Det är ett exklusivt hus med 2 våningar på 2900 kvadratmeter. Fastigheten ligger direkt på stranden och har en mängd bekvämligheter. Gå bort från den stora uteplatsen med en privat pool och ut på stranden.
På första våningen i radhuset är: sovrum nr 1 (drottning himmelsäng och en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng bädd-2 enkelsängar eller kan omvandlas till king size-säng) och angränsande bad. Fullt utrustat kök med halvön bänkplats för 3 personer, vardagsrum och matsal (bordsplatser 12) med fullt underhållningssystem och 1/2 bad.
På andra våningen i Casa Familiar är: sovrum (bdrm # 2) med en king size-säng, badrum, omklädningsrum och balkong; sovrum # 3 sovrum med queen size-säng & två våningssängar, & tvilling rulla & badrum; # 4 sovrum med dubbelsäng, fullstor spjälsäng, & badrum; . På andra våningen finns också: tvättmaskin och torktumlare, spelrum med lg. platt skärm och stort utomhus vardagsrum med utsikt över stranden. Sola område / observatorium på tredje våningen kan nås från en spiraltrappa på utomhusterrassen på andra våningen.
Alla sovrum har angränsande fulla bad.
Fastigheten är privat och grindad på stranden. Ta med din bärbara dator; höghastighetsinternet tillhandahålls.
På grund av hög efterfrågan under högsäsongen hyr vi bara varje vecka från lördag till lördag.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house and property are simply perfect! Plenty of space for our large group to spread out when we wanted, coupled with great spaces for being together.It is a very quick walk to the beach. The hosts are generous with the use of beach toys, so you don’t need to bring any for the littles.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The ocean location and view cannot be beat. There were 8 of us (siblings and spouses), and we found the house was so spacious: there are multiple places places to sit and talk. The decor is lovely and the kitchen very well equipped.

There’s peace and tranquil at the beach…

Gathering place was wonderful for our family of 11 adults/2 children. More than enough kitchen items. Don’t need to take a thing except yourself, family, food and clothes. Enjoy!

Perfect Location

Beautiful property directly on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with 3 living areas. The YouTube TV was also a huge plus for this sports loving family. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Would have liked better cookware and serving dishes but otherwise kitchen was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Will stay here again.

The house was beautiful and wonderfully furnished. Enough space in the driveway for our 4 cars!! Kitchen was well supplied and big enough to fit several cooks at one time. The ocean view was spectacular. We had a great time.

Relaxing and Beautiful

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Sunrise on the 2nd home patio was amazing and home had everything we needed. Home was in a great location and right on the beach. Owner had awesome communication and very accommodating. Would definitely come and stay again. :)

Great week!

Great home! En suite bathrooms were a plus. Great location! Clean, well maintained, great outdoor spaces. Things to know, thermostat controlled by owner, pool not heated, a/c outside main floor is a little loud, grill was not usable. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing business retreat!

We got this house for our business retreat, and it was amazing! Even though it was raining all weekend, the fact that we had two covered balconies-- still allowed us to have meals and meetings outside with the sound of the waves and the cool breeze. Also the home owner was super accommodating, and the house manager was responsive to all our requests in a timely manner. Overall, an amazing home for our retreat! Everyone loved it! 😍

Home Away from Home

Our family just finished our 4th stay at Cass Familiar. It is truly, for us, like coming home. Our family of 10 fits so comfortably in this beautiful house it makes our stay effortless. From the modern updates that have been made to the kitchen to the relaxing walk from pool to beach, every detail is taken care of. We are looking forward to making more memories in years to come at Casa Familiar.

The home was beautiful! Our group was 11 adults. I wanted something with rooms that would accommodate our children add their other halves. This place did exactly that. Everyone had their own bathroom and at least a queen size bed. The sunrise views were amazing. I liked having our own pool and being just steps from the beach. The property was clean and had all basic supplies. The large ice maker was a plus. One thing to note is it didn't have beach towels so make sure to pack some. I would highly recommend renting this property and hope to visit again.

Great Family Week!

What a great week with family! We had stayed at Casa Familiar several years ago and were so pleased with the accommodations but had outgrown one house and decided to stay elsewhere...what a mistake! Needless to say we are now renting both properties and love the beautifully appointed updates exquisitely done! I really love the fact each bedroom has its own bathroom and the boardwalk that takes us directly to the beach. When we're not at the beach, we can enjoy the patio and pool as well as the lulling Gulf breeze. We will definitely go back.

Nice place.

It was a beautiful place. The 2nd floor dryer didn’t work well. It took 3 cycles per load to dry, and the loads were only half size. It heated well, but the blower must not be working properly. We had a bunch of cardboard on one side of the driveway until our 5th day. We shouldn’t have had to drive around it. Also, there was some gunk in the kitchen sink behind the scrubbing dish. The location was perfect however.

Sand free living at the Beach!

There aren't enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay! We stayed at Casa Familia three years ago and loved it! This summer we needed more space so We rented both houses, Casa Vecina and Casa familia! Both were spacious, tastefully decorated well equipped including internet! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and an additional half bath downstairs. Our favorite amenities were the swimming pools and the newly added boardwalk directly to the beach off the patios. Both houses are very clean and extremely well managed. Kathie, manager, checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We loved staying at both houses and will highly recommend them! Thanks for sharing your lovely vacation homes, we will definetly be back!

Everything was great. We really liked the house. The manager was prompt in replacing a bulb and getting the pool cleaned when we requested. Just a couple things we wanted to note. The hinge for the 3rd floor balcony door didn’t work. The master bedroom balcony door did not lock. And the ice maker on the main floor had a strange odor that made the ice smell like refrigerant. But everything was great and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Casa Familiar - a beautiful property located on a beautiful beach. First class rental all the way.

We were especially impressed at how well appointed and stocked the condo was with little things that you need for a vacation particularly when you are flying and not driving in. Plenty of beach toys for kids, board games for all ages, (XBox was onsite but u may have to bring your own games or rent them somewhere). Fans in many of the rooms for those of us who like noise reduction, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and we just really never wanted for anything. The property manager and owner are wonderful to work with, accessible and when we had one minor toilet repair issue they had a repairman on site within 20 minutes. You will not believe how great the master suite is in this condo, it's like a mini apartment all on its own. (Think: coffee, mini-fridge, sink, steps from the bed in the morning). Anytime we visit South Padre Island, this would be our go-to place to stay for sure.

Presently, I'm a LCSW & a psychiatric APRN but when we purchased Casa Familiar, I was a stay-at-home mom of 9 children, 2 with special needs and foster children. Managing a rental business was a great way to stay at home and work. Technology has made working from anyplace possible.

Varför värden valde detta boende

During Thanksgiving week, 1999, my husband & I loaded up our Suburban with our kids and drove for the first time to a beach directly straight south of Kansas City...arriving in South Padre Island 17 hrs. later. After vacationing in Marco Island, FL, the previous year, we found that SPI was much more family friendly. We all fell in love with it. We were able to find a rundown townhouse, which sat directly on the beach and had been on the market for over a yr. so got a great price, renovated it, & named it Casa Familiar. Since then, we've been renting to some wonderful families for as many as 20 years and others who have stayed several times.
Now that our children are getting married and having children, we've expanded by adding a 3rd floor

There's nothing like real beachfront living...unfortunately, many property owners claim beachfront but are located across the street or even blocks away. The end of the patio is the seawall & the boardwalk takes you to the beach. You can prepare lunch in the kitchen while watching the kids play on the beach and be within shouting distance when they need to come in.
