**Five stars: better than the photos!**We loved our stay. The host was incredibly responsive, answering every question quickly and making check-in effortless. The place was even better in person than in the listing photos, and it was spotless from the moment we walked in.The location couldn't be more convenient: the beach is just steps away, and shops and restaurants are close by. Despite how central it is, the property was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax and unwind.We'd happily book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located beach getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this house. So close and convenient to the beach. It was so nice to have use of the bicycles to ride around the area.

We ad a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is great. I would definitely love to stay there again. The three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms was perfect for our family of five. It is a second floor townhouse so you do have to left your luggage up a full flight of stairs. It was not a problem as I had my husband and sons to bring my luggage in. Just something to consider. It was great having the bikes to use and not have to rent them Plenty of street parking. The only thing Iwould suggest is new beach chairs preferably some high seat chairs for older adults. i though I had read there was a cooler but did not find one. luckily we had brought our collapsible cooler with us. A beach cart or wagon would be fabulous. Other than that, Russ was a great host. Even left us wine, fresh flowers and chocolate. Very thoughtful. I highly recommend this property. DebConnecticut. I'm ready to move here, haha! This host was excellent! He was a great communicator and responsive to my questions. The property was just like the pictures showed- beautiful. And they had all of the extras (a toothbrush in case you forgot one, flowers on the table, charging cables, etc). Annnnd THEY HAD BIKES!! I LOVED riding the bikes on the boardwalk. One of my favorite stays. Thanks, Russ!

Excellent Stay

We had a great time in Newport Beach! Accommodations were wonderful and the host was exceptional to work with, both prior and during visit. Will would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great beach stay!

We spent a great week with our adult children. The house was great, had everything we needed. Having bikes available was a huge bonus! Would easily stay again.

This was our first stay on other side of Newport Beach pier. It was a great location. There were 3 couples on this trip, so it was nice having rooms and bathrooms connected. This rental was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house last weekend. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and very peaceful with no traffic noise at all when we were inside. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was great. We highly recommend!

Lovely space; great location

Great location and wonderful property. Great for couples or friends, because each bedroom had an attached bathroom. House had lovely touches and owner was easy to communicate with.

Fantastic property. The property owner was very responsive, and the house is well stocked with everything you need. It is only one block off the beach and in a quieter part of Newport Beach. We will 100% return again.
