The townhouse was in the perfect location for our stay, right in the middle of all the events we were attending and shops. Beautiful views! Great space for 4 guests. Comfortable sized bedrooms and kitchen. The space was clean and the host was great! Recommend for your next stay in Created Butte!

CB Wildflower Trip

Pitchfork neighborhood is good location between town and ski area. Free bus stop is located very close to property. great to have a garage and a carport for two vehicles. Many trails in CB to check out!

Perfect Location

Excellent location in Mt CB, house is well equipped and clean. Bus stop right outside the door for the free shuttle to CB - leaves every 20 mins. Garage was terrific for storing the MTBs. Perfect location for MTB holiday.

overall nice place to stay

Clean and well kept. Right next to the main road, and the local bus stop. Quite loud at night in the summer when the windows have to be open. Otherwise a nice place to stay and close to Crested Butte.

Nice Place and Very Nice Hosts with 1 Caveat

We loved our trip to Crested Butte, especially the hiking and also the food in town. The property was in good shape and was very well-appointed, especially for meals we had in. Our hosts communicated very well and professionally. Thank you on all counts! The only issue we had was the road noise at night and in the early morning, which at times (not all the time) made it difficult to sleep. The fact we were there in the summer and kept the windows open at night for cooling contributed heavily to this, so this may not be an issue at other times of the year or if you don't keep the windows open at night. The road noise came from the super convenient bus stop steps away from the front door of the property and from the main road up to the ski resort base area. I'd like to emphasize that this is a non-controllable for our hosts, who were outstanding throughout and is potentially not an issue outside of summer.

Close to everything.

Cute townhome convenient to Mt. Crested Butte and Crested Butte. Bus to town was great. As it was off season nothing was too crowded which is good. The property was next to bus, but we also walked to Mt. village. Really had a great time and the townhome fit our needs perfectly.

1st visit to Crested Butte. Condo has a great location, clean, and comfortable. Garage was an added bonus in terms of being able to park car and store lots of our gear.

Nice end-unit townhouse

Cute townhouse with garage. We were glad this is not directly on the main road as that would have been quite noisy, but the shuttle bus stop right outside the door made it impossible to keep the bedroom window open during the night. It’s conveniently located on the edge of the ski resort so it’s a quick 5 min. drive to town. Would have loved to have some outside space to sit and have coffee in the morning, but went for morning walks instead. We didn’t cook there but I would recommend providing more coffee/tea mugs as those were a little sparse. Thanks for having soaps and detergents in the unit!! One neighbor decided to park their suv outside of the garage which made maneuvering our car in and out a little tough, however upon renting you have to sign the strict neighborhood parking rules so we were a bit surprised to find an illegally parked car, which is not this unit owner’s fault at all of course. Not sure what could have been done about that. Having a local map in the unit was really helpful and everything was very clean.

Excellent location cute neighborhood convenient to mountain

Beautiful views in a cute neighborhood convenient to mountain . Just far enough away from mountain to have some peace and quiet but easy short trip to lifts . Parking is ample with two spots. House is very clean with good kitchen supplies and modern conveniences. Highly recommend property. Price to value is very good .

As Advertised

We had a great stay during our ski trip. The unit was exceptionally warm on all levels even during very cold nights. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The garage was a huge plus during our stay as we received 4-10” of snow every day. The driveway and sidewalks were cleared a couple of times a day making entry and exit very easy. This unit is right on the bus stop route making out commute to the mountain for skiing a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and Comfortable

Nice place for a weekend getaway. The townhome is well-kept. Shay is very easy to communicate with and helpful. The garage is an added bonus for secure mountain bike storage. The townhome is right next to the shuttle stop which is very convenient.

Great Crested Butte Getaway!

This townhouse was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. The home was well stocked from the kitchen to the laundry closet. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the convenience of being right by the bus stop and within walking distance of the ski lift and the activities at the base of Mt Crested Butte. We appreciated the small fans that were in the bedrooms to keep us comfortable at night. We were grateful to have a garage for parking as well. Shay was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was so easy. We are so glad we chose to stay here and hope we to come again!

Crested Butte trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was comfortable and convenient to town and wonderful hiking trails. Shay's response to a hot water issue was immediate even though she was terribly concerned about an accident her daughter's friends were involved in. Great host.
