Overall, we had a good stay. Great location, plenty of parking, and enough sleeping arrangements for four adult men to sleep separately and comfortably. The two full bathrooms, excellent water pressure, working washer and dryer, and cold AC were all appreciated. The host was friendly, laid-back, and easy to work with.There are a few areas that could use improvement. The bedding for the pullout couch had a noticeable dog odor, and the living room rug had quite a bit of embedded pet hair that transferred to socks. We also noticed roaches on the kitchen countertops and floor. The downstairs room could use some cleaning and organization, and the trees near the parking area need trimming to prevent branches from hitting vehicles. Mosquitoes were also pretty bad any time you’re outside.The property looks nicer in the photos than in person, and for the price, I expected a little better upkeep. That being said, we came to fish, had plenty of room, and enjoyed our stay. With a little attention to detail, this could be a much better rental.

Fairly roomy kitchen and all you need although we brought personal cups and paper plates, napkins. Melissa was super good. May have been and cat or dog in there sometime, as I believe quite a bit of hairy dust bunnies came out sometimes; we werent scared. Nice large couch. Fairly nice for the beach. Parking is ample; however, neighbors parked opposite the drive way making it difficult to swing a vehicle out of Tree Hs driveway. We tried backing in too. Tree Hs had plenty of off street parking for 4 vehicles. Too many autos parked on the street in this cul-de-sac for July 4 weekend.It wasn't noisy.

Martinez Family vacation

We had a Great time, relaxed and enjoyed the home. Loved all the space, cleanliness and it had everything we needed. The only negative thing was the mosquitoes were really bad, I am sure it had to do with the green pond in back of the properly. We are already planning our trip for next year and hope to return to The Tree House.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I stay in Port Aransas every summer and this is by far our best rental yet. Checking in was a breeze, Melissa at the property management office was fantastic. The property itself was great. Clean, updated, roomy. Beds were so comfy. The lower patio was awesome, especially the hammock and swings. Will definitely book again. Love this property ❤️

Plenty of space

There was ample space for the family and our fur babies. We are always appreciative of rentals that permit fur babies. Nice quiet neighborhood with a large fenced yard. Make certain to bring toiletries, such as hand soap and such.

Nice property in a convenient location

The house had all the basic essentials we needed for our stay. The location is convenient, plenty of parking for the boat and trucks, and the back deck is very nice. Only issue we had was the listing/photos showed a futon in one bedroom with a queen and another bedroom with a queen and a twin but the twin had been removed. Luckily one of our guests brought a twin air mattress so it all worked out.

Great Place

close to the beach, nice neighborhood, clean, lots of sleeping space. Only negative. Little dogs can get through the picket fence so couldn't use the yard really.

Location was great for beach goers, about a 10 minute walk. Back deck was large and there was covered parking for 2 large pickups under the house plus more in the driveway. Fenced yard served the dogs too. Maybe due to the recent weather, the fenced yard was 1/2 flooded the entire 4 days making it a mess and prone to mosquitos. The house itself was roomy, except for the small bathrooms. A couple basic necessity appliances were not working when we arrived (should have been checked before renting), but the manager promptly replaced both after one message to her. Strangely no paper toweling in the kitchen. The house was sparsely furnished with older items that still served their purpose. More appealing places were available for similar money but this was the only one that accommodated all 4 people and 4 dogs. Thanks.

Perfect family house!

The Tree House was perfect for our family! Melissa was so easy to work with! The house was very clean and well equipped! The beach access roads closed our second day there. We were able to find parking in a lot near the beach. Bring a wagon(s) for your beach stuff and be prepared to walk to the beach! We were so thankful for the beach umbrellas provided at the the house because our tent broke the first day! We would definitely stay at the Tree House again!

Tree House is perfectly situated in Port A

We had a great stay at the Tree House. No issues with the facilities and it is stocked with just about everything you need. Great location central to everything in Port A. Great place for our pups with a huge backyard and deck. Thanks
