We stayed October 3 through October 10th of 2026. It was a beautiful condo right on the beach, fantastic views. Loved it. But unfortunately, due to a hurricane we had to leave a day early. Would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed. The space was roomy and comfortable. Most comfortable beds I’ve seen in many rentals. Jennifer was easy to communicate with, our trip was scheduled in October right after a hurricane, she communicated with us throughout. She checked in with us once we got there to make sure there was nothing else needed. We will definitely be booking with Jennifer again.

Everything was just as described.Host was very easy to deal with even helped when we left an item in the condo shipped it back quickly. We will definitely be renting again

This condo was clean and beautifully updated. We were very comfortable and LOVED the 6 chairs with tables on the balcony. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and everything went very smoothly. We will definitely consider renting again next summer!

Great view! Beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious. Clean and host was wonderful with communication. Washer and dryer and dishwasher were clean and efficient. Elevators were fast. Quick access to beach, we loved the two chairs and umbrella setup by beach attendant, hot tub and pool was so much fun for the kids and never crowded. Quick access to so many things in the area. Thank you!

The most PERFECT Condo in PCB! We have been coming for over a decade, and this one had the most perfect view on the 17th floor, walking distance to Pier Park, the beach is less crowded, condo was comfy and clean! I can go on and on. The description on VRBO was spot on! Worth the 12 hour drive from Dallas, Tx! Host was very sweet, professional, and very responsive with any questions we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back! Very thankful to have made memories here!

Absolutely perfect condo . Very clean and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice towels . One of the best I’ve stayed in at Sterling Breeze. We love the resort and have been staying there for about 14 years. Perfect location and amenities are great. . Definitely plan to return and will be renting this awesome condo. . Owner Jennifer is so attentive and I feel I’ve made a new friend

The host Jennifer goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. She is very pleasant to work with and would definitely recommend staying at her properties to anyone. We will absolutely be coming back. The property was very clean and cozy. Great location with a beautiful view!

Our stay was wonderful! The 17th floor sure does make for an absolutely beautiful view! The condo was clean and decorated so beautifully. Loved all the artwork! Especially that fish tapestry in the hallway! The beds were super comfy and loved being able to eat our meals on the balcony! The elevators were the fastest elevators we have ever been on. The pool and hot tub were amazing and so was the tiki bar right by the pool. The condo is located right in the middle of everything so it’s super convenient to everything. The only negative thing I can think of isn’t really a big deal but the skillets were a little hard to clean after cooking because they weren’t really nonstick anymore. Our trip was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The condo was even better than the photos make it look! Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, and plush towels. Then there’s the VIEW! Spectacular views of the white sand and ocean, including from the master. Jennifer was a fantastic host, great with communication and very responsive. The building/property itself was also clean, quiet, and had all the amenities from a pool, to hot tub, fitness center, small shop and the pool bar. The chair service was an added benefit! Sterling Breeze was close enough to the shops and restaurants in the area without being in the thick of the chaos of PCB. This one is a great find!It’s safe to say that we’ll be back for another visit!
