Clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Great quiet location, close to local shop, and a couple of takeaways and good pubs. Private (apart from security camera!) garden great for watching the wildlife. Would just appreciate the patio area cleared of weeds and thistle. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing Home!

I can’t say enough about this beach house. Great location, restaurants all around. Inside of home is really well done and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. Shuffleboard was a family hit and we spent a ton of time in the game room. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect for our crew of 17. If we could rate this house 10 stars we would. The game area for kids and adults is awesome. Perfect pool and outdoor spaces. The house is completely updated and modern and all the amenities are off the charts. The house is walking distance to everything and the beach is right out the back door. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Perfect Welcoming Home for Girls Weekend!

Ideal location right on the beach with ample space to relax and lounge. Each room has a bathroom and comfortable beds with a full supply of towels and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was super cool. The host communicated effectively and the island had lots to offer. Highly recommend.

Family Beach Trip

This property is amazing and perfect for a large group. The house was nicely decorated, welcoming, and spacious. They thought of everything you could need. We will definitely book this home again. The owners and property management were all wonderful and on top of things.

Fantastic house

Beautiful home on the Gulf. Excellent location. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, VERY comfortable beds. Lots of bathrooms for everyone- we were 16 family members ranging in age from nine months to 76. Everyone had a fabulous time!

Excellent Vacation!

Check in was a breeze the house was beautiful and the location (on the beach) perfect. The property manager, Laura, was very helpful with some minor issues and even brought pizzas for our group! Would definitely recommend for large families.

Family and Friends Vacation

Fabulous girls trip

Exceptional property. Location was prime. The hosts were very responsive with my questions before the trip. The property was very mindful with lots of cups, glasses, towels etc everything that would be needed for a property that could house 20 people. Beach towels, chairs etc were plentiful . We loved that there was 2 decks and multiple gathering areas for our large group. Hope to stay here again !

Great Place to Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the beach, a full cupboard of dishes, and anything that you might need in a home away from home. This home was cleaner than any of the homes we have rented in the past, and that means a LOT! The only thing that could improve is the state of the pool, and (out of the owner's control) the neighboring apartments are an eyesore. This home was perfect for our family of eleven kids and eight adults!

Lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our group ranged from 3-81 years old and everyone was happy! The house is on the beach, which was a huge plus. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and it was nice to have many bathrooms. The game room was a hit with the kids. We’ll definitely try to go back again!

Wonderful House! Perfect for our large family!

We come to SPI every summer as a large extended family! This beautiful home right on the beach offered us a beautiful place to stay and just a few steps from the beach! The game room was a great addition to hang out and play games in the evenings or when trying to beat the heat! We will be back!
