Vår vackra lägenhet med två sovrum är en perfekt plats för människor att njuta av när man besöker alla platser för ikoniska Wabasha och dess omgivningar. Bara 1/2 kvarter från National Eagle centrum gör det till en perfekt tillflyktsort från stadslivet. Utrymmet har två sovrum (sängar med king-size och queen size-sängar), ett kök och vardagsrum på samma våning och du har utrymme och apparater som behövs för att göra ditt besök i Wabasha oförglömligt! Alla apparater, sängar (tuft och nål), soffor, TV etc. är helt nya och redo att avnjutas. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla dina matlagningsbehov samt en kaffemaskin + fransk press och grillpanna för de lugna morgnarna! Med två fullstora rum gör det ett utmärkt läge för en romantisk helg bort, ett utmärkt utrymme för vänner eller ett perfekt läge för en familj. Lägenheten är också utrustad med en ny smart-TV och kabelanslutning. Du kan lätt örnklocka på däck, där du har en fantastisk utsikt över Mississippi-floden eller från de flesta av lägenhetsfönstren.

Eftersom denna lägenhet ligger på översta våningen, är ingången till vänster om huset upp en trappa.

Friends get away

We enjoyed our friends get away here. Great location. Clean, cozy and just what we needed. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in shower was awesome!! We all mentioned that. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway!

This apartment was perfect for our family with 2 littles under age 6. The rooms were spacious and accommodations were all as listed. The central location was great for walking around town!

Delightful experience!

Clean, comfortable, just the right place to stay! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and bars, and to have close access to the river. The space was so beautifully decorated and we slept so well on the very comfortable mattress! Everything we needed was provided, and just an overall great experience.

Just right

Was in town visiting family. I stayed here with my sister and her partner. The space was very spacious with two comfortable rooms and a big bathroom. We needed a home base for the weekend and this worked great!

Great downtown location

Location was perfect as we had a wedding in nearby Pepin. Apartment was exactly as described and better then a hotel. Stacy's Kitchen was literally across the street for breakfast and the Silver Star Saloon was perfect for drinks and food. Try the nachos, you won't be disappointed. The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival and gave us some tips of things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tom and Ann

Gem on the Mississippi River

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient and well-stocked property in Wabasha. It is located in the heart of downtown, and within a short walking distance to Stacy's Kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Slippery's and Olde Triangle Pub and a visit to the National Eagle Center. The hosts were prompt to communicate with us on any questions that we had about the property. We'll be booking this property for our annual family reunion from now on!

Air quality

One of our group members with sensitivity to smell felt she encountered a Smokey smell whenever we entered the apartment. The other two of us did not notice. Thank you! I totally enjoyed the stay and would recommend your place to friends!

somewhat disappointing

I can't say we didn't enjoy our stay in the Wabasha area-did a lot of interesting things. However, we have stayed at several VRBO properties & have never been unhappy until now. The unit was clean, comfy, & well stocked but there were some issues that you might want to consider. The stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep and carrying supplies & luggage may not be suitable for senior citizens. It was exhausting to say the least. The "partial river view" is actually no river view due to overgrown tree branches completely blocking any view. The beds, although comfy, are very low & difficult to get out of. It is a very convenient location to explore the area but just beware if you have any physical issues.

Great Rental right in downtown Wabasha

The location is awesome. It's right around the corner from the Eagle Center, a block from the Mississippi River, and there are several restaurants, interesting stores, and historical buildings within walking distance. This upstairs apartment is very nice. It has beautiful wood floors and nice woodwork, generously-sized bedrooms, and a great bathroom. The kitchen is very functional and although we did have some restaurant meals, we were able to eat most of our meals here in the apartment. There are lots of windows and lots of light. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and when the AC wasn't working properly at first, they immediately replaced the AC unit, which worked perfectly. The apartment, in general, is an interesting space - not "cookie-cutter" and not like a boring hotel room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Barbara & Jim

I do not recommend this place, especially for anyone elderly. There’s steep narrow steps up to the apartment with a bare wood railing. When you walk in the air freshener is so overpowering and smells awful…I had to open the windows, or the ones that actually opened to get rid of the smell. The floor is slanted, there’s a few steps going down to one of the bedrooms, and the table and chairs are tight next to the steps, the tv didn’t work the whole time we were there . The beds are practically on the floor and the furniture is actually a futon and chair that look like college dorm furniture from Walmart. The owner laughed that our tv didn’t work and said to go sit outside. There’s a rotted deck out back that is really small and dark. You can not tell that by looking at the pictures the owner posted. We booked for 3 days but left after 1 as this place is a dump.

Poor place to stay if you have verigo or handicapped.

I just got a bill for for a dumpy VRBO for something that was a horrible situation. At first, we thought it would be okay to stay at this place, then we realized BIG MISTAKE!! Then whole time you stay there realize the floors are slanted. If you have any type of handicap or vertigo, it is dreadful. My niece got sick from the slanted floors. I was trying to find a waste basket and then saw a camera in the bathroom. So we decided to leave immediately. The host now will not only give me a nights stay refund, but is accusing me of ruining sheets. Well, we virtually know that is impossible. There is a thing called bleach. Yes, there was a tad bit of throw up on them, but realizing there was a camera on us in the bathroom, we fled. And didn't feel the need to clean-up. So please realize I use VRBO all the time. I have an immaculate rating. But someone from VRBO needs to inspect this host. Also, we were accused of soiling a couch that neither of us even sat in. And the couch is in the kitchen. The place is small and really no place to relax and just watch TV. I now am dealing with a host that is accusing me ruining sheets, flooring and a couch. I would never disrespect someone's property. Bad deal for everyone involved.

Hello! I am an American married to a South African born Englishman, we met in Greece and now live in Minnesota! We love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and well really just love being together!

We are blessed with two little babes that keep us busy at all hours of the day. Since we are an international family we have learned how to perfect travel with two kids under 3 and *usually* enjoy it :)

When precious alone time becomes available we try to fill it with a good book, a cup of tea, and the sound track of "The Greatest Showman" on repeat. We love exploring, GOOD food and prefer cook it rather than pay for it. We are looking forward to the days when we can family road trip and Airbnb/camp our way around the USA.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My mom and her entire family were raised and most still live in Wabasha. Growing up visiting my grandparents frequently it made the choice to buy a property in town easy! We love sneaking away for adult weekends away or taking the whole tribe to enjoy all of Wabasha and the surrounding areas. Our favorite thing to do while in town is to visit my Grandma who turns 90 this year!

We loved this house because it is was walking distance (1-3 blocks) from everything in town. The river views were a huge bonus as was the character of the building.
