Steg till stranden med privat strand gÄngvÀg. Modern inredning. Endast 8 Är gammal, ÀndÄ uppdaterad i Är w / new: plankgolv, belysning, inventarier, möbler etc. Ingen orkanskada. Okyl strand - Àven mitt pÄ sommaren! Alla bilder tagna under den senaste mÄnaden.

Denna vackra strandstuga ligger pÄ fridfulla Topsail Island med sitt varumÀrke vattenblÄ vatten, och erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten, en öppen planlösning, mycket solljus och mycket privatliv, inklusive privat strand gÄngvÀg direkt framför den.

Med sin "beachy-chic" inredning Àr hemmet elegant och modernt med en mittmodern stil - och bÀst av allt Àr det en bekvÀm eftersom den Àr söt.

2 sovrum / 2 badrum, 6 sovplatser med en queen size-sÀng i befÀlhavaren, tvÄ tvillingar i gÀstrummet och en drottning bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. (Vi erbjuder ocksÄ ett konverteringssats för att skapa en kung frÄn tvÄ enkelsÀngar). ... Och ja, du kan se havet frÄn sovrummen (sidovy).

Hemmet Àr bara en berÀttelse, byggd pÄ stylter - liksom de flesta hus vid havet hÀr - sÄ det finns en enda trappa till verandan. Alla foton pÄ havet som tas frÄn verandan Àr frÄn DENNA hems veranda (alla havsbilder frÄn stranden togs direkt framför huset) - sÄ det Àr det bÀsta frÄn bÄda vÀrldar: fantastisk utsikt och bara en trappa ! Det finns en enda körfÀlt, ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd framför som anvÀnds av grannar och för att fÄ tillgÄng till carport - och vi Àger ocksÄ havsdelen, sÄ vi har privat tillgÄng till stranden direkt framför huset.

- En online gÀstmanual tillhandahÄlls före varje vistelse; detta kommer att besvara vÀsentligen alla frÄgor du kan ha för att förbereda dig för och njuta av din vistelse.
- Vi godkÀnner vanligtvis inte trasiga helger (dvs. Fredag och lördag mÄste bokas tillsammans) utom i vissa fall.

Wonderful Place

House is very nice and clean. Outdoor shower is the best! Beds (including the twins) were comfortable. You can’t beat the location on the island. Close to Surf City but quiet. Would love to come back again

Island Escape

What a find-a beautiful house just steps away from the beach. We never tired of listening to the waves from the uninterrupted view on the deck. Walks along the beach were the highlights of our day and the house itself had everything and more we needed. Go seek it out-you will not be disappointed

Great house on the beach

Never stayed this close to the beach before; it was great. The house was clean and nicely decorated with lots of natural light, My adult son enjoyed the sofa bed; large and comfortable; my adult daughter thought the twin bed was too hard for her liking. The kitchen was well supplied, even has a nice food processor. The keyless entry for the door was a nice plus. I also appreciated all of the online info about the place; everything you need to know is covered well.

Long weekend for Annivesary

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend! The house was lovely and very clean. We loved the open kitchen living dining room area. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils which was a great bonus. (Some houses we have stayed in in the past were very lacking). The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean and kept up very well. The beach was clean and the area was quiet and peaceful. Was a wonderful time!

WONDERFUL!

We enjoyed an amazing vacation - everything was as described and pictured. Host Carrie was attentive to every detail; her home was immaculate and comfortable. The private access to the uncrowded, gorgeous beach just steps away made it easy for us to maximize our beach time from early morning to evening - and we also loved sitting on the porch loungers watching dolphins and seabirds. The location was convenient to everything; the views were stunning. A great place for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Thanks, Carrie and Craig, for sharing your fabulous home with us!!!

Waterfront

House was exceptionally clean, fully equipped kitchen and supplies,. Location was excellent, steps from the ocean and close to central activities. Only suggestion would be to improve the beds in the guest room. Owner was very easy to work with.

Breathtaking

Our stay was wonderful. Yhe house is beautifully decorated and had all the amenties you needed. The views of the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. It was so enjoyable sitting on the front deck looking at the ocean and the waves. Loved the fact it has its own private beach access which was just steps from the ocean. We will definitely rent this house again.

Perfect getaway

You don't see many cozy homes like this right on the beach. But this home is exactly that. Fantastic for a couple or small family to spend some quiet days at the beach. This section of the beach is less busy than some of the other parts. We will definitely return!

Beautiful

The house was clean, charming, and all-in-all wonderful. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including great internet if you need to work. It’s a short drive to many restaurants, and shops, and the town was overall very quiet. The beach access was great, and not crowded at all as advertised.

Covid Summer

We could not have been more impressed with this property. The owners put in some much time into the details and it really shows. Everything is labeled (even the bath towels :-)). If you take the 10 minutes to read though the check in/out email that you receive prior to entering you will know everything you need to know and what is expected as a guest. Private beach access over the dune and bam your right there in the Atlantic ocean with plenty of space on the beach. There wasn't another family closer that 100 yards. We plan to go back and recommend you check it out, you'll fall in love like we did.

Beautiful home directly on the beach.

Beautiful home directly on the beach. The home itself was recently renovated and spotless. The owners did a fabulous job of communicating everything we needed to know about the home & area. The people we met while in North Carolina were super friendly and very helpful. We will surely book this one again

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We bought the home without even seeing it! We saw it online and just knew it was perfect -- but work schedules wouldn't allow us to drive down to view it in person, so our realtor took us on a Facetime tour. We made an offer an hour later -- and have never looked back. We love this home so much, and we've put a ton of time into making it our own. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Unique location! We're close to Surf City and in between both big bridges to the mainland, and our of beach, in the middle of the island, is sparsely populated with just one row of homes & adjacent homes aren't rentals. There is no house behind us. The beach is never crowded — even in the summer — & private beach access lends more privacy. It's not uncommon at all to be sitting on the beach during a summer Saturday and find yourself with no one within 100 yards of you.
