Beach Front with great views

Very clean upgraded modern 2 story condo. Lots of places for people to sleep. Had a couple issues while there but RealJoy the company who takes care of the condo, was very responsive in handling concerns. Thanks for a great stay.

Fun near the beach

It was great stay as we stayed right on the beach. Property was neat and clean. It had an excellent view of the beach. All the accommodation at these property was sufficient for week long stay.

Overall we enjoyed our visit in the room with two double beds. One of the mattresses needs replaced. Same room the outlets didn’t work on one wall. In the master bedroom we stripped beds before we left and there was what looked like a bloodstain on mattress pad The kitchen was great stocked with great pots and pans and dishes.wd would definitely stay again loved the area

December destination wedding stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condominium. Although the wedding was at The Henderson, the walk there was reasonable. Several of my siblings traveled down and the bed configuration worked well for our family. We love Crystal Beach and will definitely keep this property in mind for future rentals.

Great view

Great view and access to the beach. The young adults in our group enjoyed the hot tub. I suggest a grip bar for the lower level showers. 80 year and up did not feel comfortable without grip bars.

Annual Family Vacation

We had 3 generations on this vacation and we all loved the condo and beach location. Everything was perfect, except the size of the balcony. We all weren’t able to sit out in the evening and listen to the waves.

Perfect vacay as always!

30th year coming to Destin & Always Amazing clear warm water and white sugar sand. This property was great with the 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Everyone had their own. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. With other properties in the past we would have to bring our own pans/knives/glassware.

Lovely beach vacation spot.

Very Nice Rental. Spacious bedrooms, Fully stocked kitchen. We were three families and enjoyed our vacation. Wish we would have had access to the bathrooms by the pool for convenience. We didn’t receive codes. I called and spoke to real joy customer service but never got a return call. Overall great experience.

Emerald Dunes Family Vacation

We shared the unit with our 2 grown children and their families for a family vacation. The unit was clean and very nice. When we first got there I was afraid the main living area was going to be too small for the 10 of us but it worked out fine for us since the living room, dining room and kitchen was an open concept. I was also disappointed, at first, that the pool was not real big and was out front of the building and not on the ocean side. However, once I realized how close to the ocean the building was we were all fine with it. The pool wasn’t very big but majority of the time we were at the pool, we had it to ourselves which was great. If you prefer the pool over the ocean it might not be big enough for you. The condo outside areas were always clean and very quiet. The condo’s private beach was nice and quiet. We loved the proximity to other things. We weren’t far from things we wanted to do but yet not in the middle of the huge high rise condos. I called the property manager a couple of times and they were very helpful. The only one thing we had a problem with was when we got the property gate code and our door code, they didn’t give us the code to the poolside bathrooms. The maintenance gentleman was able to give that to us. Also the property manager wasn’t able to tell me how to rent more beach chairs and another umbrella but we found the person the next morning down at the beach. Just be sure if you need to use the bunk beds they are in the main hallway and right next to the washer and dryer that whoever is sleeping there is not a light sleeper. Our 10 yr old granddaughter slept there and was fine with it and actually really liked it. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were nice. There was enough barstools and seating at the table so we were able to all sit down together for a meal if we wanted to. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our week at Emerald Dunes.

Great stay

The 505 is a very clean condo with a great view. A bathroom for each bedroom was perfect, the washer and dryer are so nice that we ended up purchasing the same one for our house! The pool was under maintenance so it was closed for our whole stay, though that wasn't a problem for us, but I could see where that would be an issue for others. After multiple calls and attempts we never did get the free umbrella and two beach chairs. Real Joy was a pleasure to work with, but it seems like there were communication issues between the owner and the beach rental place. Overall I would stay at the 505 again, it is a very nice, clean and spacious condo.

The condo was lovely and fairly convenient to many shopping areas, which were a short drive away. The beach was beautiful. We were not informed that the pool would be closed, which was a disappointment for the kids.

Will Return!

Although their were a few hiccups with the checkin process and the cable wasn’t working for part of our stay, the condo itself and beach were perfect! Our family loved it and will definitely return to this condo again. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and always responsive!

Amazing property located at the beach. Beach service available on private beach. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, but you will have to buy everyday supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. Overall I would recommend.

Beautiful Condo!!

I loved this place, everything was great! No issues with it at all. The only complaint is the neighbor from the condo below, it seems an old couple that was annoyed to hear kids playing... but overall the service at the condo was more than perfect!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean, the property management team not up to par

Construction on the property started as we arrived, we were notified week before we arrived that it was going on. Property management said that beach chairs would be provided with a phone call, never got chairs, Mom is 82, hard to enjoy the beach. Ice maker didn’t work, had to buy and haul ice bags til middle of the week, could not use handycap parking due to construction, condo is nice tho......
