Gals friends and family trip

We enjoyed our accommodations for our group of nine. Could not have asked for better host in terms of communication and allowing us wiggle room to accommodate schedules. We highly recommend their space and would go back again.

family visit

We wanted a nice house to just visit with family and it was great. Weather too hot to use their beautiful patio, but the AC worked great. Mario was very kind and easy to work with. An older, but beautifully updated and cared for house. Thanks, Mario.

Denver House

This home was better than described. The backyard is beautiful but the front porch is so nice to relax on in the morning as well. The renters communication was great. They checked in on us during the trip and were so kind. Check-in and check-out were described perfectly and a breeze. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely with lots of upgrades. Great visit! Thank you Mario.

The precisely right amount of frills

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great backyard as well as a lot of great common spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices and lots of great kitchen utensils. The decor is tasteful, the furniture comfortable, and all the fixtures are in great shape. The downstairs lounge area is especially nice on hot days. Parking can be a little tricky if you don't want to park on the street.

Time with friends

This house is in an ideal location. 2 miles to just about everything in the city. Plenty of room for our group to hang out. We were able to sit around a nice fire in the back yard fire pit. Amenities and attention to details from host were incredible. I highly recommend this property.

Great House, Great Location

The outdoor area sold us on this place for our bachelor party. Had plenty of spots to sleep and we were able to cook a great meal. Watch your head going down the stairs!

Great Hangout spot

The house was the perfect place for my friends and I to set up a base of operations for a long weekend in Denver. It was in easy walking distance to RiNo, and close to the other parts of Denver we visited. It was also a great place to chill after a long day of exploring and playing.

Weekend with Family

My husband and I stayed at the house for a long weekend with our daughter and her friends from college. The rooms and beds were cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well appointed. Neighborhood residential and very quiet (as opposed to staying downtown). We went to a concert nearby in RiNo and an Avalanche game at Ball Arena. The location was so handy to get to various parts of Denver. Lyft drivers were readily available when needed and we also had a car, and found parking on the street readily available. Mario was responsive when we had questions about the heat etc. and took care of all our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Everything you need for your home away from home

This well-appointed home was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a destination vacation. Mario was extremely attentive and responsive to us before and during our stay, and he provided a comprehensive manual for the home that included extensive local dining recommendations that we found very helpful. The rooms and furnishings were just as clean and attractive as they appeared in the online listing, and there were no surprises or problems. A fun bonus was that the home is fully "smart" (but very user-friendly), with customized lighting and entertainment options in every room (and thoughtfully implemented home security features). We appreciated the obvious care and intention that was invested in the preparation and presentation of this property to optimize the total guest experience.

As good as it gets

I’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals and Mario by far was the most amazing host. He went out of his way to accommodate our group and was very quick to communicate through the whole process. The house is REALLY nice with great furnishings and more than what you need. The outdoor space is so nice to hanging out with friends and there is plenty of room for larger groups. It’s a close drive to many areas in denver and sits in a quiet cute neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

Book This VRBO - you won't regret it!

Mario's home and attention to guests was impeccable. I stayed in the house with my partner and a number of young adult family members while in Denver for my son's wedding. The stay truly enhanced our wedding week experience by providing us a lovely and comfortable home base. There is plenty of space to come together as well as space to retreat to for quieter time. The front porch was my go-to spot for morning coffee and the sunny spacious backyard was a great place to relax with family throughout the week. Mario has paid attention to every detail, with welcoming treats, a well stocked kitchen (great selection of coffee and teas), lots of games, smart-home enabled entertainment, and all the little necessities like toiletries, laundry soap, etc to make for an easy stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good quality bedding and there were plenty of towels and no shortage of hot water for our group. The location was very convenient--it seems like everything in Denver is 10 minutes away by car. There was plenty of parking out front and Ubers were readily available to get around this fun city. It was a short ride over to the 16th Street Mall or to the heart of RiNo for lunch at the Denver Central Market, and there are plenty of other options within walking distance of the house. The keyless entry made it easy for everyone to come and go as they wished. I can't recommend this VRBO highly enough--book it and Mario will take care of everything from there!

Perfect place to take in LoDo/RINO with everything you need

My three colleagues and I needed a week away to work a little and play a little. Mario was excellent from the moment I booked last minute when another VRBO didn't work out. Electronic check-in, clear instructions, stocked house and backyard made this a stress-free stay. The house excels in the details. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed. The showerheads are adjustable, and we always had hot water. The backyard is spacious and perfect for conversations, grilling, and smoking if you like. We plan to return in the spring.

Stay here! It’s fabulous!

Everything about this house was terrific. It’s remarkably well stocked with food staples, toiletries and whatever you need. The downstairs den is a great playroom for kids. Firm beds provided us all with great nights’ sleep. Mario responded to a few last minute requests immediately. Would definitely stay here again and would love to visit in the summer, as the backyard is really set up for outdoor living. Thanks again, Mario.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The hosts take extra care to make sure you have all the staples you need when you arrive (spices, coffee, ice cubes). We loved the cozy backyard and basement. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our newly remodeled home is in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver. We are just blocks away from RiNo, and Downtown, Zoo, Museums, and Parks are only minutes away by car. Our home has all you need!! Alexa turn upstairs on. Our "smart home" is designed for the business traveler, our lounge, entertainment areas, and our fully equipped upstairs kitchen and downstairs kitchenette provide an ideal space for any group. With a degree in hospitality, we know how to treat our guest!

Our home has four bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs) with cooling gel memory foam mattresses and 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Each bedroom has smart technology with voice-activated lights, voice-activated music (through Alexa), and blackout curtains. Both living rooms offer a 50" TV and a dedicated tablet to control the complimentary subscription to Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, and Spotify. Our upstairs offers an open floor plan with several places to eat, work, or lounge. Whether you want to prepare a meal from scratch or cook pre-made meals, our fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities. Our home can be transformed into two separate units and forms an ideal setting for very large or multiple families who require their privacy. Did you forget your toiletries? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Our bathrooms offer all that you expect from a hotel room and more. Do you need more beds? Also, we've got you covered. Upon request, we can provide you with two extra air mattresses. We have a large front porch you can enjoy. And our backyard is spacious and recently remodeled. It has two separate seating areas, umbrellas for shade and and a grill that is available upon request. This is our first home and we saved and worked for years to buy our dream home so please enjoy it and join us in making your own memories in it as well.
