Helt ombyggd med smak och komfort. . . känns som hemma hemifrån! Detta är mitt andra hem så att platsen är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver. Gångavstånd till strandinspiration, butiker, allt. Rymlig 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad, privat stor privat uteplats med uteservering, sektionssofa, grill och öppen spis. Ljus och öppen planlösning med högt i tak, infälld belysning, trägolv i hela, kaklade badrum. Njut av dina kvällar utomhus med vacker belysning och romantisk öppen spis. Vardagsrum med öppen spis öppnar till den privata uteplatsen för underhållande efter en rolig dag vid stranden. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, öppen spis, balkong, stort badrum med jacuzzi, extra stor dusch för två, klädkammare och dubbla handfat. Andra sovrummet har queen size-säng, 3: e sovrummet har två fulla våningssängar. 2: a badrummet är en jack & jill badrum mellan 2: e och 3: e sovrummet. Drottning luft säng är också tillgänglig och ligger i garderoben. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i tvättstugan vid garage. Spel tillgängliga i vardagsrummet tv står förvaring. Comfortable, needs a bit of TLC

Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use.

Nice house and close to all the things

My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

Great stay in CDM

The property was great. Very comfortable and as advertised. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants of CDM. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities needed. Great place!

Great location

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Theo property. We were looking for a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach several times and to great restaurants. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home and Hostess

We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

Good Family Time

This place is lovely, clean and comfortable. The patio was a favorite spot for hanging out and sharing meals. BBQ works great and kitchen is well stocked. It’s quiet and within walking distance to the ocean and lots of fun shops and places to eat. This is one of our favorites!

Perfect Location, Wonderful home

You will not find a better priced home in the area. Location is perfect and house beautifully updated with granite countertops, etc. Hostess is quite responsive to issues. We will still here again when in the area.

Perfect stay

The house/duplex was super clean, beds were comfy, and there was a ton of towels! If you stay in rentals a lot you will know how important the towel thing is. We had everything we needed and more! Angelique was super responsive and let us check in early because we got to Newport earlier than expected. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend.

Nice Place

Very cute, clean, conveniently located place. Just two things to note: The air mattress has a patched hole in it which causes it to slowly deflate. It also is just a little too wide to put in the kids room so you have to put it downstairs. A twin would definitely fit in the kids room and probably any of the rooms if you bring your own. The bedrooms are also very bright in the morning so bring eye covering. Other than those small caveats, it was great!

Great space, great location!

My family (two parents (60s), little brother and his girlfriend (20s) and me (30s)) all stayed here for a week, and we had a great time. The space itself is very cute and thoughtfully setup and decorated. Comfy beds, all the basics in the kitchen for cooking meals, nice outdoor space for eating, a couple of fireplaces, a nice TV — it’s a a really nice space for a family and/or group of friends. The location can’t be beat: 10-15 minute walk to the beach, plenty of parking in the neighborhood and the foliage around the neighborhood is very beautiful as well. Angelique is very easy to communicate with, and checking in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful clean home

We stayed for 10 days with our 3 daughters. The house was really nice and very clean. It is in a great location. Although we couldn’t fit our SUVs in the carport, there was always plenty of parking on the street. The check in process was extremely easy. The only slightly negative thing I would say is it needs some new pots and pans. I ended up borrowing some from family members. But if you aren’t planning on cooking then this isn’t even an issue. We definitely would recommend the property!

Somewhat disappointed

This house was a bit disappointing. Upon arrival, the lock box didn't work and it took sometime to get in touch with the owner to find an alternate way to get in. The house itself is generally fine and clean; however, the living room sofa and the outdoor patio furniture did not seem clean and were quite old. We really couldn't even sit on the outdoor stuff. It was quite dirty and stained. The living room rug is also in that condition. Upon arrival, there was laundry in the dryer and wet cleaning towels in the washing machine. The rest of the house was tidy and just fine and the location was good.

A Lovely Place - Some Suggesstions

I reserved this lovely place for me and my girlfriends to enjoy my 50th Birthday. The location is great and close to PCH and the beach. We didn’t receive the check in directions and had to call for this information; but it was quickly resolved. The outside patio was a huge part in booking this place and I needed to spend over an hour cleaning off everything with a broken hose and spider webs, dirty removable patio covers, disgusting bbq and 2 broken chairs. The propane was left on and smelled like gas too. Everything inside looked very clean and accommodating. However, the toaster was broken and glasses were unclean from lipstick and dirty dishes stacked in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spotless except the drawers were still in use from the previous guests with misc. items and hair. Last thing is that we were outside at check out time for a half hr packing and didn’t see anyone coming to the house, but later received a text that the cleaning person was upset that we had not checked out on time. We were outside and saw no one. Overall the owner had a lovely place but I think she needs a new cleaning person/company as they are not doing their best jobs and having poor communication with the owner. It also would have been nice to get some $ back from my cleaning deposit as we had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home. We would absolutely stay again. We rented a crib from an outside company and there was a mix up with pick up after we left the property. Angelique was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.
