A peachy place!

Weekend getaway

Other than GPS misguiding us everything was beyond perfection! The farmhouse charm was delightful, the grounds were lovely and location was what we needed.

Best little farmhouse in Palisades.

We really enjoyed the adorable clean little farmhouse. Sitting out in the garden area was wonderful. And a pleasure meeting everyone at the orchard.

Charming farmhouse orchard stay with a family feel

We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse It felt so cozy and comfortable. The family pictures and heirlooms on the property made me feel so at home and relaxed, Clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds!!! The backyard patio and flowers were amazing for our mornings and evenings. We absolutely fell in love with the orchard, the views and the farmhouse ! Beautiful and peaceful stay!!!

Lavender Get Away

We loved the Orchard Farmhouse. A perfect resting spot as we took in the Colorado Lavendar Festival. Hosts were incredible and full of helpful information about the area. Farmhouse was cozy and well appointed. Beautiful outer courtyard to relax. It's located in the center of all the activity. We'll be back.

Amazing weekend!

This family home is just lovely, especially if you like a little character! The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spa-like, and the kitchen has all the basics that you need. I encourage you to take the time to visit with the owners, who are wonderful and while busy running their orchard take the time to get to know you, and take a look at the family photo's that are in the home. Can't wait to book again and spend more time visiting the orchards and vineyards.

Beautiful Orchard Farmhouse

This was a perfect place for four of us ( 2 couples) to stay and visit the area
 close to CO Monument, wineries, and Downtown Palisade. The home itself is comfortable and beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen
..plenty of utensils, serving dishes and such. It was very relaxing to hang out in the back yard and barbque or on the front porch to watch the sun come up in the mornings. Convenient at this time of year (early September) to purchase the most delicious peaches on site, as well as peach salsa and preserves ( all made right here by family and staff). To top it off, hosts are super kind, gracious, and accommodating. We had a little issue with our vehicle, and Jennifer gave us helpful advice and assistance. We hope to return again soon! PS: If you’re unfamiliar with a swamp cooler ( as opposed to air conditioning), no need to be concerned; it was over 100° every day during our stay, and we were cool and comfortable in the home.

Palisades

It was a very nice place to stay in the heart of the wine country. Hikes in the morning, wine tasting in the afternoon and local restaurants at night. Home owners were very hospitable and friendly.

Great weekend getaway

What an amazing property! The house is very clean, well-decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Four of us came to Palisade for biking and wine tasting, and this was a perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful yard while drinking our morning coffee. Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating. We'd like to go back during harvest season!

Cozy cozy cozy!

My friend and I enjoyed staying in the farmhouse this past weekend. Carol, Jennifer, Hallie and Richard were most accommodating and really pleasant to us. Can't beat the view sitting on the patio, enjoying some local Palisades wine and watching the sun go down over the farm. Just lovely! The beds were super comfy (very important!) and the furnishings throughout the house were so farmhouse chic. Loved our stay, and hope to come back sometime soon. In the meantime, I have my stash of jam and pickled veggies to enjoy!

Charming vintage cottage in peaceful setting

First place is just as cute as it looks in the pictures. The house has nice updates in the bathroom but still has a vintage style throughout. Beautiful gardens and patio surrounding house

The Z's Orchard Farmhouse was Fantastic!

We had a great time while staying here, the house felt like home. Very clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfortable! We were immediately welcomed to the property by Carol and her daughter Jennifer. We will absolutely try to stay here again the next time we travel to Palisade!

Loved everything about it!

Our impromptu trip to Palisade was one of the best getaways yet. The family were amazing hosts and the charming home was perfect. We met so many wonderful people and very much enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely return!

Lovely orchard farmhouse, walking distance to wineries

We loved our stay at Z's orchard - amazing views, walking distance (a bit of a long walk) to three wineries, cozy and comfortable house, and a beautiful outdoor space to relax. The owner took us on a tour of the orchard. We are already planning a return trip!
