Den öppna planlösningen ger dig och dina gäster möjlighet att strömma genom köket, matplatsen och vardagsrummet, vilket gör det till ett perfekt hus för att underhålla familj och vänner. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV och öppnar upp till poolområdet.

Bottenvåningen har ett gäst sovrum utrustat med en king size-säng och eget badrum. Tre andra gästrum med King, Queen & Full-size sängar, liksom deras egna privata badrum, ligger på andra våningen, tillsammans med Master Suite och extra sovutrymme med en våningssäng i två storlekar, perfekt för barn eller tonåringar. The process of booking, check in & checkout was easy. Staff were friendly & helpful. The house was lovely-nicely decorated, very nice amenities. I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Great Condo

Amazing

The house was a beautiful getaway!! Thanks for providing a wonderful vacation for our friend reunion. The view and location was amazing, the house was so comfortable and well laid out. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to wind down at night. We will definitely be back!!

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.

Great place with pool, hot tub and ocean right out the back door. Big place with plenty of room for everyone. Had everything needed and was nicely furnished. Great place to stay.

Nice Property but had a Couple of Issues

The property itself was great. On the beach, perfect location, nice back deck, and so close to the beach bar. Lots of stuff to walk to. Very minimal amenities were provided. Prepare to go shopping when you get there. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Sand all over the bottom and found a shoe in the drain. All this would have been ok however there was a storm. The bottom level and top master bedroom flooded and all they did was give us extra towels to mop up the floors which made the place look disgusting and dirty. Also, the wind blew off a gutter which fell on the back patio and we had to call because it left another part of the roof loose and shaking in the wind so it was no longer safe to use the back patio, pool/hottub.

Excellent

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great right on the gulf. The house is huge with 5 bedroom each one with there own bathroom. We had a great time with all our family able to visit over the two weeks.

Great location & accomodations!

Loved this rental - we shared it amongst 2 families... it's spacious, clean, and the location is top-notch. Our only criticism is that we felt the kitchen could have been stock better with cooking pots/pans.

Wonderful beach house for entire family

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of us…grandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

Very nice home and location. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was outstanding and the sunrises as well. Stairs aren't my favorite but the little landing area helps.

Great beach home in an excellent location. We have rented this house twice and plan to return. Would be nice to put a rail by the pool steps. My daughter fell last year. Luckily no injury.

Great Place Great Location

Exactly as described. Close to many shops bars restaurants if you don’t mind walking. The Island shuttle bus is always available. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day. Right next to the beach for daily walks. Nice size grill to cook dinner for several people. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again. Great place. Love SPI.

Lovely Property

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sun—Thursday. Therefore, we weren’t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.

Excellent

Only with the intention of contributing since without thinking about it I would rent this property again, excellent and without major incidents. The tank float in the master bedroom sometimes has problems filling, and I report (check-out) problems with the lock on the back door of the house. Thank you

Rain Delay to 2022

At the price we expected to be able to provide positive reviews. The unit was in fact above our high expectations. We have agreed to rent this same unit for our 25th straight family vacay. PS the LOCAL TAXATION RATES ARE ABSURDLY HIGH.

5108 Gulf Blvd #A - Fantastic stay with the fam!

This is our 5th year staying at SPI rentals and I will say it was one of the best trips! We have a family of 9, including a newborh and the home is just so spacious...we could have had more family members join comfortably! The home was in perfect condition and clean, wasn't trashed out and didn't look like it was in poor condition, as many rentals do. I also loved and appreciated that this particular home offered their garage space to us for storage and to park! This is huge and the other home we normally stay in a couple of doors down doesn't offer this feature anymore...it makes a huge difference getting in and out of the car/storage for beach gear! Wonderful stay and will be back with family and friends later this year! Oh, and the staff is extremely helpful and super nice!! Great job guys and thank you! The Bramson family

Excellent

The house was very nice. I give it a 10. My only complaint is the weather. The location was great, and the house was exceptional. My family and I want to come back and stay at this same house. We are hoping the weather will be better. We didn't get to enjoy the beach or any outdoor activities. Some of my family did get in the pool and the hot tub. My son left his medication there. Did your cleaning people find it?
