This was a very nice home, located within reasonable walking distance to most anything you would need for a fun beach holiday. The home has a private patio which was very nice for socializing and enjoying the beautiful weather of the area. Small touches, like blowdryers, steamer and beach chairs were a nice touch.

A very convenient location and very appropriate home for our surplus out of state guests. They enjoyed the location to walk to PCH for breakfast and on to beach. Also the house properly accommodated all appreciative family guests. Thank you to host for being so attentive and helpful. I recommend this lodging in Newport Beach!

The upstairs bedroom are as described. The patio is in rough shape. Most of the furniture was broken, ripped and filthy which made the patio mostly unusable which was disappointing since it was part of the draw. The location is great - walkable to the beach and many restaurants.
