Great condo

Great condo. Only drawback is only two elevators for whole building. Poor planning on developers part. Parking spaces are TIGHT. You get used to it but it takes a minute. The condo is awesome.

Spacious

Very spacious and nicely updated. A few things that need to be worked on: clean floors better, sinks don’t drain well at all (probably clogged with hair), not enough pillows and most were sub-standard, bedroom and bathroom door locks don’t work. Other than that, the place was beautiful!

Multiple add-on costs

It was a reasonable spot to stay, but could not overcome bad taste of nine (9!) fees added to actual room rental, which turned out to be 2/3 of total cost. Talk about piling on!! Apparently we were supporting a big cast of characters.

Condo had a great view, the beds were good, the unit needs some maintenance, some new small kitchen appliances and cookware such as a blender etc. The condos pool was nice, the elevators are a joke, the parking garage is descent, the public pier and beach is right next door, so fishing the pier was nice, however, the homeless were bathing every morning out on the beach. I would say the condo was overpriced.

Nice condo convenient to everything

The condo was nice and very convenient lots of restaurants and activities. The smell in the condo was horrendous and maintenance claimed it was the rain. It smelled like sewage or sulphur water all throughout the stay, smell was overwhelming at times.

Condo was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Beach was beautiful; it would of been nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included with the Condo. They are pricey to rent daily. Property needed some attention with cleanliness. Only two elevators on property, so you might be waiting awhile if you are on the upper floors. Overall our family had a nice vacation.

Great Place!

This condo was so spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed. We were so surprised to find loads of beach stuff- several chairs, cart, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio furniture was comfy and the view was amazing! We did not have any issues with the elevators, we came over Easter weekend in Mid-April so it wasn’t very crowded but could see how only having 2 elevators for 16+ floors could be an issue during peak season. But taking the stairs wasn’t bad when we didn’t have a ton of stuff with us (6 flights, 3 for the garage at the bottom of the building, then the condo is on the “3rd” floor). We had an absolutely perfect stay!

Love the unit and location

Location location location! Loved this property. Can’t beat the amazing views. The beach was fabulous and not super crowded. Unit had all the kitchen cookware you need including a keurig, blender, and toaster. Enjoyed using the beach cart, chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our four kids. You will need to buy paper goods, extra laundry detergent and dish detergent. You will also need to bring beach towels for your trip. The property management was awesome and called us during our stay to make sure all was well. If I had any complaint it would be that the pool was very fcold and could be heated up by at least 10 degrees. Awesome stay! Book it now!

Nice place while we attended softball tournament!

This condo was good for what we needed. It provided a bed for reveryone and a kitchen to be able to make food and enjoy down time from softball tournament. There were no towels for pool and beach - so bring those with you. The hot water ran out quickly , so be prepared for short showers too.

Very nice condo for a family, centrally located

We loved being able to stay here for the week! Beach view was amazing, pier was walking distance and the condo itself was very centrally located. The condo was perfect for 2 families to have plenty of room! Very nice! We are definitely planning a trip back next year! Only thing that we had to work around was there was no pantry to store dry food like snacks, but other than that, no complaints!

Great clean condo with amazing views!

The condo was clean and looked to be well cared for. Every room had a view of the ocean and having dinner while looking out at the ocean was amazing. The patio had plenty of furniture that everyone was able to have a chair and listen to the ocean whenever we weren't at the beach. The best part was this part of the beach did not have that many people so it felt more private. The only negative we had was that with everything going on with Covid it would have been nice to have more than 2 packets for the dishwasher detergent. We had six people and cooking a couple of meals a day we had to end up washing dishes by hand at least once a day.

Beautiful condo!

My family and I loved the condo! It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for eight of us. The only downside is the parking is very tight and the elevators are slow at times. However, overall the experience was good. Would stay here again in the future.

Apartment Was Great, but....

We loved the view, the furnishings, the area, the beach, easy access to everything. We didn’t like not having kitchen towels, trash bags, and washcloths, for first three days. We brought a lot of stuff with us, but for the prices charged, a few trash bags and other mentioned items are needed.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! It was clean and very well decorated. Great location. If I just had to find flaws, they would be the elevator was slow at times only being able to park two cars on the property- but that has nothing to do with the condo or owner. We will definitely be booking this condo again!
