Excellent!

We've stayed here a few times. Spring, summer and fall. Beautiful views, Beautiful Condo. And so clean Communication is excellent! Highly recommend. We'll return again!!

Great condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa 802. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable! We enjoyed being close to the beach and having the pool and hot tub right there as well!

This condo is very beautiful and perfection located. The furnishings were different than pictured but were enough for our group of 5. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was just as listed. Spacious. Easy access to parking, elevators, and beach. Large deck and living area. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Will defitnely want to return!

Great vacation!!

We had a great time! The property exactly as described and we had no issues. A note to future renters though, bring or plan to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom and one kitchen trash bag was provided.

It was a great experience. It was very clean and nice. Condo looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I can think of is there wasn’t start up supplies such as paper towels or toilet paper or hand soap.

Ocean Villa condo #802 was perfect! Beautiful beach decor, extremely clean, well maintained & stocked! Wonderful location! Walk to Pineapple Willy’s for a delicious frozen libation! Please don’t miss breakfast & dessert at Sunrise (just across the street from Ocean Villa); sunset views & blackened grouper at Schooners Restaurant; Vintage & gift shopping at Turtle Girls & Pieces of the Beach! Enjoyed meeting our beach chair & umbrella guy Tanner! A wonderful trip with special friends❤️! Will be back!

Family vacation

The location is great! We were able to walk to several places. Condo was very clean. View was amazing. We did have one issue. I contacted management and they acted on it super quick. Probably the most responsive support I have ever seen. They seemed very genuine and corrected the issue in less than 12 hours.(call was made late one night). I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend!!

We will be back next year!!

This home away from home was perfect! The decor was beautiful done! A few people in other reviews stated that the kitchen faucet was broken and it isn’t. You have to replace the extended part back to the faucet and turn it clockwise and it will stay. We could not get the tv in the living room to go to normal cable channels, it stayed on TV Plus. We didn’t watch much tv so it didn’t matter to us. We had the best girls week and are already planning a trip down to PCB next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Nice Condo

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Villa 802. The condo was decorated like a showroom. I loved all the furniture and decor selections including the balcony furniture. I also loved the huge balcony. The only complaints was that the dishwasher doesn't clean very well. I ended up hand washing most of our things. Also, the kitchen faucet sprayer wouldn't stay in it's cradle. On the way down we were supposed to be texted a code to get into our room 30 minutes before check-in. That' didn't happen. I had to call to get the code but it was remedied quickly but it did cause me to worry for a bit that something had gone wrong. There also needs to be some instructions on how the door locks and unlocks. There is a learning curve. It took us a bit to figure it out as we were trying to leave and didn't want to leave the condo unlocked while we were gone. It's easy once you know how but the how was our hold up. We finally figured that out and all was good. Otherwise, a great condo. I would definitely stay there again. When they say check out is at 10am expect the housekeeper to knock on your door at 9am so be ready early.

Great Condo!

Stayed here the last week in March and it was perfectly located for our family of four. I was worried about spring breakers and the potential for a rowdy crowd but it is far enough away that you can find peace and quiet yet close enough to join in any fun if you want to. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were also super comfortable! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back soon.

Great location and amenities

Could not have asked for a better location! Was pleased with the condo - it was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The patio was enormous with lots of seating. We liked the fact there was a washer dryer in the unit. There were two pools, one was consistently cold the other was a great temperature. There was also a hot tub outdoors. Easy private access to the beach and covered parking was available. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. No complaints!
