Peters hus ligger i Piney Island-området. Det är inom 1/2 mil av Maddox Blvd., vägen till Assateague Island och stranden. Det är mycket bekvämt att och inom gångavstånd från affärer, restauranger, minigolf och mycket mer.
Det finns av gatan parkering vid huset för tre fordon. Den 2 sovrum / 1 badrum hemmet är centralt luftkonditionerade och är fullt möblerade med allt som behövs för bekvämt fritidsliv.
Vardagsrummet har en dubbel storlek futon soffa, solstolar och tv. Andra saker som ingår är disk, porslin, kastruller / kokkärl, krabba ångbåt, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kuddar och filtar. Ta med eget sängkläder (3 Twin / 2 Double) och handdukar / tvätttvättar.

Lovely stay in Piney Island

We had a lovely family stay in Chincoteague’s Piney Island at Peter’s House. The location is perfect particularly if you want easy access to Assateague. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for R & R.

Great Stay

This house is on a quite street conveniently located to the entrance of the wildlife refuge. The house was very clean and the property manager Debbie was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable family stay!

We were happy to see how clean the home was when we arrived. We appreciate that the living area and kitchen are bright and open, and the bathroom is spacious. We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in porch.

This is a great property to stay in. It’s very close to the beach, bike rentals, and food.

The property is in good condition. One of our favorite things is the screened in back porch. We sat outside often. The close proximity to the beach allowed us to ride our bikes everyday. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for meals. Some of the beds were rather hard but could be remedied with a foam topper.

Would stay again!

We felt at home! The only downfall was a very limited selection of TV channels and no Wi-Fi. I had my laptop so was able to connect via HDMI to the TV screen and use my phones data to stream TV/movies for the kids. The location can’t be beat, and property management was great to work with!

Cleanest rental we have had

The property was incredibly clean upon arrival. It's nice to see property owners who care about cleanliness. The location was great, within walking distance to a few different shops and restraunts. We seen a lot of wildlife in the neighborhood. Very nice place for a small family. Looking forward to returning.

Pony Swim

The house was very clean. It has a well stocked kitchen. The A/C unit kept the house very cool during the heat wave. The only issue was no internet. The internet could take the place of the tv cable that is there - which is useless. It is a basic house but functional. It worked well for the 2 nights we were there.

Chincoteague Cottage

This house was perfect for a getaway at the beach. It was close to the beach and also close to the restaurants in town. It had everything we needed.and the host was quick to respond to any messages. Check in and check out was hassle free. The only thing that could have improved it is if there was Wifi, but I was able to use my phone as a hotspot to do some work, so no big deal. I would highly recommend this house!

Nice little house close to the beach

The house was clean and as described. The screened porch on the back is nice and backs up to trees/plants. The neighborhood was very quiet, we never heard anyone else. It is one of the closest locations to the beach at Assateague. Debbie, the property manager, is very responsive and made sure our stay was great.
